Everything was top shelf. Kitchen and baths fully furnished. Layout was great. Yard area and outdoor games were a real plus. Our entire family thoroughly enjoyed it all. Location was excellent for Ruby Falls, Rock City and the Incline Railway. Highly recommend.

A beautiful home near all the attractions in Chattanooga! Perfect for our family! Plenty of room and a nice open concept in the common areas! The kitchen is well stocked, plenty of linens and even firewood for the fire pit! We loved it here!

Ann was very responsive and gave us all the important info up front for an easy check in. The basketball court was a nice perk for a large group with littles. Would rent again!

The place was just like it was listed! Beautiful bedrooms with plenty of extra blankets. Bathrooms all had more towels than people, so you could use more than 1 apiece. Plenty of soap and shampoo. The open space to meet was spacious. The 2 porches were perfect for relaxing and watching the kids. Balls and outdoor games available. Quiet neighborhood with lots of nature sounds. Plenty of plates, glasses, and silverware. Dish soap and paper towels were available. Wonderful place, would definitely go there again!

Our home away from home this past weekend was the perfect place for our family to stay while our middle daughter got married at covey creek !!! We had plenty of space and enjoyed our one on the front porch… mornings and evenings !! We loved the beautiful area !!! We enjoyed our mountain experience !!!

The house, porches and fire pit were great. Lots of room for the 9 of us to spread out. Location was closed to all the places we wanted to go! Anne was a wonderful host and gave us a lot of good information. Many thanks!!

Three generations of our family (8 adults and 4 little ones) enjoyed our long weekend at this beautiful house with plenty of room to hang out together as well as bedroom space for quiet time. The kitchen was well stocked -- we cooked and grilled quite a few meals. The basketball court provided entertainment for a variety of ages, and we played other yard games, too. We enjoyed the fire pit one evening. Cloudland Canyon is a great park, and a pleasant short drive away. We also did several outings to Chattanooga, a reasonable 30 minute drive to most destinations in the city. Just be prepared for narrow, curvy roads up and down Lookout Mountain -- with beautiful scenery! The host responded very quickly to a variety of questions, and provided helpful information about the local attractions. I definitely recommend this location!

We recently traveled to Georgia for a wedding in Trenton and had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful. The drive up to the house was absolutely breathtaking, with stunning views that sets the tone for a wonderful stay. Upon arrival, we immediately felt welcome. The house was exceptionally clean spacious and perfect for accommodating a large family group. It had everything we needed from a well-stocked kitchen coffee station . The kids had a basketball court and cozy fire pit in the backyard. One of the highlights was waking up in the morning, enjoying coffee on the front porch while taking in the peaceful surrounding. This setting was quiet relaxing and truly a retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. The owner was incredibly responsive and attentive, though we had very few needs because everything was so well thought out. I would highly recommend this place where everyone looking for a peaceful beautiful getaway. Thank you for sharing your amazing home with us.Thanks Linda

The house was perfectly clean and appeared brand new inside, there was plenty of parking. I went with a group of 9 friends, all adults, no couples. We often get VRBO rentals for hiking weekends. We loved the way the beds and bathrooms were evenly spaced, and the open plan where we could be together and spread out at the same time. Great attention to detail, from the decorations right down to the quality of hand soaps in each room. We had enough hot water, which has been a problem at other places... it was just about perfect. Nicer than the pictures. Twice we went to watch sunset 2 miles away at the hang gliding launch site, which was pretty cool. Great house, thoughtful host, terrific value. Thank you!

House was perfect for our party of 10 (3 couples 4 kids). Clean, updated, and had everything you could possibly need. Even extra blankets, pillows, and towels were plentiful. Best part it was only about 12-15 minutes from town and all the area tourist attractions. Would definitely book again.

This house was perfect for our family's annual getaway where we come together from different parts of the country to catch up and enjoy each other's company. Very clean. There was plenty of room for 14 people. It was kid friendly. There were board games. And the neighbors dog Clyde visited us. Loved it there!

My husband and I, plus friends were 8n Chattanooga for the half Ironman race this weekend. The house was about 30 mins from downtown but it was perfect as we were a large party of 10. The house was great for us, it was roomy, lovely and clean, as described in the app and well equipped. Plenty of parking. The owner was responsive with information and details. This is definitely worth a five star review.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay on the Mountain. The house was a great fit as we had 9 total staying. Plenty of bedroom and bathroom space along with an open floor plan that made it easy and enjoyable to hang out together, both on the porch and inside. Anne was a great communicator and very accommodating for us. We would gladly stay again.

We recently traveled to Georgia for a wedding in Trenton and had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful. The drive up to the house was absolutely breathtaking, with stunning views that sets the tone for a wonderful stay. Upon arrival, we immediately felt welcome. The house was exceptionally clean spacious and perfect for accommodating a large family group. It had everything we needed from a well-stocked kitchen coffee station . The kids had a basketball court and cozy fire pit in the backyard. One of the highlights was waking up in the morning, enjoying coffee on the front porch while taking in the peaceful surrounding. This setting was quiet relaxing and truly a retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. The owner was incredibly responsive and attentive, though we had very few needs because everything was so well thought out. I would highly recommend this place where everyone looking for a peaceful beautiful getaway. Thank you for sharing your amazing home with us.Thanks Linda

My husband and I, plus friends were 8n Chattanooga for the half Ironman race this weekend. The house was about 30 mins from downtown but it was perfect as we were a large party of 10. The house was great for us, it was roomy, lovely and clean, as described in the app and well equipped. Plenty of parking. The owner was responsive with information and details. This is definitely worth a five star review.

