We were given a room 423, and the desk attendant checked to make sure the room was ready. When we were given the key, we went up to that room and walked in. There was clothing and toiletries still in the room, and we were sure it was still in use by the occupants. We returned to the front desk and explained the situation. The desk clerk gave us another key for room 323 and said she didn't understand how that happened. In one of the beds, there was a fingernail and a clump of hair. Despite those issues, the bathroom was huge, the room was very spacious, and there were tons of hooks and bars to hang items. the beds were very comfortable. We can't judge the breakfasts, since we slept past that time. We also loved check in at 3:00 and check out at noon.

We got caught up in the Hilton power outage so our checkin was manual and slow. There were room mix ups, not getting the correct room configuration or being given a room that was already assigned. The lady at the desk was flustered but kept her composure and worked hard to get everything fixed. She truly saved the day. Note that rollaway beds or pullout couches are not available here.

Crystal, the assistant general manager, was amazing. She was extremely helpful as well all the other staff. We were offered great food and activity recommendations and they worked with us when our plans changed. We would definitely stay again!
