Wonderful property with private pool, hot tub, and bbq. Great coffee shop a couple of minutes away on your walk to the beach. Meticulously clean and owners super helpful. Would stay there again!

Great stay at this house. Clean, Comfortable, nicely decorated. The heated tub /pool was a plus, we enjoyed using it after a day in town & the beach . So close to the beach and in a great quiet neighborhood. Steps to the beach & food places. Owners are very friendly, accommodating & provided great recommendations. Laurel is a text away. Would love to stay here again.

The house was Great! Close to the beach, shops, and dining. The pool was amazing and the host had extras for the littles to use; such as life vests and pool toys. There was even a wagon to take to the beach along with boogie boards, chairs, and umbrellas. I would definitely stay here again.

This house is amazing, we absolutely loved it. It was clean and spacious for two families (total of 6 people) and the outside oasis is just beautiful. We had 4 kids ages 5-8 and it was so great to have an outside area they could occupy themselves with and the parents could just relax in the hot tub or under the lanai. The kids were in the pool any chance they could get. Laurel is a great host. She quickly answered all of our questions before the trip and when we were there she was so welcoming and helpful with suggestions of things to and places to eat in the area. Speaking of which, the location of the house can’t be beat. It’s 2 short blocks to the beautiful beach and there are yummy restaurants you can walk to with in one block. We are already planning our next trip back and can’t wait to stay here again.

This is a beach paradise. The location to the beach is perfect, just a short walk to the end of the street. Many delicious restaurants in walking distance or a short drive. The pool was perfect and the backyard landscaping added to the relaxing feel. The rental was big enough for 3 adults. Two bedrooms with a bathroom in between. A small kitchen and two sitting areas with TV’s. We had the best time and will definitely be back.

We will definitely come back. Back garden is really nice. Pool and hot tub plus a shady corner under a beautiful tree. Very clean and organized. Plus beach chairs and wagon for trips two blocks to beach. Lovely. Laurel is a wonderful host.

The property is awesome. Clean, plenty of parking, and quiet. Laurel is easy to talk to and very responsive. Its walking distance from a bunch of local restaurants and the beach. The hot tub was great and my wife enjoyed the pool.

We couldn't have asked for a better place for a mini-honeymoon! Extremely clean & exceptionally inviting; Laurel has thought of everything! She is quick to respond to inquiries and is the perfect host! The interior set-up is well planned with easy access to USB ports and outlets. This rental is just steps from the beach and seems to be “around the corner” from everything. The backyard is a relaxing oasis and we can’t wait to visit again!!!

The host has truly anticipated every need, providing all the essentials for the kitchen, along with beach towels, chairs, and toys. It's the ideal destination for a perfect beach getaway, whether in the summer or winter, especially with the added bonus of a hot tub.

Property was outstanding, pool and hot tub was clean and everything was fantastic. Bed was comfortable , easy walk to restaurants and beach. Shower was amazing. Will definitely stay again. Host was wonderful.

The space is very clean and very close to all the places by the beach. One problem is the neighbors seem to enjoy daily smoking sessions that left the whole outdoor space smelling like pot. Also the space is below the main house and you can hear people walking around at all hours. Overall a great place just a few things that were not ideal. Hosts were super at communicating and very helpful and friendly. Beautiful place, and still a good getaway space.

My sisters and I had the best stay at the LunaSea! Laurel is an amazing host with a gem of a property. The beds were comfy and the shower is to die for! The pool and hot tub are wonderful. We only went to the beach once because we had all we needed at the house! What a fabulous vacation!! Thank you Laurel!!! We cant wait to come back.

Laura was very accommodating before and after our booking. The place is absolutely gorgeous. She checked on us frequently to make sure we had everything we need. I would recommend this for anyone and will definitely go back again. She is a great host.

This is my family’s 2nd stay at Luna by the Sea. Laurel is a pleasure to work with and has seamless communication! We will definitely be back to stay on our future trips to St Augustine <3

Laurel provides an easy checkin. We ran late. Laurel even thought to turn on the jacuzzi so we could relax on arrival, so thoughtful! The backyard is an absolute dream, as well as the distance to the beach! Inside is super cozy, from bedrooms to living room. We will definitely rent here again!

Laurel was super helpful with every detail. She was very quick at responding when I would reach out to her and she was very accommodating. I hope to come back to this spot. Pool and hot tub were amazing.

This property was perfect for my husband and I. It is located just a few blocks from the beach in a quiet neighborhood. The house had everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The backyard/pool area was very private and welcoming. This had special meaning for us as my husband is an amputee who had not been swimming since he lost his lower leg due to diabetes about 4 years ago. He was able to get in and out of both the pool and hot tub without having to rely on someone to assist him. Laurel, the property owner was available when we needed her. Check-in and out were seamless and very easy. We will definitely be recommending this property to family and friends.

We loved our stay, having lived in Saint Augustine for several years. The location of this rental is perfect. It’s right by all the best local restaurants and hidden gems and just a short car ride to historic downtown. The hosts were excellent and were so quick with their responses, the backyard with the pool and hot tub and hammock was so relaxing, we loved our stay there and highly recommend it

The property is awesome. Clean, plenty of parking, and quiet. Laurel is easy to talk to and very responsive. Its walking distance from a bunch of local restaurants and the beach. The hot tub was great and my wife enjoyed the pool.

We couldn't have asked for a better place for a mini-honeymoon! Extremely clean & exceptionally inviting; Laurel has thought of everything! She is quick to respond to inquiries and is the perfect host! The interior set-up is well planned with easy access to USB ports and outlets. This rental is just steps from the beach and seems to be “around the corner” from everything. The backyard is a relaxing oasis and we can’t wait to visit again!!!

Property was outstanding, pool and hot tub was clean and everything was fantastic. Bed was comfortable , easy walk to restaurants and beach. Shower was amazing. Will definitely stay again. Host was wonderful.

The house was Great! Close to the beach, shops, and dining. The pool was amazing and the host had extras for the littles to use; such as life vests and pool toys. There was even a wagon to take to the beach along with boogie boards, chairs, and umbrellas. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a beach paradise. The location to the beach is perfect, just a short walk to the end of the street. Many delicious restaurants in walking distance or a short drive. The pool was perfect and the backyard landscaping added to the relaxing feel. The rental was big enough for 3 adults. Two bedrooms with a bathroom in between. A small kitchen and two sitting areas with TV’s. We had the best time and will definitely be back.

Awesome location! Walking distance to the beach and so many restaurants. Kids enjoyed the pool every day. Would definitely stay again.
