Extremely WELL stocked kitchen and excellent family friendly deck spaces. Great instructions enabled us to use all amenities easily and safely. Definitely will be returning.

Everything was great. The second time we have rented the property. Just the right amount of beds and bathrooms to accommodate our group. We'll supplied and stocked kitchen with coffee, tea, kitchen utensils, salt and spices for cooking. Dish soap and scrubber, working stove, oven and microwave. Spacious refrig/freezer. The house was clean and rooms spacious. Living/dining area large enough to accommodate everyone when it rained. With outdoor table plenty of places to feed 17 or 18 people at once. We also saw deer 2x per day, turkeys every day, we saw 2 different bears the first 2 nights.

Has a fantastic time. Loved how the set up allowed for group meals and hang time and enough space for privacy. It was different having the temp controllers downstairs for the upstairs. We figured out how to manage though. It was a great set up and all enjoyed the wildlife.

We had a wonderful time. I would highly recommend this property. It fit our needs perfectly! There are a couple of things I will mention that possibly need attention. At times there was a foul odor in the kitchen. It seemed to come from the refrigerator or maybe the locked cabinets. Maybe a dead mouse that smelled when the frig kicked on? It wasn't overwhelming, but noticeable. The left sink in the upstairs master bathroom drains slowly. The breaker for the upstairs lights and kitchen appliances tripped twice. And I would recommend replacing some of the blankets in the downstairs game room closet. Thanks!

We had a great stay with family members ranging in age of 8 months to 68 years old. The number of bedrooms and living space made everyone comfortable. Appreciated the high chair, games, and sleds! Clear instructions were provided.
