Very impressed with this property. Nice location, easy walking distance to all attractions. Housed my whole family and grandkids with ease. Excellent kitchen , and living area. Bedrooms very accomodating, particularly the master suite. Excellent bathroom amenities including large walk in shower, double sink with large vanity. Upstairs bedrooms sufficiently sized and all bedrooms as well as the Living room have great tvs with most all channels you will need including children’s programming. Nice back porch The management is super accommodating and easy to deal with. Please note though that the listing says three baths, but there are really 2 full baths and one half bath off the living area. We would have liked three full baths for all of us—- 6 adults and 5 kids. All in all an excellent property for families.

My family was in St Augustine for a family wedding and we needed a house that was wheelchair accessible. The open floor plan, master bedroom downstairs, handicap accessible master shower, and entry ramp in back made this house perfect for our needs. Great location and lovely updated home. We were very comfortable.

This is a beautiful house with plenty of room. The location is good - within walking distance of several restaurants. There were 6 of us adults and we very much enjoyed drinking our coffee out on the back patio every morning. I would highly recommend!

The Cobalt cottage was a wonderful house to rent for 10 adults with great location to everything in downtown St Augustine. We walked everywhere no need for a golf cart at this location (other than your ability to walk). We had 4 cars and were able to park them all without any problems. The only reason I did not give 5 stars across the board was over the sleeping arrangements. The top 2 bunks were not fit for adults or young adults, would not put a person over 50lbs on them. We made it by 2 adults sleeping in the very comfortable recliners and comfortable reclining sofa. I have made the property aware of the beds and they are fixing the issues. It really is a wonderful house and location. Would definitely rent it again ( just may bring an air mattress for emergencies)

As the mother of the bride…we needed a place to stay for the weekend and also host the bridal party the day of for hair and makeup. This home was perfect! Very large kitchen open to the living and dining area. We were able to have 3 hair and makeup artists working in 11 ladies very comfortably. Plenty of parking, great bathrooms. Nicely decorated,Everything in working order and very clean! Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at Cobalt Cottage. The house is homey, spacious, very clean & in a quiet neighborhood that’s just a few minute walk to everything. You can tell the owners care about the guest experience & provide plenty of extra linens & supplies. The furniture is all very comfy & high quality (except the king bed in the master is oddly squeaky) and the kitchen has everything needed. The master bedroom is downstairs with French doors opening to the back porch. Then the other three bedrooms are upstairs with one bathroom to share. There’s also a half bath on the main level so there’s plenty of privacy for a large group. The management company was great- very responsive & made the stay easy. Thank you for a great stay!

As a vacation property owner myself, I am particular about properties I rent personally. The Cobalt Cottage was absolutely perfect for our family's stay in St. Augustine for our son's wedding. Access to this remodeled and updated home is simple with adequate parking for our vehicles (which is rare in St. Augustine). The home is inviting, comfortable and very clean. The kitchen and family room are open, spacious and provide a lot of seating. The kitchen is stunning and well equipped. The home decor is beautiful, making you feel like you are in a luxury hotel. The beds are comfortable and bathrooms stocked with plenty of soft towels. We loved being able to walk to restaurants and shops. The back porch is private and a great place for morning coffee or evening cocktails under the party lights. Cobalt Cottage is an incredibly beautiful home and a dream vacation rental.

This house was adorable and spotless! The main area is way bigger than the pictures make it look. The bed in the master was a little creaky but the new upgrades more than made up for it. The location was super close to everything in downtown St. Augustine! A great spot for a larger group as it can accommodate quite a few guests and has ample parking.

We spent three nights at the Cobalt Cottage which provided a comfortable, bright, and beautiful home base for our St. Augustine vacation. The home was perfect - all seemed new and high quality. We loved the huge open kitchen and island, the cozy living room, and the large comfortable first floor bedroom and bath. Communication with the property manager was excellent. The home was super clean on our arrival. If our travels take us back to St. Augustine, we would hope to stay at the Cobalt Cottage again!

Great location that is walkable to all of downtown St. Augustine. It had a bright, spacious downstairs kitchen and living area. The bridal party stayed here for a wedding and it was very clean, big, and perfect for what we needed. However, the plumbing kept going in and out in the bathrooms and at one point, one of the two showers did not work in the house. I think this is just a current issue and can easily be resolved. Other than that, the place was great and I would recommend to others!

Our family of five celebrated a birthday week at Cobalt Cottage. The property was very clean, recently updated with high end appliances and a kitchen perfect for gathering. The location is perfect. Walking distance to tour the streets of St Augustine. We will be back!

We stayed here for our annual sibling reunion and it was perfect. The interior has been beautifully remodeled and was squeaky clean when we arrived. It contains all the comforts of home and more. My husband is handicapped and was so pleased with all the grab bars in the bathrooms and the access ramp in back. The location was walking distance to almost everything we wanted to do. We would definitely rent there again.

