From the start of my trip, I had a hard time reaching someone to get information from and waited hours to get responses. I had to ask for information, nothing was provided to me. The condo was in good condition and at a good location. It was clean except the kitchen smelled terrible. During my trip, I sprained my back, which didn’t allow me to climb up and down the stairs (the unit is on the second floor) and there are NO elevators or ADA accessibility to reach the unit (which is not stated anywhere on the listing). I communicated this with the host and asked her if they had another property available on a first floor or with ADA access and she said they didn’t. Then, I asked for a refund for the last night since I was unable to to physically access the unit and she said they could not refund me anything or do anything to help my situation in a very rude manner. I was disappointed in the customer service and do not recommend this property.
