The Flagler Cottage is a gem!! It is immacualte and is exactly as pictured – even better. While the house itself is an amazing stay, the location is a superstar! You can walk to just about everything, yet you are tucked away from the action and noise of downtown. Heck, having a private easy parking space in downtown Saint Augustine is a real bonus. This rental would be ideal for a family visiting for a wedding downtown. All the little seating areas inside and out give everybody space to spread out while the big dining table provides the space to be together. We especially enjoyed the fire pit seating area even though it was too warm for that while we were there :-) — it was just nice sitting in the shade out in the yard in the afternoons while we recharged for dinner. I have nothing negative to say about this property – book it and you will not be disappointed.

Amazing craftmen style home. Perfectly maintained. Set back off the street in a romantic gardenlike setting with old growth spanish oak trees draped in spanish moss. Location is literally half a block from the historic distric and Flagler college. You can park your car and never have to drive anywhere! It's like being in Europe! Amazing. park

Wife Sandy & I are blessed to travel freely. Our stay at Flagler Cottage was overall one of the best experiences we have encountered in our years of renting houses. Daniel and Andrea communicated effectively throughout the process and the property exceeded the description on VRBO, -- Which is hardly ever the case. Cleaner and more comfortable than what we normally encounter. Loved the fact that the cottage sits down a private drive with ample parking and was quiet and peaceful. We could walk to great sights, restaurants, and shops easily and quickly - like 8 to 10 min. Thanks, Daniel and Andrea, for the wonderful week's stay. This was my family's first trip to St. Augustine. We were looking for a place that was close to the downtown but also a nice quiet retreat, ad this was perfect. Plenty of parking and outdoor space. The interior was very roomy and had areas to gather but also to just sit and relax. The host was always quick to respond to messages, and was able to solve minor problems with very little input from us. We had a great time on this trip and would gladly stay here again!

The 3 of us came for a Thanksgiving get away. The house is perfect and is the location. We walked everywhere, my only regret is the we did not bring any wood for the fire pit outside. The temperatures were perfect for an outdoor fire and s'mores.

We stayed for the Labor Day weekend and found the accommodations to be great. The beds were comfortable. The sheets were soft and there were plenty of pillows. Each room had a TV that was set up for all streaming services and some free TV. The location was absolutely perfect. It was steps to the historic district but was quiet and tucked away on a dead end street with a great front porch just for sitting. Plenty of parking, Will definitely visit again and stay at the same home. WONDERFUL.

We’ve stayed many times in St. Augustine and I can say this house is in a perfect location and is beautiful. And with the bonus of having rare parking onsite for several vehicles. We loved staying here and even brought our adult kids with us this time and had plenty of room.

I was so incredibly impressed with this house. The location was AMAZING. We parked the car when we arrived and walked to everything all weekend. The beds were comfy and everything was super clean. Not to mention the house is adorable, I wanted to move in permanently at the end of the trip. Plenty of parking and towels and kitchen supplies. I will never stay anywhere else in St Augustine. The hosts were very nice through the welcome emails and even sent an email to check in part way through the trip.

We’ve been to Saint Augustine dozens of times and this will be the only place we stay from now on if available. Truly steps from all the action, but tucked away and quiet so when you decide to retire for the evening, you can kick your feet up by the fire pit and relax and leave all the noise behind. Plenty of parking very comfortable and a great front porch for a rainy day.

We have stayed at this property for 3 yrs in a row with 2 other adult couples and it gets better each year. Very well decorated and clean. Property manager is very responsive and wonderful to work with. We highly recommend this property and plan to stay here each year.

This was the perfect “home away from home” while in town for a wedding. The house was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for lots of walking and access to the downtown.

We chose this because it looked nice and it seemed close to the downtown. We had bikes and thought we could ride them which we did. It is a safe place. The house had good couches and beds. Overall I would say it wasn’t clean. By that I mean floors, sinks, tub, kitchen drawer. But the linens and all furniture was clean and very nice. We did not have hot water first night or until afternoon next day. Repair man very nice, owner not too much on my list . Repair man replaced several elements in the hot water heater. Water in that area has sulfur smell. On a good note, we did think the house had character.

We had a fantastic stay at Flagler Cottage. It’s a beautiful home, very comfortably laid out and well decorated. My husband and I came up for a long weekend with our 3 year old son, my sister and mother in law and 11 year old niece. This house was super comfortable and the perfect size for our group. It sits right in the heart of downtown and was an easy walk for my 85 year old mother in law to see the sights but still close enough to head back when she needed to take a rest. Having lived here for college we are quite familiar with the area and this property even surprised us by how conveniently located it was. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

The Flagler Cottage is in a perfect location in St Augustine. A short walk to George St, next to Flagler College. A beautiful cottage. It is cute, comfortable and had everything we needed. Thanks for a great time.