The property was beautiful and well decorated. The clean up asks were a bit much considering the price point, and the ask to wash and put away dishes when there weren’t pods provided combined with the dirty glasses we found made us think others simply ran the dishwasher with water and then put away dirty dishes. There were small ants on the kitchen when we arrived, and while the management company did bring traps, they did so without communicating with us and came in the unit without us knowing, which was disconcerting to say the least. We also sent a few emails over the weekend that did not receive a response. The management company has since apologized. Again, very nice interior, comfortable beds, great space in general, but more care could be taken with the management and cleanliness.

My family, along with some friends, came down to St. Augustine for our son's wedding. The home was everything it seemed to be in photos and more! The house was amazing, clean, comfortable and close to everything! A well-appointed, beautifully decorated, large home three blocks from Flagler College campus hit all the high marks for our family of 10 celebrating our Flagler College senior for her volleyball senior night. Easy to walk to everything; large open spaces made it easy to chill with family between festivities--and THE KITCHEN is AMAZING for cooking large meals. It set the stage for a great family celebration!

The location of this house was perfect for us. We were participating in our son’s wedding at the Cathedral with a reception at the Lightner, both were a short walk. The house itself was nice with a large kitchen/great room and even came with a decorated Christmas tree! The downside of the rental was that it was through a management company. They originally listed the rental as pet friendly, but when we looked at the house rules sent after our booking, pets were not allowed. So, we had to cancel our plans to bring our dog. Additionally, we had trouble fully closing the blinds in one of the French doors in the master bedroom and a motion activated light on the back porch kept waking us up at night. We called the management company, they said they would get back to us, but they never did.

This house was adorable and spotless! The main area is way bigger than the pictures make it look. The bed in the master was a little creaky but the new upgrades more than made up for it. The location was super close to everything in downtown St. Augustine! A great spot for a larger group as it can accommodate quite a few guests and has ample parking.

Nice property, centrally located, but few issues in the master bedroom made for restless nights. Specifically, misaligned blinds over a glass french bedroom door resulted in ambient light from a rear neighboring security light along with a ring floodlight cam installed over the rear patio spilling into the master bedroom at night. This was coupled with a mattress in the master bedroom that was very squeaky, subsequently being disruptive overnight when sleeping.

We rented this home for our daughter’s wedding weekend and it was absolutely perfect for our group of six adults and three children. The layout worked so well, with a master suite and 1.5 baths downstairs, plus three bedrooms and an additional bathroom upstairs. Everything we needed was provided, and the website clearly outlined exactly what was included.The location couldn’t have been better—walking distance to everything, which made it so convenient for our stay. The only small suggestion I’d make is to bring along a few extra paper towels, but otherwise everything was just right.We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this home to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a great location.

Very impressed with this property. Nice location, easy walking distance to all attractions. Housed my whole family and grandkids with ease. Excellent kitchen , and living area. Bedrooms very accomodating, particularly the master suite. Excellent bathroom amenities including large walk in shower, double sink with large vanity. Upstairs bedrooms sufficiently sized and all bedrooms as well as the Living room have great tvs with most all channels you will need including children’s programming. Nice back porch The management is super accommodating and easy to deal with. Please note though that the listing says three baths, but there are really 2 full baths and one half bath off the living area. We would have liked three full baths for all of us—- 6 adults and 5 kids. All in all an excellent property for families.

The house location is excellent when visiting the old city, and the house inside is nicely done. Rooms including bedrooms are comfortable. Instructions for the tv were very poor, and frankly we didn’t expect to have to set up individual accounts to watch local stations and sports. Our biggest problem was 2 of our 3 day stay there was little or no water pressure. We were unable to flush the toilet or adequately shower on multiple occasions. Most disappointing we contacted the emergency number and reported the problem and were told that the problem would be reported, we would be contacted back, and someone would come by to investigate the problem. None of these occurred.

We spent three nights at the Cobalt Cottage which provided a comfortable, bright, and beautiful home base for our St. Augustine vacation. The home was perfect - all seemed new and high quality. We loved the huge open kitchen and island, the cozy living room, and the large comfortable first floor bedroom and bath. Communication with the property manager was excellent. The home was super clean on our arrival. If our travels take us back to St. Augustine, we would hope to stay at the Cobalt Cottage again!

The location of this house was perfect for us. We were participating in our son’s wedding at the Cathedral with a reception at the Lightner, both were a short walk. The house itself was nice with a large kitchen/great room and even came with a decorated Christmas tree! The downside of the rental was that it was through a management company. They originally listed the rental as pet friendly, but when we looked at the house rules sent after our booking, pets were not allowed. So, we had to cancel our plans to bring our dog. Additionally, we had trouble fully closing the blinds in one of the French doors in the master bedroom and a motion activated light on the back porch kept waking us up at night. We called the management company, they said they would get back to us, but they never did.

