SeaSpray West 603- Beach Front Vistas do Terraço com Interior Costeiro!

The room was clean and it was a great building/property. A couple of small items. This is a luxury condominium with a great balcony. But the screen door was ripped out. You cannot have a luxury condominium with the great balcony and the great view and great weather and not be able to leave the screen door open because it’s ripped out. Plus, I should just not show up and have a screen door that’s ripped. Also, both bathrooms need an upgraded showerhead, both showerheads sprayed every which direction and are very hard to adjust. Lastly, both bedroom ceiling fans need replaced. They are horribly noisy, especially on anything other than high. And the master bedroom needs a new mattress, it’s extremely wore with body indentations.

Love the area not too crowded

I don’t normally do reviews but don’t like how this unit compares to others we like at this building. Cons we did not expect: Main bathroom sink and 2nd bathroom bath drained terribly slowly. Oven took a very long time to preheat. Cat hair all over furniture and rug when it was not supposed to have pets. Balcony door did not lock. Loose knobs all over. The dryer kept catching clothes strings and tearing them. Rusted razor blade found by my 4 and 7 year old in a bucket of seashells. Was contacted an abundance of times telling us to not to inquire about early check in (we are adults and don’t need 4 reminders). No extra blankets if you use the pullout. No spatula in kitchen supplies. Multiple non-working lights. Cons we knew about from the condo/listing (these are comparing other units at the same condo and general condo info that is the same for all units: no beach equipment (others here have a closet full of toys and equipment)- they did have a small bin with only toys but many were broken. Price was higher than others we were hoping to get that were unavailable and nicer. No kids allowed in hot tub.Pros: beach is not crowded. Great location for getting around. Ice machine worked well. Great balcony views with almost no obstruction. We are a “deal with it and have fun” type of family so we don’t say much about minor inconveniences. It was just the abundance of them that we decided to write this. This unit was barely acceptable but definitely not ideal.

It was very clean and the view of the ocean was wonderful.Air conditioner was very effective. Rooms were somewhat outdated. The guest bedroom seemed more like a full than queen bed. The code to the door to enter room did not work. Waited outside the door for Maintenance to come to help and reset code. Drains were slow. The dryer was vented back into the condo. All moisture from dryer came back into condo. Don’t understand why we were charged to park our car at the condo. That was an extra 55 tax for each car. Never have I had to pay for parking at a condo.

The view was amazing, the windows were large and let in the beautiful beach with no obstructions. Such a clean roomy place to stay. We have not one little complaint. Would definitely recommend.
