1304 Grand is a lovely home!! The kitchen has everything you need. They even leave you a small reusable grocery bag for those quick trips to Kowalski’s! The beds were comfortable, plenty of bath towels and toiletries are there in the bathrooms. Parking off the alley is very easy. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. I highly recommend Colossal for breakfast. Green Mill makes a great pizza. We had a change to our travel plans and they were very accommodating. They were able to make the house available the night before our original arrival which made life much easier. Our son lives down the alley so I am sure we will be back!

Great location, clean, comfortable, home-like.

Upstairs primary suite was spacious and comfortable. Home was clean and easy to get too. Staff at MinneStay were very responsive when we had a question. If you have trouble going up and down steps this would not be a good choice. Garage and parking in the back of the house are great. The street parking was always full.

Charming property that is a 10 minute walk from Macalester College. Highlights include proximity to shopping at downtown St. Paul, spacious master bedroom and personal parking garage.

Great stay in a clean, cozy house in a fantastic neighborhood.
