Stunning Luxury Lakefront Lodge! 8 BRs! Sleeps 32!

We booked this house for a family reunion with 22 people in June, and it was perfect for our group. The bunk rooms were ideal for larger families, and having bedrooms on the main floor was a huge plus for those with mobility issues.The house is beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. We brought paddle boards, and the kids had a blast swimming and playing in the protected cove. There was some seaweed near the shore, but it wasn’t an issue since they could easily jump off the dock and swim beyond it.One of our favorite features was the large covered back porch. The overhead fans kept it comfortable, and the bench swings made it a great place to relax while watching the kids play. The hot tub was another nice touch that several adults enjoyed in the evenings.We also rented a pontoon boat and appreciated being able to use the dock during our stay.During our visit, one of the two refrigerators stopped working. The owners responded quickly and had a replacement delivered in less than 24 hours. They even sent us ice cream as an apology. While appliance issues can happen anywhere, we were very impressed with their responsiveness and customer service.We’ve rented five other properties in different states for family reunions, and this was everyone’s favorite. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Great weekend experience for our whole family. We checked in and setup for 28 family members, everyone had a comfortable place to unpack and settle in before we had dinner and enjoyed our time together. We were close enough to restaurants and stores that added to our menu and we all went to Oaklawn and evening activities out on the town. Each night had great sunsets and a variety of places to enjoy them including the lawn, the back porch swings, and the main living room. The hosts were helpful and attentive throughout the weekend ensuring we had everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend if you are enjoying a large family gathering.
