Very nice, attentive staff. Only have valet parking which is slightly annoying, but the boys were always quick to retrieve our vehicle. Housekeeping staff are very noisy. There must be a fire station nearby, it was constant sirens and firetrucks during our 4 day stay.

The hotel overall was nice. However, the room was small. We stayed in a two queen room which had bunk beds. I knew this going in and was okay with it but the bunk beds were incredibly uncomfortable. The ladder to the top bunk was made with 1" (probably less) wide square tubing and was very painful to climb up. There was a tv for each bed on the wall but the TVs were linked together so both beds had to watch the same thing. On top of that there was a mess of cords hanging down the wall from the upper TV. There is no on-site parking; it is valet or self-park only. I would self park. The garage across the street is only $11/day - much cheaper than tipping the valet or the fee the hotel will add to your bill. There are cheaper options that are just as nice and options in the same price range that have more room and nicer layouts.

Parking or the lack of requires use of an off site parking lot or the valet service. The valet was not super expensive and all the attendants were great. The location is great as it’s only a mile from the river and arts district, pretty much everything is walkable. The hotel itself is very well renovated from lobby To rooms. There is a breakfast/brunch spot and a speakeasy in the lobby, all are affordable and have great food and service highly recommend going to those while staying. The staff were all very friendly and carried this vibe of actually being happy and caring which carried over into their service, being remembered by many staff members on the stay is not something I’ve ever experienced but it was very cool. I’d highly recommend anyone visiting the Chattanooga area to stay here.

This hotel is very cute. I loved the whole aesthetic and the speakeasy was so cool! Sometimes the valet parking gets very backed up, so keep in mind if you have appointments, etc. It is also extremely loud. My room was right over the valet, so the outdoor speaker could be heard in my room. I could also hear people next door and across the hall, as well as any time a door was opened or closed.

Classy stylish hotel. Room was spacey and modern and wonderful. Also love the speakeasy in the lobby that is hidden. Only slight negative was the ice machine was on the blink on the 2nd floor where I stayed. Regardless, I will definitely stay here again when I am in need of a place downtown.

This hotel is absolutely fabulous! The property is gorgeous and well maintained. The staff are amazingly friendly and kind. The Speakeasy had great atmosphere and the dinner was superb. The Exchange for breakfast was delicious and the sitting area was very comfortable and low key on a Saturday morning. Hands down my favorite hotel that I’ve stayed in !

My significant other and I booked a last minute weekend trip to Chattanooga and were very pleased with our stay at Kinley. This was our second visit to the city. We previously stayed at The Edwin, which was outstanding, but wanted a different experience this trip. Kinley was modern, clean, and conveniently located across from a parking garage, and within walking distance to numerous excellent dining options. We enjoyed having a restaurant, bar, and speakeasy on site for times when we did not want to venture out. Our bartender, Sierra, was amazing and offered several local dining recommendations. I appreciated the complementary bottled water available in the lobby and the great customer service offered by all staff members. The rooms are slightly smaller than some may be accustomed to but we felt we had plenty of space. Our room was clean, cool, modern, and nicely furnished. The A/C and black out blinds were top notch, both of which are essential to my comfort. I appreciated the daily housekeeping and convenience of ice/an ice bucket on the floor. The hotel is within walking distance to downtown if you don't mind a 30-40 minute stroll. I would definitely recommend Kinley to anyone visiting Chattanooga, especially if you are a foodie and are looking for a different experience than staying near the river. We really enjoyed our quick get away at Kinley. The staff was over the top helpful and friendly. The Hotel was clean and quiet. The actual property was close to everything that we were attending. The Restaurant "Speak Easy" inside the Hotel was really good too.

Modern and stylish, clean and crisp except a few small things like the hallway carpeting which looks old and in need of replacement. Coffee shop and restaurant in the lobby is wonderful and staff super friendly. That's the good. The bad: NOISY. My god this place is npisy. Thin walls and ceilings. We were on the 2nd floor and there must have been offices below us because it sounded like a work environment at 8am on Saturday and Sunday for Pete's sakes. Not what I want waking me up on vacation. Housekeeping staff were ridiculously loud in the wallways and cleaning rooms. Yelling back and forth, slamming of doors, also NOT what we want waking us up early. We poked out heads out to tell them to quiet down and they werent even on our floor, the walls being so thin and a staff so freakin loud. Will never stay here again as obviously they cannot just put better insulation into the walls but at least quiet down your office and cleaning staff in the mornings.

