First-Floor Hunter Condo < 1 Mi to Slopes!

The location was good. I was notified 1 day before i got there that the refrigerator had stopped working. Its listed as a 1 bedroom but it's more like a studio that they built half of a wall and put sliding barn door on. No privacy from anyone staying in the livingroom. The fake leather on the couch is peeling off and looks completely dirty. The flooring was full of dirt and sticky. Shower drain had lots of hair in it. Yuck!!! I would definitely not recommend it.

Every summer we usually spend at least a week in Hunter, NY. This time was one of our best. We stayed in a cozy apartment that had everything one needs for a peaceful vacation: a living room with a sofa for two, a big TV screen with Netflix and Youtube options and a bed for our beloved dog; a king bed, separated from the living area area with “gates” of unusual design; a kitchenette with a stove, an oven, a microwave, a toaster and a coffeemaker; and a wonderful spacious bathroom. The location is really felicitous: close to everything and standing on the flat street which is very rare in this mountainous part of the country. And to top it all is a host who is very nice and responsive at any time. And one more feature: when you go somewhere nowadays you usually need to bring all kind of chargers to keep your electronic devices alive – here you are provided with many of those and there are electrical sockets wherever you need them. Hope no one will be in my way when I plan my next vacation:)

small place but nice, great area

Lovely little short getaway. Perfect for a short stay. Nice owners who were very responsive. Everything was listed accurately. I would love to stay here again.
