Casa dos Mochinhos - Ihr Zuhause im Douro

Nous avons énormément apprécié notre hébergement. L’emplacement est idéal, à seulement une quinzaine de minutes de la ville pour faire l’épicerie ou aller manger au restaurant, tout en offrant un environnement calme et paisible. La vue est tout simplement magnifique et rend l’endroit encore plus agréable. Petit bonus inattendu : le réveil du coq le matin, qui a ajouté une touche authentique à notre séjour ! Le foyer a également été très apprécié lors de la soirée plus fraîches, créant une ambiance chaleureuse et confortable. Le seul petit point à améliorer serait la literie pour la nuit : nous aurions tous aimé avoir une couverture un peu plus chaude.

Echt een mooie plek om met een groter gezin te verblijven in de Douro vallei. Communicatie met eigenaar verloopt heel soepel. Snel reactie op vragen. Echt een aanrader!!

Beautiful location, quick helpful responses from host, cleanly. You definitely need a car to stay here, it’s up a winding road for 30 minutes from the nearest small town. Wish we had stayed here longer, would definitely book again.

The view was absolutely amazing. We took advantage of the fireplace and enjoyed that. The rest of the house was adequate. The furniture was not very comfortable. We cooked dinner the night we were there, and it was a little challenging to wash pots and pans in the tiny sink. Check in was a little late - at 4 pm - especially when only staying one night.

If you like a quiet place after touring the Douro Valley this is it. The outdoor sitting area was super at night.