Five adults in town for a wedding. The location could not be beat! We were able to walk to restaurants, attractions and the event venue. The house is a craftsman cottage that is beautifully appointed. The common areas are spacious and there’s even room to get away for some quiet time or work. Not a problem for us, but be aware that the upstairs bedroom is two twins and that the room and the second bathroom are accessible by a narrow spiral staircase. Some guests may want to consider that. The house is on a very quiet alley and we enjoyed the porch too.

The location is great! I don’t think you can find a place that’s much closer to the historic area. The owners were very quick to respond to all questions and very nice. The house is as described and was comfortable to stay in. It was clean and nicely decorated. We didn’t use the twin beds upstairs but had to use the 2nd bathroom up there. It was fine for us, but might be hard for older persons who don’t do stairs very well anymore. But, the 2 Queen bedrooms downstairs were nice and the beds comfortable.

This house was perfect for our group of four adults and two children. The inside of the house has been lovingly restored and is gorgeous. The beds were super comfortable. The owners stock the house with things you don't usually see in a rental such as paper products and toiletries. The house is within a block of the historic district. We'll be staying here again!

This property is perfectly positioned for easy, walkable access to most of the tourist spots in St Augustine. This beautiful craftsman style house was perfect for all 5 of us. It was a great size with beautiful finishes. Keep in mind that the bedroom with the two twins is a converted attic which can get hot in the summer time, a tad bit of limited head space, and a tight spiral staircase. It might not be suitable for people with mobility issues. It worked fine for us. We turned down the air at night. I would definitely recommend this property.

This was my family's first trip to St. Augustine. We were looking for a place that was close to the downtown but also a nice quiet retreat, ad this was perfect. Plenty of parking and outdoor space. The interior was very roomy and had areas to gather but also to just sit and relax. The host was always quick to respond to messages, and was able to solve minor problems with very little input from us. We had a great time on this trip and would gladly stay here again!

We have stayed at this property for 3 yrs in a row with 2 other adult couples and it gets better each year. Very well decorated and clean. Property manager is very responsive and wonderful to work with. We highly recommend this property and plan to stay here each year.

We stayed in St Augustine for a girls weekend getaway & found the perfect place in Flagler Cottage. This adorable cottage was perfectly suited for a group. Cozy bedrooms, full kitchen & living spaces. The location was only a few blocks away from the historic district so we left our cars in the driveway and walked to the local restaurants/bars & shopping. The owners/ property manager very responsive and answered my questions within a few hours. I highly recommend Flagler Cottage & can’t wait to return!

We chose this because it looked nice and it seemed close to the downtown. We had bikes and thought we could ride them which we did. It is a safe place. The house had good couches and beds. Overall I would say it wasn’t clean. By that I mean floors, sinks, tub, kitchen drawer. But the linens and all furniture was clean and very nice. We did not have hot water first night or until afternoon next day. Repair man very nice, owner not too much on my list . Repair man replaced several elements in the hot water heater. Water in that area has sulfur smell. On a good note, we did think the house had character.

I was so incredibly impressed with this house. The location was AMAZING. We parked the car when we arrived and walked to everything all weekend. The beds were comfy and everything was super clean. Not to mention the house is adorable, I wanted to move in permanently at the end of the trip. Plenty of parking and towels and kitchen supplies. I will never stay anywhere else in St Augustine. The hosts were very nice through the welcome emails and even sent an email to check in part way through the trip.

Easy check in, easy check out, property is as listed. The location can not be beat. Convenient to ever we wanted. Owner was quick to reply to our questions. Overall, if we ever go back to St Augustine, i would not hesitate to rent from them again.

The property was wonderful! On arrival, we were greeted by a very clean and nice smelling atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The property owners were very easy to communicate with and very prompt on their responses. They did not miss a beat with making sure supplies were adequate and readily available. The location was very close walking distance to St. George’s Street. It was also safe and tucked back from the main road. I would highly recommend this location.

My wife and I stayed in this property for oir son's wedding. It is in a great location with easy access to many St. Augustine attractions/restaurants. Extremely nice decor and very comfortable. Checkin, checkout and communication with the property owner was seamless. Would stay her again. Definitely recommended!

This property is perfectly positioned for easy, walkable access to most of the tourist spots in St Augustine. This beautiful craftsman style house was perfect for all 5 of us. It was a great size with beautiful finishes. Keep in mind that the bedroom with the two twins is a converted attic which can get hot in the summer time, a tad bit of limited head space, and a tight spiral staircase. It might not be suitable for people with mobility issues. It worked fine for us. We turned down the air at night. I would definitely recommend this property.

We had a fantastic stay. The location is within walking distance of downtown where there would be no concern about parking or needing a car to navigate the city. The host was very communicative to us before and during our stay should we have had any questions.