Everything was great. We had plenty of room for 13 people. Location near Rock City and Chattanooga were what we were looking for. Plan to use again next year if available.

Everything was top shelf. Kitchen and baths fully furnished. Layout was great. Yard area and outdoor games were a real plus. Our entire family thoroughly enjoyed it all. Location was excellent for Ruby Falls, Rock City and the Incline Railway. Highly recommend.

Our home away from home this past weekend was the perfect place for our family to stay while our middle daughter got married at covey creek !!! We had plenty of space and enjoyed our one on the front porch… mornings and evenings !! We loved the beautiful area !!! We enjoyed our mountain experience !!!

Absolutely recommend staying here! Easy access to downtown Chattanooga, Rock City and Cloudland Canyon State Park. We had a large group with lots of little kids and the house fit our needs perfectly. There's even a wonderful playground near by.

House was perfect for our party of 10 (3 couples 4 kids). Clean, updated, and had everything you could possibly need. Even extra blankets, pillows, and towels were plentiful. Best part it was only about 12-15 minutes from town and all the area tourist attractions. Would definitely book again.

Three generations of our family (8 adults and 4 little ones) enjoyed our long weekend at this beautiful house with plenty of room to hang out together as well as bedroom space for quiet time. The kitchen was well stocked -- we cooked and grilled quite a few meals. The basketball court provided entertainment for a variety of ages, and we played other yard games, too. We enjoyed the fire pit one evening. Cloudland Canyon is a great park, and a pleasant short drive away. We also did several outings to Chattanooga, a reasonable 30 minute drive to most destinations in the city. Just be prepared for narrow, curvy roads up and down Lookout Mountain -- with beautiful scenery! The host responded very quickly to a variety of questions, and provided helpful information about the local attractions. I definitely recommend this location!

The house was perfect for our group with plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Great outdoor space for the kids to play and convenient to both Chattanooga and Cloudland Canyon. Felt like home away from home. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Huge, well-kept house. Well equipped kitchen, but could use a cutting board. Would be nice to have small dressers in bedrooms. Recommend having a telephone contact for owner. Overall, though, an excellent house and location.

The house was perfectly clean and appeared brand new inside, there was plenty of parking. I went with a group of 9 friends, all adults, no couples. We often get VRBO rentals for hiking weekends. We loved the way the beds and bathrooms were evenly spaced, and the open plan where we could be together and spread out at the same time. Great attention to detail, from the decorations right down to the quality of hand soaps in each room. We had enough hot water, which has been a problem at other places... it was just about perfect. Nicer than the pictures. Twice we went to watch sunset 2 miles away at the hang gliding launch site, which was pretty cool. Great house, thoughtful host, terrific value. Thank you!

House was very clean and well stocked with linens & kitchen supplies. Like another reviewer stated a cutting board would be good. Also a vegtable peeler. Our group was all senior adults and enjoyed spending time at the house.

A beautiful home near all the attractions in Chattanooga! Perfect for our family! Plenty of room and a nice open concept in the common areas! The kitchen is well stocked, plenty of linens and even firewood for the fire pit! We loved it here!

The place was just like it was listed! Beautiful bedrooms with plenty of extra blankets. Bathrooms all had more towels than people, so you could use more than 1 apiece. Plenty of soap and shampoo. The open space to meet was spacious. The 2 porches were perfect for relaxing and watching the kids. Balls and outdoor games available. Quiet neighborhood with lots of nature sounds. Plenty of plates, glasses, and silverware. Dish soap and paper towels were available. Wonderful place, would definitely go there again!

The house was exactly as described. The unique layout of bedrooms made for 3 distinct area for our group of 8 to have a feeling of not being crowded together. The beds and linens were comfortable. Closets were large, we joked that 2 of them could have qualified as bedrooms.The bathrooms were clean and had plenty of good quality towels The living room had enough seating for all of us, as did the dining table. The front porch was another excellent gathering spot.The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes and cooking equipment. The appliances were clean and worked properly.The property was off the main road, surrounded by trees. It was quiet except for the antics of ducks and geese in the pond across the road and the sounds of birds and squirrels in the surrounding woods. I don't think we ever heard a car pass.We had enough parking for 7 of us who drove.

This property worked perfectly for our large family. We had our kids, their spouses and children in one house for almost a week. The place was wonderful while we had great times together, everyone also had their own space. Communication was wonderful and any questions I had were answered very quickly and easily. The home was stocked very well. Plenty of towels, dishes, and supplies. They even had paper towels and toilet paper as well as dish soap and dishwasher detergent and bath products. It has a nice porch and yard that we got to enjoy. Location was also great. Easy to get to Chattanooga, but far enough away for a peaceful evenings and mornings. Highly recommend and will definitely come back to this property again!!

The house was perfect for our family as we came in to celebrate a college graduation nearby. We had everything we needed and enjoyed the peace and quiet of the area. Everything is well stocked with more than enough dishes, towels and beds.
