Pelican's Perch Waterfront Cabin in East Port with Boat Dock

Host and property were great. Nice place, location, and great communication from host. This was our second consecutive year and look forward to next year.

Our family of 5 enjoyed the weekend stay at this cabin. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the entire cabin was clean and well kept. Great view of the water, and the check in/check out process was easy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Pelican’s Perch. The communication with the owners was excellent. Very quick responses. The property had every thing we needed. Decor was cute and nicely done. It’s well stocked. The bottled water and snacks were a nice welcoming touch. Having the boathouse was a dream for my husband. He could get up early, walk out and jump in his boat to fish without any trouble. He loved that! Having a place to store our wakeboards and tubes was nice! Safe and secure. We got a great workout with the stairs. Although they may pose a problem for guests with mobility issues, we didn’t have any problems and we are in our late 60s. We were there in the off season, so it was quiet and peaceful. There was only one other boat on the lake when we did a late afternoon sunset cruise with our family group. All in all, it was a great place to stay.

Great place to stay and very clean. Super convenient location because it's so close to the marina.
