This property was a great choice for our family! Comfortable sized unit for the four of us and in the perfect location! Just a short walk to Flagler college(the main reason for our visit) and the historic downtown area, but just far enough to feel like you arent stuck in the middle of everything. Unit was cozy and had a nice hangout area, with grills and bikes, out back close to the parking area. Clear and precise check-in and check-out instructions for parking, key pad etc. Easy communication with owner/property manager

Went during the week. Parking right up front, we left car and walked everywhere. Quiet property - if you are on lower level you may hear some elephants dancing upstairs occasionally. AMAZING shower water pressure + amenities. Would 100% return ty!

We booked our stay here based on proximity to downtown. It was a short 10 minute walk there. Check in was easy. When we checked in there a person staining the back deck so we weren’t able to use it for a while and then the next day he was back finishing it. The backyard was very charming and we would have liked to have sat on the deck more but due to maintenance we weren’t able to. It would have been nice to know in advance that there was maintenance being done. The unit was very clean with the exception of a few kitchen items…one glass still had lipstick on it from a previous guest so that was a little off putting. But the kitchen was a good size which made cooking enjoyable. Overall we really did like the place, it was cute and comfortable and we would stay there again.

We found everything we needed at the home. The place was very clean. Just .3 miles from downtown attractions. Great courtyard in back to relax. We had no negative issues during our stay.

Very easy booking, great details were provided on how to check in, parking options, etc. This is a well appointed little gem: plenty of clean hotel-style towels; shower pressure and temp was better than the fancy-pants Marriott recently visited; all the basics were in place; it has a historic old-world vibe. We lost WiFi for one day but as soon as we mentioned that, all was restored just fine. The location is just 2.5 long blocks to one of the trolly tour stops. I’d booked here due to having access to bikes but never needed them: if you have good walking legs, all the old town area, fort, and bridge are easily walkable. It is more compact than I’d expected. Delightful visit.

We had an amazing time and cannot wait to go back again. It's dog friendly and they have a fenced in back yard and plenty of chairs to enjoy outside. Walking to the historic district isn't long at all. Gina was great with responding to questions and the place is beautiful

The location of this property is perfect for exploring St. Augustine. Being within walking distance of restaurants and the hop on hop of tour was perfect for our vacation. The only drawbacks to our stay was the parking which was very tight for our Honda Pilot. Another guest had a truck in the small parking area and it was not easy to get in and out around their vehicle.

When we checked in there a person staining the back deck so we weren’t able to use it for a while and then the next day he was back finishing it. Wonderful apartment…clean & comfortable included all the necessities we needed for our stay..Loved the courtyard nice to sit & relax after a busy day out & about. Perfect location an easy walk to historic downtown . We had our dogs with us & loved the morning walks around the neighborhood..the whole town is very dog friendly.. We will definitely return..

A great Christmas-time stay for the Nights of Lights in the Heart of St Augustine. The apartment accepts pets, but there was no hint of odor, dirt, or fur. The apartments was perfect for two of us, remarkably clean and exceptionally comfortable. The detailed instructions that were left for us made us instantly feel at home. The kitchen was clean with new appliances and plenty of utensils. The location was also fantastic. We could’ve gotten by the entire week without a car.

This property was super close to downtown St. Augustine, which was probably the highlight of the stay. It was probably a 10 minute walk to the heart of St. George street which allowed easy access to morning coffee and bites throughout the day. Additionally the property was just far enough on the outskirts of downtown to get in and out with ease when traveling elsewhere. Despite being an older home, the AC units were very strong. We felt like we had plenty of space in the unit during our stay and were checked on intermittently by the hosts.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The room had everything we needed from the kitchen to the towels. We thought the location was perfect. Walking distance to the shopping eating area but just far enough away to be in a very quiet area. We will stay again!

Excellent communication from hosts and property manager throughout our stay. Property had everything we needed for a short stay and we enjoyed the nice backyard area for our kids to play in. Perfect location for observing the Nights of Lights, even with 2 small children we were able to walk everywhere.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Villa Mulvey! So close to all the St. Augustine activities, we easily found parking on the street and never used our car! Communication was excellent with the hosts, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Very easy booking, great details were provided on how to check in, parking options, etc. This is a well appointed little gem: plenty of clean hotel-style towels; shower pressure and temp was better than the fancy-pants Marriott recently visited; all the basics were in place; it has a historic old-world vibe. We lost WiFi for one day but as soon as we mentioned that, all was restored just fine. The location is just 2.5 long blocks to one of the trolly tour stops. I’d booked here due to having access to bikes but never needed them: if you have good walking legs, all the old town area, fort, and bridge are easily walkable. It is more compact than I’d expected. Delightful visit.

We had an amazing time and cannot wait to go back again. It's dog friendly and they have a fenced in back yard and plenty of chairs to enjoy outside. Walking to the historic district isn't long at all. Gina was great with responding to questions and the place is beautiful

We absolutely loved staying in this charming apartment. Exactly as it was described. Very close to all of the wonderful shops and restaurants in St. Augustine. Close to the historical sites. We felt safe walking at night to downtown area. The hosts were very responsive to all questions and helped quickly when we couldn’t figure out the AC. We can’t wait to stay again and are already recommending to our friends and family.

Excellent communication from hosts and property manager throughout our stay. Property had everything we needed for a short stay and we enjoyed the nice backyard area for our kids to play in. Perfect location for observing the Nights of Lights, even with 2 small children we were able to walk everywhere.

We absolutely loved the location! It was walking distance to every where downtown. I liked that the school was across the street and the police station a few blocks away. It was a very safe area. The condo has everything you need.

This property was super close to downtown St. Augustine, which was probably the highlight of the stay. It was probably a 10 minute walk to the heart of St. George street which allowed easy access to morning coffee and bites throughout the day. Additionally the property was just far enough on the outskirts of downtown to get in and out with ease when traveling elsewhere. Despite being an older home, the AC units were very strong. We felt like we had plenty of space in the unit during our stay and were checked on intermittently by the hosts.

We booked our stay here based on proximity to downtown. It was a short 10 minute walk there. Check in was easy. When we checked in there a person staining the back deck so we weren’t able to use it for a while and then the next day he was back finishing it. The backyard was very charming and we would have liked to have sat on the deck more but due to maintenance we weren’t able to. It would have been nice to know in advance that there was maintenance being done. The unit was very clean with the exception of a few kitchen items…one glass still had lipstick on it from a previous guest so that was a little off putting. But the kitchen was a good size which made cooking enjoyable. Overall we really did like the place, it was cute and comfortable and we would stay there again.

Our rental was lovely. It had everything that we needed during our visit. Was walking distance to downtown St. Augustine. Never got in our vehicle until we left to go home. Look forward to coming back!

The location of this property is perfect for exploring St. Augustine. Being within walking distance of restaurants and the hop on hop of tour was perfect for our vacation. The only drawbacks to our stay was the parking which was very tight for our Honda Pilot. Another guest had a truck in the small parking area and it was not easy to get in and out around their vehicle.
