Lovely little cabin nicely appointed with bath towels and robes for using the hot tub. We didn't use it however, it didn't seem warm enough to us. But the location was excellent, walking distance to downtown and the beach. Warm and cozy.

Perfect quiet getaway. The cabin is cozy and has lots of character. Its basic but has everything one would need. The supplied bathrobes are amazing. The large BBQ is clean and works great. The hot tub was excellent after a rainy hike. There were other guests on the property, but I always had the tub to myself. Can’t wait to come back!

This cabin in the woods is the perfect spot to explore the beauty of Ucluelet and Tofino. It is a gorgeous space that the owner, John, has carefully designed and decorated with incredible touches. The kitchen is well-equipped if you plan to do some cooking. The bed is extremely comfortable and the entire space is spotless. The cabin's location amongst tall trees provides a real sense of tranquility and privacy. The hot tub is a great addition and has its own outdoor shower. Local restaurants, food trucks, grocery store and coffee shops are within walking distance. It is a 5 minute walk to one of the beaches as well as a coastal trail. John was an outstanding host who answered any questions we had and who has put so much thought and care into his cabins. We would not hesitate to return to this one-of-a-kind rental. We are already recommending it to friends and family. Thank you, John!

My sister and I spent a weekend here and we absolutely loved it. The cottage was perfect and the bed was so comfy and cozy. Location was great for walking to town, the beach and trails. The hot tub was ideal and lovely on a wet day. Would stay here again!Only suggestion we would make is as much as I love a rainy hot tub day, we felt like the heavy rain affected the temperature of the water and cooled it down a roof over top would help.

The cabin is exactly as advertised. It’s a beautiful little space that’s perfect for a couple. It’s super clean inside and had all of the amenities needed to have a comfortable stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, the shower was lovely, the towel warmer was a nice touch, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the semi-private hot tub was awesome. There were 2 other couples staying in the 2 cabins beside us but we never had to share the hot tub and the cabins provided the perfect amount of privacy. The cabin is in a secluded and quiet area of town yet it was super close to the restaurants, beaches, and other attractions. Overall we were very impressed with the property. It is well-worth the price and we’ll definitely book with John next time we’re on the the island.

The cabin was awesome. When you walk in all you could smell is wood. The hot tub was good and the parking was good too. A quick walk to big beach and to black rock resort. Peaceful place to spend a few days.

We enjoyed our stay in this cute cabin but the listing was misleading. Definitely not beach front, the beach is down the road. And the hot tub was not private and also not big enough for more than two people comfortably. Other than than we had a good time.

Making a reservation and check-in was easy and seamless. The cabin was spotless and comfortable. It is located in the middle of Ucluelet, but is down a long drive and surrounded by trees so you feel like you are in the woods. Short walk to the beach. Lovely cabin.

We loved the cabin. There is privacy and a hot tub, great for the after hikes.The workmanship of the woodwork is beautiful inside the cabin too. The cabin is well kept. It felt comfortable staying there.

Place was as described, clean, and had all amenities. The three other cabins are close but enough trees and privacy walls separate so no issues. Hot tub and outdoor shower are close. The location is great as you’re only a 5min walk from downtown and even closer to big beach and walking trails. Had a great stay!

My wife and I spent 3 nights in cottage #3 and found it clean and well stocked. It's in a very quiet and private location. We will probably stay there again in the future.

We were in love with this cabin and Ucluelet! Stayed here 5 nights in August. The cabin itself is beautiful inside and out. Smells like cedar wood inside. Spacious! Definitely not cramped feeling around a large bed. You can walk into the main stretch of Ucluelet easily enough. Other than just feeling relaxed at this cabin these were 3 highlights: The hottub was very nice, beautifully lit with string lights. Felt surreal hottub-ing in the rainforest. Deer! A mom and her 2 young ones were grazing on berries when we walked back to the cabin. Waking up in the morning and just sitting on the covered porch with coffee or tea was something I wish I could do every day for the rest of my life. Would definitely stay here again!

The cabin is absolutely stunning and equipped with everything you need. We had a relaxing stay and the bed was extremely comfortable. A short walk to the beach and town makes the location super convenient! The host was great and we will definitely be back in the future!

