One of the most relaxing getaways we’ve had!!! Shopping was close if we needed anything. Loved the amenities, perfect location for a fire pit, hot tub, patio table. You felt like you were the only ones around. Highly recommend, we will return. Our dogs even relaxed! Thank you for a perfect tiny home!! Todd and Adair- Galion, Ohio

Enjoyed our stay in this shipping container. It was equipped with everything we needed. We liked the smart TV, fire pit (with firewood) and the other touches. The location was nearby the Landoll Castle and activities at Mohican State Park. I would say the only potential drawback is that if you have a two wheel drive vehicle, you will probably need to carry your belongings as we did. It's a short (approx 100 ft.) walk uphill, but could be tricky if guests have mobility/walking issues. We did not have any difficulties with it.

We enjoyed our stay at the Tiny House in Mohican. While we were there we had to visit the Castle, which I'd heard about but never knew where it was. It was beautiful to walk through the gardens there and take some pictures. The tiny house was like staying in a camper, everything you need is there. The weather was nice so we were outside a lot. We used the hot tub and fire pit and grill. We also visited the town of Loudenville and the Ugly Bunny winery. A fun trip. I would definitely do it again!

Cozy little spot at the top of the hill. Definitely need a 4x4 to get to the top but we managed carrying our luggage. Not sure if older couples could do the same because it is a relatively steep climb and descent. Loved the outdoor hot tub and fire pit. Overall, we would stay here again!

It was very enjoyable and just what we needed. The hot tub was perfect! I really like the 3pm check in but feel 11am would be much more reasonable on a Sunday am check out as it wouldn't feel so rushed. So 4.5 stars.

This tiny home was AMAZING. It has everything you may need for a weekend getaway. The grounds were clean, inside was clean and the bed was so comfy. The hot tub was the icing on the cake after a long day of walking. Centrally located from Amish country and our plan to visit the Ohio State Reformatory. Loved the little ice cream/coffee shop downtown. Definitely will stay here again!

This tiny home was perfect for our Mohican mountain biking weekend. It was very clean and had all the amenities that we needed. The hot tub was amazing after a long day on our bikes. Plenty of dry firewood was neatly stacked for a warming fire in the fire ring. We'll definitely consider this cozy getaway in the future!

We had a great stay in the Tiny Home. It was a perfect place to relax and unwind. Totally enjoyed the hot tub and the outside of patio area. Very relaxing to sit outside and listen to the songs of nature while having your morning coffee or eating lunch or dinner . Totally enjoyed our stay. Lots of things to do in the area.

Great place for the most part. The listing should say 4WD/AWD *only* -- there's a loose gravel driveway that in the best of weather is too steep for a 2WD to find traction, although we made it up by approaching at an uncomfortably high speed so we could coast up the steepest part. This worked 2 out of 4 tries. The shower with tankless heater alternated between too hot and too cold, and a microwave would have been nicer than the toaster oven. Everything else was very nice: serene perch up on a hillside, lots of trees, hot tub, fire ring, and comfortable outdoor seating. Very clean and modern tiny home. Communications is a little confusing. It's a Vrbo listing and Vrbo lists the host/owner, but email with the lock combination came directly from Evolve, so searching all email from Vrbo or the host did not retrieve the information I needed. Probably I could have called Vrbo, but I thought to do a full email content search for the word "Loudonville" and found what I needed. Why can't Vrbo list "Evolve" and why can't Evolve put useful info and the host name in their subject line?

Our short stay was incredibly rainy which for a lot of places probably would’ve made it a total letdown, but here it was surprisingly enjoyable. The few times it wasn’t raining, we were able to enjoy the hot tub and the fire pit. And most of the time it was raining, we snuggled up cozy and warm inside but still with a beautiful view out the sliding glass doors.
Our short stay was incredibly rainy which for a lot of places probably would’ve made it a total letdown, but here it was surprisingly enjoyable. The few times it wasn’t raining, we were able to enjoy the hot tub and the fire pit. And most of the time it was raining, we snuggled up cozy and warm inside but still with a beautiful view out the sliding glass doors.

Tiny house exactly as listed, great communication with property manager and flexible to give us late checkout. Had everything we needed. Not much space- not ideal for more than two people IMO. As far as location- hill is pretty steep leading up to the house, not all cars can readily make it and since we had a pet we had to walk down the hill and on the main road for little potty walks.

Tiny house was super cute. Girlfriend and I loved it. House had everything you could need for cozying up. Mohican is close by, the castle was close by, kayaking was close by. All and all it was a great little getaway.I would say make sure you screen shot the instructions before getting to the cabin as the cell service will make it impossible :). (Which is why you stay out here to being with right?)

This was the perfect little retreat ❣️ Exactly what I was looking for….private, quiet, and cozy! Every detail was well thought out and perfectly placed, from the decor to the amenities! I spent a couple nights there with my domestic partner 🐾 lol. My GPS had me turn the wrong way, but Rachel was very friendly and helpful. We definitely will be staying again- miss the hot tub already 😉.

It's 3 minutes from the Mohican Castle and Copper Mug Restaurant. Perfect little secluded place. The only thing is the driveway. If you have a hardtime going up a steep hill give yourself some extra time to get up the hill..its steep but definitely worth the exercise. We loved staying here and definitely will come back. Super clean and Rachael is the perfect host.

The concept sounded great, but from the driveway approach, which was totally too steep, to the constant battle with big black ants and spiders we will not return or recommend. Not feasible for seniors. Stairs would at least make the approach to the tiny house more navigable if you don't have a 4 wheel drive vehicle to get up the hill to the cabin. The cabin needs to be exterminated, inside and out, to eliminate the ants and spiders.

