Sauna & Cold Plunge! Custom-Built Clarklake Cabin

The property was absolutely beautiful and the host was incredibly kind and communicative. There was plenty of space for our group and we had a great time. We’ve all stayed at a lot of these types of properties and really appreciate things like the tap specifically for drinking water and quality cooking utensils in the kitchen. We did run into a few issues with things like ants, not having more than one baking sheet for the oven, and amenities like the jacuzzi, cold plunge, and sauna not being cleaned or prepped before arrival. Directions for shocking the jacuzzi were left and video instructions to turn on the fire place were provided, but should be taken care of. Our biggest gripes were the terribly hard and cheap mattresses and the fabric cleaners used—one person had an allergic reaction and another had an asthma attack because of the detergents used. Aside from that, you can tell the host takes care of the property fairly well and being outside is wonderful. And even when it’s raining—which it did most of the time we were there—there’s plenty to do to keep busy and entertained. Also, the bison became the mascot for the weekend lol.

This property is perfect for everyone in the family. Whether enjoying the outdoors or a playing cards at the kitchen table, there’s a place and room for everyone. The home is comfortable and clean. Check in was simple and communication was great too. What a gem! We will surely stay here again should the opportunity arise. Thank you for a memorable time in Michigan!

Great place to get away with a large group !!

What a great place for us to gather 4 generations together for a lovely long weekend! The guest contact was very responsive and the cabin had everything we needed. The hot tub and sauna were nice and hot for cold days, the kitchens more than accommodated our cooking needs and the dining room table was fabulous for seating our whole family together. We would love to come back and stay again.

The whole experience was great, the lodge was incredible and Sergii was super great to work with.