This is a top notch hotel at a fantastic price point. We stayed one night for my wife’s birthday and are more or less “locals” so take this review for what it’s worth. We checked in on a Sunday, had dinner and drinks, retired to our room, and checked out next morning - as was our plan. The rooms are a bit small, but that kind of adds to the character of the place. If you’re here to get out of your room and explore Chattanooga and surrounding areas, that’s not a problem. However, they are clean, modern, and cozy. Our shower was HUGE. Again, after a day of exploring the great outdoors or the city, the rooms have everything you’ll need for a comfy stay. The Company speakeasy bar/restaurant is a must see. Awesome food and atmosphere. The staff are what makes the experience. From the desk clerk, to the food service staff, and even the valet, you feel like they are genuinely glad you are there. We could have spent hours just chatting it up with the lobby staff. This is a central downtown location, so bring your earplugs. We live on a mountaintop, so we’re not accustomed to city noise. But if you want to be in the center of the hustle and bustle of Chattanooga, just steps away from buses, Uber, and a parking garage, this location can’t be beat.

My daughter and I stayed in a room with queen bunk beds. The idea is genius for making the most of a small space, but the bunk beds creaked with every movement. Also I’m not a fan of barn doors for bathrooms, but I understand in this instance because there isn’t really room for a door to swing. Space was tight, couldn’t imagine staying here with any more people. Love the design and vibe of the hotel, but probably would not stay here again.

Nice, clean hotel but they need to work on some type of soft close on room doors. We heard lots of door slamming sporadically thru the night, I don’t believe it’s intentional it’s just the doors do not close quietly. Good location, walkable area.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Chattanooga. It exceeded our expectations. The Kinley was a very nice property and well located. Staff was great! The Company restaruant was so much fun. The room was a little smaller than expected but was fine for what we needed. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were extra soft and went flat really quickly. The tv was finicky, we struggled with the remote to respond and communicate with the tv. The sink is outside to the bathroom area, which was a little odd. The shower was great. The location was good. There are some options for things to do in the immediate area. We enjoyed breakfast at BlueGrass Cafe, coffee from Frothy Monkey and ice cream from Clumpies. We did walk to the aquarium area which is about a 30 minute walk. Thankfully the weather was nice so it wasn’t too bad. There are free shuttles that go around the city we used those at times.

I arrived late in the evening and was greeted at the front door by name. I was given a handwritten note of appreciation by the front desk. The decor and ambiance were excellent. The staff was outstanding from valet parking to Ellis in the speakeasy. Extending a special shout out to Kelly at the front desk who was so gracious and kind in dealing with a medical situation. We loved the special touches! Thank you.

This hotel is absolutely fabulous! The property is gorgeous and well maintained. The staff are amazingly friendly and kind. The Speakeasy had great atmosphere and the dinner was superb. The Exchange for breakfast was delicious and the sitting area was very comfortable and low key on a Saturday morning. Hands down my favorite hotel that I’ve stayed in !

Parking or the lack of requires use of an off site parking lot or the valet service. The valet was not super expensive and all the attendants were great. The location is great as it’s only a mile from the river and arts district, pretty much everything is walkable. The hotel itself is very well renovated from lobby To rooms. What a great hotel for a weekend getaway! The hotel is chic, the rooms are modern, the service is excellent, and the location can't be beat! We especially appreciated the onsite restaurants. The breakfast cafe is comfortable and inviting, and the speakeasy is a great place for a nightcap. The service was excellent and they really took care of us- thanks! The location is great with so many bars and restaurants right on the same block, and getting to the downtown bridge area is a nice walk or a short free shuttle rise away. The only areas for improvement would be slightly more spacious rooms and slightly more comfortable mattresses, but these are small points. Don't hesitate to book here. We'll be back!

We previously stayed at The Edwin, which was outstanding, but wanted a different experience this trip. The hotel is within walking distance to downtown if you don't mind a 30-40 minute stroll.
