We rented the house for a month- to have easy access to Belleayre mountain for skiing (5 mins). Kathleen, the property owner was very attentive when needed. The cabin itself is old (100 years old?) but they’ve clearly renovated parts and maintained it well. There are two twin beds in the attic, above the kitchen that became the girls room. There is ample space to eat and relax by the fire. Would absolutely stay there again.

Stayed here to attend a wedding at Spillian. The location is very close... FYI... I recommend that you plan to drive to the venue. The home is cozy and the host communicated t/o the stay in case we needed anything. LOVED the covered porch off the kitchen... so relaxing with the creek flowing behind the property. As a bird watcher enjoyed watching the red-winged back birds and swallows near the small pond. We even briefly spotted a hummingbird!
Stayed here to attend a wedding at Spillian. The location is very close... FYI... I recommend that you plan to drive to the venue. The home is cozy and the host communicated t/o the stay in case we needed anything. LOVED the covered porch off the kitchen... so relaxing with the creek flowing behind the property. As a bird watcher enjoyed watching the red-winged back birds and swallows near the small pond. We even briefly spotted a hummingbird!

We stayed here when we were attending our niece's wedding nearby. Communications with the host went smoothly and she was very responsive. Having the 2 bathrooms, a gas fireplace in the living room to take off the chill (especially as it rained one day), and the covered deck was great. The house was spotless and the host had included everything to make our stay a positive experience.

From the numerous beds, the two bathrooms, and the spacious living room, covered porch, and covered deck, we had everything we needed. The location was perfect! Close to the wedding venue as well as stores/restaurants. Highly recommend staying here and we will be returning to enjoy the area we didn’t get a chance to see.

We all enjoyed our stay in Kathy's home while we took our daughter and her three friends skiing at Belleayre Mt. House was so close to the mountain it made it convenient to drive back and forth. Her home is cozy and clean and sits on a beautiful property with the sound of a rushing creek out back. We hope to come back again so we can experience the property/surroundings in another season.

This property is truly a home away from home!! It was cozy and inviting, not to mention it included all of the day to day necessities. We celebrated my mother-in-law's 70th Birthday and I'm so happy we settled on Moonlight Reflections! Also, you could not ask for a better host, Kathy, who was prompt with her responses and was so accomodating. It was nice to sit back and relax by the fire, surrounded by all of the comforts of home! It was obvious Kathy put a ton of thought into the decor and accomodations, to ensure all of her guests have a warm and welcoming experience. This place exceeded our expectations to the point we're already in the process of booking it for later this year, which speaks for itself. If you're reading this review, book it, you will not be disappointed! Special thanks to Kathy!!

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at the property. Kathy was communicative and helpful every step along the way. She went above and beyond to help us secure a babysitter while we attended a local wedding given we were traveling out of town. The kids enjoyed searching for frogs around the pond, and us parents loved reading on the back deck while the kids napped. Thank you Kathy!

Stayed here for a family of 6 ski trip to Belleayre. It was very clean and well stocked, with comfortable furnishings . Enjoyed the gas firepit on the deck, which has lots of comfortable seating around it. This is a perfect all-season house. I highly recommend it. Will definitely return!

We had an amazing weekend here. The property was clean, welcoming and incredibly close to skiing. We didn’t get the welcome email from vrbo, so we had a small issue getting the information to check in. Kathleen was great and responded quickly to get us in to the property. She was very receptive to texts and had great recommendations for food. Highly recommend! We hope to be back!

Our family enjoyed our ski getaway. Location is extremely convenient for those looking to ski at Belleayre (less than a 10 minute drive). The road is extremely quiet and the surroundings are lovely and serene (loved having our coffee in the great room overlooking a beautiful snowy scene!). This is an older home as described so visitors should just be aware of that (extra layers of plastic on the windows keep them cozy and warm) but it is well cared for and extremely clean. The owner is attentive and addressed any concerns we had promptly and thoroughly. Even had a thoughtful touch of leaving a bottle of wine for us! We would rent again for our next mountain visit, which I hope is soon!

We had a lovely stay at Moonlight Reflections. The house was equipped with everything we needed and was a 5 minute drive to Belleayre Mountain. It was also really close to an amazing new restaurant called the Printing House that we thoroughly enjoyed.

The house is beautiful and charming. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay. If you're looking to relax and enjoy a peaceful vacation, this house is perfect. Kathy was very easy to reach and very accodmating. She resolved an issue promptly and made sure our stay was perfect. I highly recommend this house in Fleischmanns NY.

