Palms Cottage, Downtown Dunedin, FL

The cottage was superb - better than listed. Checkin was very easy and we settled in immediately. Great communication from Sophie, especially during hurricane Idalia’s visit. I would definitely recommend both the cottage and Dunedin, which was within easy walking distance and has a great vibe. We shall definitely be back!! Tony & Nicola Le Vey

We had a fabulous stay here. Location was perfect to access the Pinnelas bike trail and downtown area. The rental was very zcomfortable and the patio area was private yet spacious . Looking forward to our next stay here! Just be aware that there are several one level steps to get from one part of the unit to another.

Palm cottage is a hidden gem. The neighborhood was beautiful, quiet and 2 blocks from main. Sophie was an excellent host and was prompt in answering questions. We would stay again any time!

Staying here for a few days was a wonderful experience. The house was very clean, bed was comfortable, and the decor was stylish and gave the environment a cozy and relaxed feel. Spent quite a few hours relaxing on the quiet patio; it really is amazing how lovely & quiet the neighborhood is and yet so close to everything in Dunedin. If we find ourselves making a return trip we would definitely book again! Thanks, Sophie!