Great place for the most part. The listing should say 4WD/AWD *only* -- there's a loose gravel driveway that in the best of weather is too steep for a 2WD to find traction, although we made it up by approaching at an uncomfortably high speed so we could coast up the steepest part. This worked 2 out of 4 tries. The shower with tankless heater alternated between too hot and too cold, and a microwave would have been nicer than the toaster oven. Everything else was very nice: serene perch up on a hillside, lots of trees, hot tub, fire ring, and comfortable outdoor seating. Very clean and modern tiny home. Communications is a little confusing. It's a Vrbo listing and Vrbo lists the host/owner, but email with the lock combination came directly from Evolve, so searching all email from Vrbo or the host did not retrieve the information I needed. Probably I could have called Vrbo, but I thought to do a full email content search for the word "Loudonville" and found what I needed. Why can't Vrbo list "Evolve" and why can't Evolve put useful info and the host name in their subject line?

Tiny house exactly as listed, great communication with property manager and flexible to give us late checkout. Had everything we needed. Not much space- not ideal for more than two people IMO. As far as location- hill is pretty steep leading up to the house, not all cars can readily make it and since we had a pet we had to walk down the hill and on the main road for little potty walks.

We had a really beautiful stay for my husband’s birthday. We enjoyed the fire pit, hot tub, and grill. The place is adorable and very, very clean. The host thought of everything. We loved the seclusion but also being close to town. Thank you for having us!

Cozy little spot at the top of the hill. Definitely need a 4x4 to get to the top but we managed carrying our luggage. Not sure if older couples could do the same because it is a relatively steep climb and descent. Loved the outdoor hot tub and fire pit. Overall, we would stay here again!

We stayed in this cozy house for my wife’s 35th birthday weekend, and an escape from our two kids. The location was convenient for dining and hiking. The amenities provided were exactly what we needed! The hot tub was enjoyable as was the fire with the double swing. We had some scattered rainy days and rainy nights but we came prepared with our rain gear and still had a great time. It was nice to reset for a quick few days.

This tiny home was AMAZING. It has everything you may need for a weekend getaway. The grounds were clean, inside was clean and the bed was so comfy. The hot tub was the icing on the cake after a long day of walking. Centrally located from Amish country and our plan to visit the Ohio State Reformatory. Loved the little ice cream/coffee shop downtown. Definitely will stay here again!

One of the most relaxing getaways we’ve had!!! Shopping was close if we needed anything. Loved the amenities, perfect location for a fire pit, hot tub, patio table. You felt like you were the only ones around. Highly recommend, we will return. Our dogs even relaxed! Thank you for a perfect tiny home!! Todd and Adair- Galion, Ohio

We enjoyed our stay at the Tiny House in Mohican. While we were there we had to visit the Castle, which I'd heard about but never knew where it was. It was beautiful to walk through the gardens there and take some pictures. The tiny house was like staying in a camper, everything you need is there. The weather was nice so we were outside a lot. We used the hot tub and fire pit and grill. We also visited the town of Loudenville and the Ugly Bunny winery. A fun trip. I would definitely do it again!

Tiny house was super cute. Girlfriend and I loved it. House had everything you could need for cozying up. Mohican is close by, the castle was close by, kayaking was close by. All and all it was a great little getaway.I would say make sure you screen shot the instructions before getting to the cabin as the cell service will make it impossible :). (Which is why you stay out here to being with right?)

This was the perfect little retreat ❣️ Exactly what I was looking for….private, quiet, and cozy! Every detail was well thought out and perfectly placed, from the decor to the amenities! I spent a couple nights there with my domestic partner 🐾 lol. My GPS had me turn the wrong way, but Rachel was very friendly and helpful. We definitely will be staying again- miss the hot tub already 😉.

We had so much fun spending the weekend in this cozy home. We enjoyed our morning coffee, the hot tub, cooking on the grille, and loved the privacy. The market nearby was a perfect place to pick up food and there was lots of hiking nearby. A great but simple weekend!

We had a great stay in the Tiny Home. It was a perfect place to relax and unwind. Totally enjoyed the hot tub and the outside of patio area. Very relaxing to sit outside and listen to the songs of nature while having your morning coffee or eating lunch or dinner . Totally enjoyed our stay. Lots of things to do in the area.

The place was very nice, and we were really looking forward to our stay. Unfortunately, the weather didn’t cooperate and we ultimately had to cut our trip short. Obviously this was completely out of the owner’s control, but with two dogs and nonstop rain — with even more in the forecast — we would have been stuck inside the entire time. We truly appreciate the opportunity to stay there and would definitely consider coming back for another weekend in the future under better weather conditions.

We were very disappointed with our stay due to several issues that significantly impacted our weekend.The biggest problem was the Wi-Fi. The login information emailed to us did not work, and there was no cell service at the property, so we couldn’t even contact you or Evolve for help. We eventually found the correct username and password on the router itself, and it was completely different from the information provided. The magnet on the fridge also had partially erased, incorrect Wi-Fi info. Ironically, your response email arrived after we had already solved the issue ourselves. I had specifically asked ahead of time if firewood was available and was told yes. However, there were only a few wet pieces of wood in the fire pit, no kindling, and the lighter was empty. Our plan for Friday night was to relax by the fire or watch movies, and we couldn’t do either. There were also major cleanliness and maintenance concerns. There were many large black ants inside the cabin. The coffee pot was dirty with old coffee and used grounds still in it, there were food pieces left in the refrigerator drawer, grime in the kitchen trash can, and long black hairs on the shower floor before we used it.Additional issues:* No dish cloth provided* One coffee mug was chipped* Bathroom door was off track and wouldn’t close properly* Listing said there was a microwave, but there was only a toaster oven* No local information binder as stated in the emailHad potential-but these things changed it