The home is cozy and the host communicated t/o the stay in case we needed anything. LOVED the covered porch off the kitchen... so relaxing with the creek flowing behind the property. As a bird watcher enjoyed watching the red-winged back birds and swallows near the small pond. We even briefly spotted a hummingbird!

We had an amazing weekend here. The property was clean, welcoming and incredibly close to skiing. We didn’t get the welcome email from vrbo, so we had a small issue getting the information to check in. Kathleen was great and responded quickly to get us in to the property. She was very receptive to texts and had great recommendations for food. Highly recommend! We hope to be back!

We stayed here when we were attending our niece's wedding nearby. Communications with the host went smoothly and she was very responsive. Having the 2 bathrooms, a gas fireplace in the living room to take off the chill (especially as it rained one day), and the covered deck was great. The house was spotless and the host had included everything to make our stay a positive experience.

Our family enjoyed our ski getaway. Location is extremely convenient for those looking to ski at Belleayre (less than a 10 minute drive). The road is extremely quiet and the surroundings are lovely and serene (loved having our coffee in the great room overlooking a beautiful snowy scene!). This is an older home as described so visitors should just be aware of that (extra layers of plastic on the windows keep them cozy and warm) but it is well cared for and extremely clean. The owner is attentive and addressed any concerns we had promptly and thoroughly. Even had a thoughtful touch of leaving a bottle of wine for us! We would rent again for our next mountain visit, which I hope is soon!

The house is beautiful and charming. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay. If you're looking to relax and enjoy a peaceful vacation, this house is perfect. Kathy was very easy to reach and very accodmating. She resolved an issue promptly and made sure our stay was perfect. I highly recommend this house in Fleischmanns NY.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at the property. Kathy was communicative and helpful every step along the way. She went above and beyond to help us secure a babysitter while we attended a local wedding given we were traveling out of town. The kids enjoyed searching for frogs around the pond, and us parents loved reading on the back deck while the kids napped. Thank you Kathy!

Stayed here to attend a wedding at Spillian. The location is very close... FYI... I recommend that you plan to drive to the venue. We had a lovely stay at Moonlight Reflections. The house was equipped with everything we needed and was a 5 minute drive to Belleayre Mountain. It was also really close to an amazing new restaurant called the Printing House that we thoroughly enjoyed.

We attended a wedding, and needed a comfortable place to sleep and get ready for all of the wedding festivities. From the numerous beds, the two bathrooms, and the spacious living room, covered porch, and covered deck, we had everything we needed. The location was perfect! Close to the wedding venue as well as stores/restaurants. Highly recommend staying here and we will be returning to enjoy the area we didn’t get a chance to see.

We all enjoyed our stay in Kathy's home while we took our daughter and her three friends skiing at Belleayre Mt. House was so close to the mountain it made it convenient to drive back and forth. Her home is cozy and clean and sits on a beautiful property with the sound of a rushing creek out back. We hope to come back again so we can experience the property/surroundings in another season.

Very peaceful backyard. It was a quick weekend, but we loved hanging out on the porch listening to the frogs and the creek. If I ever come back to this area, I would definitely stay at this place again.

Walking into this cottage after an 11 hour grueling drive from MD in rain and snow was a truly welcomed sight. The home is so cozy and warm and so nicely outfitted for guests. We stayed here as overflow guests who celebrated Thanksgiving in Margretville. The arrangements and kitchen were perfect to support Thanksgiving efforts. My friends and I very much appreciated the hospitality of the cottage and host. Thank you!

We had a fantastic time atKathy‘s home. It was warm and cozy, and the perfect place for access to the ski mountains. I hope to be able to go back next season as my whole family, including the dog, enjoyed the lovely home and property. Cathie wasn’t an incredible host, and really attentive to all of my questions. The house is well stocked with supplies and of course, we enjoyed the welcoming bottle of wine.

Everything was perfect for what we needed and set up right away to the point that we didn’t need to ask for anything because it was already there. The property was very clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans which made it easy for us to just cook while we were there. There was also a town about 10 minutes away with a very good grocery store! Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful home! We loved the property and all the newts in the little pond.

The place was perfect for us as we were looking to just relax and take a break from the hustle and bustle of work.The place was very warm and comfortable. We never met the owner as everything was perfect and we really did not need anything.
