Antastasia Oceanview Condo NEW Remodel Upgrades Galore!

Wonderful location and property. Host was responsive and easy to work with. Property was clean, safe and well maintained. Would love to visit again soon.

We rented the condo over Spring Break in early April. The weather was beautiful, warm enough to sit on the beach and cool enough to do all the tourist attractions in St. Augustine without breaking a sweat. The condo is spacious; we are a family of 5 with three small children. They had all the beach stuff, which was great, including a wagon. There was a washer and dryer, which was awesome. There is no balcony but a great view of the beach and the ability to open the double doors, get the beach breeze, and hear the ocean. The pool was plenty warm enough to swim in (in April). St. Augustine is 15-25 minutes, depending on what's happening with the bridge. The condo is close to lots of stores and restaurants. We used the Publix app and did grocery pick-up. The liquor store is right next door. We had lunch at Columbia in St. Augustine, which was pricey but fun. We also ate at Commanders, which has casual and fun seafood on the riverside. I highly recommend the ghost tour, the pirate ship boat ride, the lighthouse, the Basilica, and walking the town in St. Augustine. There is so much to do. The beach is great; you can drive on it via a 4-wheel drive. We will definitely be back and recommend to our friends looking for a fun, beautiful, affordable destination in northern Florida.

What a beautiful property that is truly right on the beach! There were so many amenities and it was really a prime location. Butler Beach was just an elevator ride and short walk over to such a calm and relaxing beach. We have inlaws who are local to the area and our three children ended up staying with them, but it was so nice to know that they could have all easily slept in the condo. They all did come over and shower after the beach and it was so nice and convenient. They also enjoyed the pool for a little swim too.The owners have beach chairs, toys, and plenty of towels. We brought our own because we have too many kids and like to plan ahead. The condo had such a welcoming and upscale feel throughout. The couches and chairs all reclined. We had plenty of room to spread out when the kids and grandparents joined us. We enjoyed the local restaurants, but there were plenty of dishes, pots and pans,etc. If you would rather stay in and eat inside. The location was convenient to plenty of grocery stores and shops. We loved Island Donuts, Everything Bagel (a bit further but we went 3 times!) and Gas Full Service had amazing burgers. We went to downtown a few times, but the beach was definitely the highlight for us. The hosts were great at communicating and everything was truly easy. The only thing I didn't love was the firmness of the bed, but the incredible master shower made up for that, plus there are recliners as a backup. We will definitely be back again! There was a mix of locals in the building and they were all so kind. Definitely felt very safe and would not hesitate to bring our family again, truly a steal for the location. First time on the Atlantic side of Florida. Wife and I were in town for a music festival and couple days at the beach. The owners were AMAZING. Very communicative, easily accessible and gave us all the info we needed via text the morning of our arrival before we even had to ask for it. Condo is right on the beach, but there is a berm to cross, so walk was about a minute. Incredibly easy to navigate. Condo had all we needed and was immaculately clean. Took a $30 uber to downtown for concert and dinner. Great location and sliding doors allowed us to listen to the waves crash as we had breakfast.

This was our 5th stay in the beach area and within a 2 yr span . By far this unit was the best overall.We enjoyed several fireworks displays from the condo looking North and North West.Beach access was very good via a 1st class boardwalk. Unit was nicely updated and we could not have asked for more.

Location is convenient to restaurants and places to shop. Steps away from the beach and plenty of items for the beach were provided. Nice relaxing view and sounds of the beach at night.

We loved the beautiful and comfortable condo in a quiet, lovely complex. The beach is just steps away through a private walkway and the pool was warm and inviting. This location is convenient to the town of St Augustine and many good restaurants. The property owners communicate very well!!

First time staying at this condo, now it will be the only one my husband and I want to stay in for our annual trip to St Augustine. The condo owners are wonderful to work with and easy to reach. The condo itself is beautiful, clean, and has almost everything you need.

Unfortunately when we first entered the property smelled like if who ever was there before smoked. The condo was not clean, the mirrors and glasses were very dirty, the table counter and chairs looked like they havent been cleaned in weeks and i wiped them off and sent pic to owner. The linen smelled like sweat and had hair in beds in master and one of twins i had to change all the linen. The main reason we liked the property was the opening door in the master but the screen door was broken and we werent able to leave the door open and enjoy because of the mosquitos and the screen door was broken. Was upset that we werent getting what they advertised it would have made a difference in getting that unit or another one. The dryer was broken horrible sound and the owner ended up ordering another unit but we werent able to benefit that. We stayed for 7 days and only had two small kitchen bags and we had to buy more supplies for the kitchen. The beach chairs were horrible and we bought two to use.The appliances in kitchen so outdated we brought keurig cups and couldnt use. The building had a fitness center but guests are not able to use so I just used a planet fitness about 20 min from location. We didnt watch much tv but horrible connection and even though there was one night with bad weather the poor images were shown before and after still.The owner was nice and communicative and said that she would return $50 for the inconveniences but I did not find the stay worth it at all.

This condo was perfect for our vacation. The photos were spot on, and being there was even better! There are generous views of the ocean from the property and further out. Plus, as the sun sets, the lights come on all over and shimmer. A special bonus is that you can see the lighthouse in the distance as it gently flashes. The whole place was clean and I appreciated the handiness of the washer/dryer. In a nutshell, this property is great for a lot of reasons. You won't be disappointed :)

My sister & I stayed here for a quick sisters getaway. This condo was well appointed with recent updates; beautiful modern finishes throughout. There are corner views of the ocean from parts of the condo. We turned off the air & opened the sliding door so we could hear the sound of the crashing waves. The owner did a great job of communicating with us & check in/out was a breeze. The one change I would suggest is to update the mattress in the master bedroom because it is both hard and lumpy. We only stayed 2 nights but if we were staying for a week or more that would have been a problem. And yes, I still gave it 5 stars because the hostess was gracious & the condo was updated, clean & there was direct beach access. The kitchen is well equipped with all you’ll need for eating in….if that’s your thing. For dining out, there are quite a few restaurants near by. We ate at the Seafood Kitchen, just up the street from the condo & the following night we ate @ the St. Augustine Fish House & Oyster Co. & for breakfast we ate @ the Beachside Diner. As you can tell we spent our time there as beach bums who ate their way through St. Augustine & we suggest you rent this condo & do the same! We visited historic St. Aug but nothing can beat the beach.

Beautiful place with plenty of room and accommodations. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels. The view of the beach was perfect from the dining area and the balcony room. Room is conveniently near the elevator, which is excellent. Owners kept in great contact and responded quickly to any inquiries. All around a great spot for families to get away and enjoy a calm beach life. Highly recommend.

Amazing hosts and fantastic property! Views incredible and the place is well stocked and owners were so great. Only complaint is master bed is beyond hard. Needs new mattress otherwise I would stay each time I head down there!

We stayed 2 weeks and this was an amazing opportunity to have to get away from Maine and enjoy the Florida beaches. St. Augustine beach is clean and beautiful and the condo was everything we had hoped for. The owners were very easy to communicate with and very quick to respond. The view from the condo is breathtaking! We will no doubt be booking again when we visit Florida!

I needed a reset… time away, quiet and calm. It was all that and more… simply exquisite. The accommodations were beautiful, gracious, and well-appointed. And the owners… phenomenal! They sent occasionsal texts to check on me and provided a direct number in the event of needs. I’d stay again, and again and again and…

Location is excellent, very chill with a short drive to downtown St. Augustine. Property is well kept and unit has been beautifully updated. Owners are very prompt to respond and very welcoming. Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again.