Although small, the cabin is very well laid out & has everything you need for a nice, comfortable stay. Very quiet at night, which is important to me. Very short walk to the Wild Pacific Trail, which is not to be missed. (My only suggestion is to install an electrical outlet on the right side of the bed so a cell phone or other electrical device can be plugged in without having to get out of bed to do it).
Although small, the cabin is very well laid out & has everything you need for a nice, comfortable stay. Very quiet at night, which is important to me. We have enjoyed our stay very much. Our host was helpful and obliging in every way. This is a very relaxing and peacefully property. Loved the hot tub and the ambiance surrounding us. Cabin had everything we needed to enjoy our time here.

The purpose of our trip was to relax and enjoy some quiet time, Johns cabin was the perfect location. Cabin 3 was so comfy and cozy. the king size bed was very comfortable to sleep on, and watch TV from. The TV viewing options were great, and log in information was handy. We brought all our food with us and found everything we needed to be able to cook and BBQ at the cabin. John was quick to respond when I messaged him with question. The area is quiet and set way back from the road. A very comfortable place to come back to after doing some exploring in the area. We will definitely stay here again when we are on a kid free holiday

Mooie cottage met prima bedden, badkamer en kleine keuken. Sfeervol ingericht. Entree van het terrein waar meerdere cottages staan oogt rommelig door tenten met bouwmaterialen. Gedeelde hottub zit op een wat gekke plek. In- en uitchecken is volledig anoniem, wij misten het contact met de gastheer.

Had a great time weathering a stormy few days at the cabin. Great, quiet location. Had everything you need. The bed was so comfortable and the hot tub was perfect. We lost power for a bit because of the storm and John was very kind loaning us various lights and a heater. Recommend!

Making a reservation and check-in was easy and seamless. The cabin was spotless and comfortable. It is located in the middle of Ucluelet, but is down a long drive and surrounded by trees so you feel like you are in the woods. Short walk to the beach. Lovely cabin.

We had a wonderful time using this little cabin as a home base while we explored the Pacific Rim. It was an easy walk to many trails and beaches, and a very comfy bed to come back to after days of hiking, wind and waves. The small kitchen was well equip for little breakfasts and the sheltered little deck was a lovely place to have a morning coffee. We noticed there was a barbecue but didn’t use it. Check in and out was very easy. No hassle at all. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Lovely little cabin nicely appointed with bath towels and robes for using the hot tub. We didn't use it however, it didn't seem warm enough to us. But the location was excellent, walking distance to downtown and the beach. Warm and cozy.

This cabin in the woods is the perfect spot to explore the beauty of Ucluelet and Tofino. It is a gorgeous space that the owner, John, has carefully designed and decorated with incredible touches. The kitchen is well-equipped if you plan to do some cooking. The bed is extremely comfortable and the entire space is spotless. The cabin's location amongst tall trees provides a real sense of tranquility and privacy. The hot tub is a great addition and has its own outdoor shower. Local restaurants, food trucks, grocery store and coffee shops are within walking distance. It is a 5 minute walk to one of the beaches as well as a coastal trail. John was an outstanding host who answered any questions we had and who has put so much thought and care into his cabins. We would not hesitate to return to this one-of-a-kind rental. We are already recommending it to friends and family. Thank you, John!

Although small, the cabin is very well laid out & has everything you need for a nice, comfortable stay. Very quiet at night, which is important to me. Very short walk to the Wild Pacific Trail, which is not to be missed. (My only suggestion is to install an electrical outlet on the right side of the bed so a cell phone or other electrical device can be plugged in without having to get out of bed to do it).

Place was as described, clean, and had all amenities. The three other cabins are close but enough trees and privacy walls separate so no issues. Hot tub and outdoor shower are close. The location is great as you’re only a 5min walk from downtown and even closer to big beach and walking trails. Had a great stay!

The cabin was awesome. When you walk in all you could smell is wood. The hot tub was good and the parking was good too. A quick walk to big beach and to black rock resort. Peaceful place to spend a few days.

We had a great stay! Lovely space, nice to have access to basic kitchen items, and an amazing location. There were sightly fewer trees/space between cabins than I expected, but not an issue at all. We loved our time at the cabin and would happily return!
