It was a very nice hotel. The staff was very nice , the hotel was very clean and the beds are so comfortable if you enjoy a soft bed. They had the hottest shower water I've ever encountered at a hotel which I thoroughly enjoyed but my husband not so much. The pool is outside and rather small but my son enjoyed it. The breakfast is a grab and go. Muffins and fruits. However, there is a cracker barrel next door along with other fast food options. The only negative thing but minor inconvenience was the fire alarm going off around 9:45pm due to guests down the hall vaping in their room. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The first thing I noticed when I walked through the doors was a fresh, clean scent. Not heavily perfumed but very pleasant. The floors in the lobby were gleaming! The woman at the desk was friendly and personable and made me feel welcome. She advised coffee and tea were available 24/7 in the lobby. I love the coffee machine that grinds the beans fresh before it brews your cup. Our room was light and bright and spotless! The floor was gleaming there also and the room smelled fresh. The bed and pillows was very comfortable. The bathroom was spotless and the shower nice and hot. We were very pleased with our experience there and plan to stay again.

Check in was fine. No mention that the pool was out of order until after my son jumped into it when they were balancing the chemicals. Very disappointed.

It doesn't have a lot of extras, but it was comfortable and clean. I think the price might be a little too much, but everything costs more these days. Booked on Hotels.com for a stay in Florida. We travel with a pet, so of course our stay cost more. I was not aware of the $50.00 extra charge until we arrived. Comfy bed and clean bathroom close to the interstate.

We spent the night at this hotel which looks to be fairly new. Upon arrival we checked in which I have no complaints but upon getting into the elevator it appears that some vandals are hell bent on defacing everything possible. The display that shows what floor your on was smashed, the elevator certificate was half torn off. I mean really, what is the problem? The room was fine, clean and comfortable and quiet. My concern is If this is the type of clientele spending the night, this hotel will be an armpit by end of year.

The property was very nice looking and clean but the room I stayed in had broken tiles in the bathroom along with a big patch over the shower from a water leak that had not been finished. The show it self had some sort of substance in it which we had to shower with shower shoes.

The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable to me. I know everyone has a preference to the firmness or otherwise of a mattress. The bathroom was spacious and extremely utilitarian. I had a great nights stay. Staff was super.

Stayed for one night baseball related trip. Clean hotel very nice decorated and newer furniture. Rooms are small for two queen beds but still nice. Breakfast was very slim and not a variety at all. Only had precooked sausage patty and eggs. Oatmeal was cold and nothing more. Breakfast was not good at all for price of stay and breakfast. Overall 8/10 would stay again if needed to for clean hotel but would not rely on food the next morning. Lobby also was very packed during breakfast and no where to sit due to so many people.

I stay in Prattville a lot. This hotel had THE MOST comfortable bed of any hotel in Prattville. The staff is super friendly and helpful. This hotel is the best I've stayed at in a very ling time. Healrhy breakfast, very clean rooms and the hotwl smwlled great!!!

Hotel was clean but the staff I encountered was either rude or nonchalant. When I attempted to check on the morning of my departure, I was told my relief just pulled up, she will assist you or something to that effect. I was too stun to hear the last part.

Checking in was quite a poor experience, we were checking in and the front desk woman was very helpful but when we were assisted by the manager it all changed. He obviously does not like working with Hotels.com and made it very clear to us that he would do nothing to assist us as they don’t get reimbursed for third party bookings. Room was ok but they have a long way to go to copy the Hilton Tru hotels.

It doesn't have a lot of extras, but it was comfortable and clean. I think the price might be a little too much, but everything costs more these days. Booked on Hotels.com for a stay in Florida. We travel with a pet, so of course our stay cost more. I was not aware of the $50.00 extra charge until we arrived. Comfy bed and clean bathroom close to the interstate.

Stayed for one night baseball related trip. Clean hotel very nice decorated and newer furniture. Rooms are small for two queen beds but still nice. Breakfast was very slim and not a variety at all. Only had precooked sausage patty and eggs. Oatmeal was cold and nothing more. Breakfast was not good at all for price of stay and breakfast. Overall 8/10 would stay again if needed to for clean hotel but would not rely on food the next morning. Lobby also was very packed during breakfast and no where to sit due to so many people.

Quick overnight stay, it was perfect for our family. The only thing compliant we had was there wasn’t a great breakfast option.

This was my first time with Avid and I was so impressed! I love love love the decor, smell and the BED!!!! Even the pillows were lovely. My only downside is the breakfast. I was hoping for a hot breakfast option like waffles and eggs. I settled for oatmeal and yogurt.

I had a reservation with a specific dollar amount. I just checked my CC payment, and it was MUCH more than quoted. Also, was told breakfast was at 6:00AM Christmas morning. Apples, oranges, packaged cereals, packaged oatmeal, packaged muffin and a bagel (nothing to put on it) were available.

After staying at the hotel for the past 5 or 6 years during our trips to Orange Beach, this last visit was not as enjoyable as the others. I knew it had changed ownership, as many hotels in the U.S. have, but now staying here felt more like being at a Red Roof Inn. Let me highlight the pros first: the shower is still amazing, and there’s coffee available 24/7! The staff we encountered at check-in and check-out were wonderful. I also ran into a very friendly housekeeping lady. Plus, the pillows are the best I’ve ever experienced! Now, for the cons: the smell in the hotel was difficult to pinpoint, but my wife identified it as a combination of Axe body spray and curry—I'm not sure. The beds, which used to be the highlight of my stay, seemed different this time; either the mattresses were replaced or they’ve given up on life. The pool, which my kids were looking forward to, was overrun with drunks, The water looked like a glass of milk—it was kind of a cloudy white. Lastly, the breakfast that used to feature large Jimmy Dean biscuits with sausage, ham, bacon, and egg and cheese now consists of rehydrated eggs, tasteless turkey sausage, and warm potato chunks. Overall, we will be looking for other places for our future trips.