We had a wonderful stay at Cobalt Cottage. The house is homey, spacious, very clean & in a quiet neighborhood that’s just a few minute walk to everything. You can tell the owners care about the guest experience & provide plenty of extra linens & supplies. The furniture is all very comfy & high quality (except the king bed in the master is oddly squeaky) and the kitchen has everything needed. The master bedroom is downstairs with French doors opening to the back porch. Then the other three bedrooms are upstairs with one bathroom to share. There’s also a half bath on the main level so there’s plenty of privacy for a large group. The management company was great- very responsive & made the stay easy. Thank you for a great stay!

We just spend 4 nights at Cobalt Cottage. It is absolutely lovely. Beautifully decorated, just as the photos show. Walking distance to downtown. Trolley tour is a must. Also, not sure if the listing says 1/2 bath off kitchen.....but, there is and it was great having 5 girls staying in the house. It was a surprise to me. Check in/out was easy. Communication with management co was easy and they always responded promptly. Would stay there again without question.

As a vacation property owner myself, I am particular about properties I rent personally. The Cobalt Cottage was absolutely perfect for our family's stay in St. Augustine for our son's wedding. Access to this remodeled and updated home is simple with adequate parking for our vehicles (which is rare in St. Augustine). The home is inviting, comfortable and very clean. The kitchen and family room are open, spacious and provide a lot of seating. The kitchen is stunning and well equipped. The home decor is beautiful, making you feel like you are in a luxury hotel. The beds are comfortable and bathrooms stocked with plenty of soft towels. We loved being able to walk to restaurants and shops. The back porch is private and a great place for morning coffee or evening cocktails under the party lights. Cobalt Cottage is an incredibly beautiful home and a dream vacation rental.

The property was beautiful and well decorated. The clean up asks were a bit much considering the price point, and the ask to wash and put away dishes when there weren’t pods provided combined with the dirty glasses we found made us think others simply ran the dishwasher with water and then put away dirty dishes. There were small ants on the kitchen when we arrived, and while the management company did bring traps, they did so without communicating with us and came in the unit without us knowing, which was disconcerting to say the least. We also sent a few emails over the weekend that did not receive a response. The management company has since apologized. Again, very nice interior, comfortable beds, great space in general, but more care could be taken with the management and cleanliness.

I couldn’t have imagined a better house for my best friend’s bachelorette weekend! All of us couldn’t stop saying how perfect this house was! Also, the hosts were so hospitable and checked in to see how our stay was and if we needed anything. If anyone is looking for a house that is within walking distance to historic downtown st. augustine, look no further than the Cobalt Cottage!

Great location that is walkable to all of downtown St. Augustine. It had a bright, spacious downstairs kitchen and living area. The bridal party stayed here for a wedding and it was very clean, big, and perfect for what we needed. However, the plumbing kept going in and out in the bathrooms and at one point, one of the two showers did not work in the house. I think this is just a current issue and can easily be resolved. Other than that, the place was great and I would recommend to others!

Love the house, it was very clean and beautifully remodeled and decorated. It was a wonderful home away from home. Location was perfect for walking to downtown, restaurants, museums etc. Short drive to the beach as well. I felt like I could just live there LOL

House was perfect, lots of space, clean, modern. We loved the back deck, and the location was perfect. Very walkable to everything we did. The kitchen could have had some more pots/pans, but we made due. The property manager was very responsive, loved all their recommendations for the area. And if any issue arose, they were quick to fix it. Would stay here again!

This place was perfect for our group! The house is gorgeous inside. Our kids insisted they wanted to move there. We were traveling with myself and husband, our 3 elementary aged kids (loved the bunk room), my parents, and my brother. This was such a great space for this combination of people. Very roomy, clean, modern. They’ve done a great job of updating the inside of a very old historic house! The only bummer of the house itself was that the back patio only connected to the master suite so everyone else either had to go through our room or outside to get to the back deck but this was not a huge issue. The backyard area wasn’t anything fancy but was super quiet and peaceful in the mornings with good privacy fencing and shrubbery. The location was fantastic! We could easily walk to the main sites in the historic heart of the city where we spent a lot of time! The house itself is right in the middle of numerous historic sites. We felt fully immersed in the history and culture of the city! We could easily drive a short distance to multiple beaches so not staying on the beach was not a problem for us. (Anastasia state park beach, for example, was about a 10 minute drive depending on traffic across the bridge). Check in process was easy an everything went smooth. This place overall was such a great value for the money and I’d highly recommend it!!!
