Huge Cabin w Hot Tub, Deck, Grill, Fire Pit, WiFi

Tony was great - I’ve stayed with his properties twice now and both times he was communicative and very helpful. This property worked great for my party of 12 and a dog - the only thing I’ll note is the kitchen was not as well stocked as we hoped. If your group likes cooking at home, I’d bring your own pots, pans, measuring cups, etc. Otherwise, this was a great vacation! We especially loved the hot tub on the deck.

The Bear's Den was the perfect spot for our annual girl's trip! We ended up hiking the trails on the mountain and going to the Old Roman Bath House and Vine Trattoria for dinner Saturday night. Thank you to the host for checking in and attending to our concerns.

The house was great for our family to gather together in and everyone had a great time. Tony was hyper responsive and it was a great stay.

Plenty of space, lots of beds which are pretty comfortable. A few broken items in the cabin that needed to be fixed. We were disappointed access to the community pools were not included in the stay, but we did use the hot tub which was nice.

We spent several days here with our grandchildren and we had a grand time! The house was in a beautiful area and having the indoor pool close by saved us twice when it was raining and we couldn’t be outdoors as planned. The kids loved exploring and hiking the trails close by. The house was not exactly as described or pictured. - It looks like it has not been updated in years and the bathroom linoleum is cut up and gouged in places. Our granddaughters thought the marks were spiders! :) - The kitchen has the necessary small appliances but there were only 6 spoons and those were soup spoons. There were only 3 table knives. There weren’t many cups or glasses. - The dishwasher was not fastened into the cabinet and would fall out when the racks were pulled out. By the last day, we couldn’t get it to start. - The A/C didn’t work on the main floor. We didn’t realize it until our last day when it was hotter outside. We found a fan for our bedroom and slept fine. - We could not find the gas fire pit that was pictured in the description so we made s’mores in the microwave. The property manager was easy to get ahold of and was responsive to our questions and requests. The grill had 2 gas tanks but they were both empty. We called the manager and a full one was brought within the hour.
