The property was just as described. Beautiful private deck, all the amenities, and comfortable beds. The hot tub was an added bonus! Close to Sequoia NP, it was perfect for our family.

Due to the rain we unfortunately weren’t able to use the fireplace but the hot tub was amazing !! The whole place was super clean and all ready-to-go! We appreciated the towels set out in the bathrooms as well as outside for the hot tub. The kitchen had lots of amenities we were able to use as well!

The cottage was fantastic. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit at the end of a long day. It’s especially nice finding homes with laundry. It was great having two king beds as we’ve been trading who gets the master suite at each stay. This place is quiet and clean. Highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Little Bear! The house is very nice, spotlessly clean, and well appointed. The hot tub was particularly nice after hiking trails in Sequoia NP. On father's day my son and wife made a delicious meal for us, and between some fine steaks from the market nearby and the grill, it was wonderful. Comfortable beds and very nice bathrooms. We didn't fully realize that Three Rivers and the house would have weather quite different from Sequoia NP (much warmer), but the air conditioning was a nice feature at the end of the day! We would definitely stay again!

- The house was very modern and had everything we needed, with comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living room. - the patio was the highlight of our trip. The hot tub was amazing in the cold weather and we spent a lot of time in it relaxing and enjoying the stars. The fire place was perfect, and we used the grill to make some dinner too. - The location was great too, only a few minutes away from the park entrance.

The cottage itself has a nice layout and was clean with comfortable beds. It also has a very nice deck with table and chairs for dining, a fire pit, and a hot tub. Had a question, and the host got right back to me. It is a wonderful place to stay.

Excellent cabin!!! Completely beautiful, clean, accommodating and convenient to Sequoia! Comfy beds and washer and dryer. Everything is new and well kept! The deck was amazing and though we didn’t use it the hot tub looked wonderful! Quiet neighborhood and I felt very safe. Would highly recommend for sure.

This is by far one of the best vacation rentals we’ve stayed in. The location is very convenient to Sequoia NP and just a short drive to local restaurants and the local market. The house was the perfect size for our family. It was clean and beautifully decorated. It had all the amenities we needed and more. The coffee and snacks were a lovely bonus. We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again!

The property was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The hosts were friendly and communicative. Only a couple miles away from the entrance of Sequoia National Park.Three Rivers was also a nice little town and had good restaurants (Mexican, pizza, American grill, ice cream, brewery with a papusa food truck). Would definitely stay again!

This is a magical place tucked away below a beautiful rock formation! It made us feel very taken care of by the owners. It was cleaned immaculately and very user friendly! We felt a cozy welcome from the minute we entered after a very hectic travel day! I highly recommend this accommodation and would stay there again! Thank you for your hospitality!

Small but mighty property with many updates. Love the fact there were blackout blinds in the bedrooms, such a huge benefit. To add to our positive experience, we asked about a freestanding fan, they did not have one but quickly responded they put one in one of the bedroom closets for us ... how awesome is that!

This cabin was perfect for us - 2 couples. The location is just minutes from park entrance. I highly recommend Little Bear Cottage. Clean and adorable! Cabin is up in the mountains with a beautiful view. Even spotted deer one evening.

Our stay was perfect in this beautiful home. The views were perfect and the house is so comfortable. It was very convenient for touring Three Rivers and Sequoia National Park. The host was very welcoming and helpful if needed for anything.

This is a wonderful property! The location is minutes away from the National Park and downtown Three Rivers. It is not within walking distance of much and that’s what makes it special. It is serene and the deck is heavenly. You can see the stars from the hot tub and warm up with the fire pit. The home was super clean and minimal which was lovely (even our teen commented on how great it was)! As we like to cook be sure to bring a skillet and spatula as there was only cast iron available. The owner is lovely and kept in touch and answered questions quickly. We can’t wait to stay here again. Thank you for having us!!

Beautiful home near Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. It is modern, clean, and well stocked with everything you could want. Lovely decks and nice grill. Responsive hosts. Be ready for longer drives on winding roads for many trailheads. The hikes are worth that effort! We would definitely stay again when visiting this area.

We were all very pleased with all the accommodations. Very clean and had everything we needed.The couple Michael & Marinda who took care of the property were great. Got back to me very quickly when I had any questions or concerns. Was very well managed. Would definitely recommend it to family or friends.

It is serene and the deck is heavenly. You can see the stars from the hot tub and warm up with the fire pit. The home was super clean and minimal which was lovely (even our teen commented on how great it was)! As we like to cook be sure to bring a skillet and spatula as there was only cast iron available. The owner is lovely and kept in touch and answered questions quickly. We can’t wait to stay here again. Thank you for having us!!
This is a wonderful property! The location is minutes away from the National Park and downtown Three Rivers. It is not within walking distance of much and that’s what makes it special. This was second stay here during the past two years and my wife and I found it to be outstanding both times.The home is only three miles from the entrance to Sequoia National Park.The home is very clean and is only a couple of miles from the small town of Three Rivers where there are some restaurants and a market.My wife and I look forward to our next visit to this area and we will be staying at the Little Bear Cottage again.

This property was very nice. Beds were comfortable and appreciated that there were fans in the rooms. We enjoyed the hot tub at night after a long day of hiking at Sequoia National Park. SNP was about an hour drive to General Sherman tree. Easy drive to the town of Three Rivers where the restaurants were. It was a nice treat to walk into coffee pods and creamer. We would highly recommend this property!

The two of us had four outstanding days and nights at the Little Bear Cottage. The location was close to the small town of Three Rivers and very close to the entrance of Sequoia National Park. We felt very safe at this location and really enjoyed using the hot tub each night after being at Sequoia National Park each day. Beautiful home near Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. It is modern, clean, and well stocked with everything you could want. Lovely decks and nice grill. Responsive hosts. Be ready for longer drives on winding roads for many trailheads. The hikes are worth that effort! We would definitely stay again when visiting this area.

This cabin was perfect for us - 2 couples. The location is just minutes from park entrance. I highly recommend Little Bear Cottage. Clean and adorable! Cabin is up in the mountains with a beautiful view. Even spotted deer one evening.

Our stay at Little Bear was all we could have hoped for. It was clean and comfortable for our family of four. The instructions were very clear and sent in advance. The home was very clean and the beds are comfortable. It was a great location to visit Sequoia and met all our needs.

The surroundings of this home are so serene and beautiful. The drive to the house and up the drive way is very windy but as long as you go slow you are fine! The house was spotless and had all of the basics we needed for our stay!
