Super fun location close to the Braves stadium which has so many fun bars and restaurants around it. All the cars parked on the street in the neighborhood made it a bit of a challenge coming in and out. Grateful the home has 2 spots in the driveway to use. Disappointed there wasn’t a place to sit outside and relax, but inside was quite comfortable. Would stay again.

Came to Atlanta for a quick visit to see the Braves play as well as for king and country concert. Super cute condo. Great that it was pet friendly had plenty of space enjoyed our trip. Bobby was very easy to communicate with. Will come back to the area again and would stay in the same condo.

Unit is as described and some! Two large bedrooms, full kitchen and an area to watch tv as well as one off the kitchen to sit and read or play board games. Lovely covered outdoor area with seating and a deck with a well equipped BBQ. The area is super quiet, nicely treed. But also close to all amenities - restaurants, grocery, drug store and a quick 25 minute walk to the Battery area where there is a phlefora of restaurants and entertainment options. We were in the area to take in a couple Braves games and thoroughly enjoyed the home and area. Communication with owner was excellent and we appreciated the coffee pods (for the Keurig) and the microwave popcorn bags. Also had a washer/dryer which we used - all in great working order. Highly recommend.

Perfect spot to stay for a Braves game! It was easy to find, in a safe, great, neighborhood, and very clean! The beds were very comfy and plenty of towels.

We had a two night stay here. It was easy to check in and was as expected. The cleaning people were not finished cleaning due to an emergency situation so we let her clean while we were there. It didn't bother us. Bobby called to let me know what was going on. The house is an esy drive to park for the Braves game. We had a great trip!!

Reviews are on point…place is on point…location to the stadium on point! Great place for a family going to the game and don’t want to cram in the hotels. About a 3/4 mile walk each way, but not bad unless you go when we did on Aug 1-3rd(lol). Otherwise, highly recommended place with a great property manager in Bobby! Was easy peasy!!

Couldn’t be any happier with our accommodations for the week. Bobby was great with communication and we found most everything we needed.We will definitely stay again if available when returning to the area. Great spot for the dogs in the backyard. They are tiny so it was perfect for them.Also, if you like birding, there’s a bonus in the backyard. They are plentiful in the habitat behind the townhouse. The location is so convenient to Truist Park and The Battery. We didn’t walk because we had a really rainy week, but it’s walkable. If you aren’t walking, it’s an 8 Uber ride plus tip.
