Our family has been taking a winter vacation for years to Florida. We typically stay on the gulf side but this year we choose this home because of all it had to offer. Typically you have to pay extra for kayaks, bikes, buy all the supplies needed such and toiletries and other basic needs that this home came stocked with. The best part was not having to pay extra for the pool heat and then having it still not be warm. This pool was perfect and the hot tub was alway hot! My dad, husband and kids could spend the whole day fishing off the dock. They caught so many awesome fish and once they figured out they bite best when fishing with the frozen shrimp bought from the store close to the house it was all they wanted to do! The room were all great there was 8 of us so more rooms than we needed. Everything was GREAT!!!

Let me tell you what was amazing about Aquarius South... EVERYTHING! We travel at least once or twice a year and have for many years. This is the most amazing home we have stayed at. The home is stocked with everything you could think of, and many things you would never think of. Usually, you have to entertain the kids with going places. Not this time. Everything is right there. Fishing poles, kayaks, paddle boards, swimming pool, jacuzzi, foozball, ping pong and televisions everywhere. We were 16 and had 2 huge tables to dine at. This is one of my sticking points. We have rented homes with a table for 6 housing 16 people. Heads up to Al Roberts the Property Manager. We had a couple of small issues, and they were handled immediately. Everyone loved this vacation, and we can't thank you enough for all that was available to us. We will rent with you again. Nanette Massey

Amazing house and everything you could possibly want or need. The kids had the best time finding little creatures in the river. Pool and spa were nice and warm which was nice for the couple of cool days we had. We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our fall break. This property was amazing

This property has everything you could possibly need for a perfect vacation. The house is stocked with beach towels, chairs, bicycles, snorkeling equipment, kayaks, fishing poles, paddle boards and even a dog wash station, among so many other things! The setup is perfect for large groups with the ability to have multiple families comfortably situated on different floors. We had two boys with us on our trip and they had a blast with all there was to do, including lots of swimming in the pool. The property has its own small beach and pier and is situated for beautiful sunset views. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor space for dining, relaxing and playing. The location is also terrific with downtown Stuart about 15 minutes away, multiple restaurant options in the area, and a Publix within a 5 minute drive. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to dine in as well. The management company communicated with us every step of the way and responded almost immediately to any questions we had. The house is nicely decorated and extremely clean. This is a wonderful vacation spot that we highly recommend!

This is a fantastic property for families with young children. The glass surround at the pool makes a safe and wonderful play area for the kids. The beach area is perfect, shallow, warm, and protected from the wind.

Property was simply outstanding! We can’t say enough about it! We had 9 adults and 11 children - plenty of room for everyone. We gave this trip to our kids/grandkids for Christmas 2024. Great fishing off the dock, pool was secure with only one entry- wonderful when watching littles- plenty of space to play outside, fun water toys, excellent access to Atlantic Ocean across the street, etc. The house was completely stocked and ready for our large group.… there were welcome baskets in the cribs complete with diapers, and baby accessories. I could go on and on!!

What a fantastic home! The homeowner/management company has really thought of everything to make your time comfortable and fun. We took full advantage of being outside and the beach, dock, paddleboards/kayaks/outdoor toys and pool and hot tub. We had plenty to keep everyone entertained and lots of beach towels, chairs and activities. It was fabulous to work out outside facing the water (what a treat!). The home itself is well-appointed and comfortable. We had plenty of space to spread out in terms of bedrooms and bathrooms so that everyone was comfortable. The kitchen not only faces the water but is well stocked with every appliance you need to cook for a large group of people and the space was easy to work in and keep clean. The management company was very communicative up to, during and after our stay and made themselves available should we need anything. They made our trip that much easier and so memorable! Highly recommend!

This house had everything you can think of and was by far the best appointed Rental house we have ever stayed in. Our crew had SO much fun in the house/ pool/dock, entertaining the kids was a piece of cake. The only advice I would give is: if you take out the water toys/boats, go upstream first! The current is strong!

Our experience at Aquarius South was absolutely amazing!! Our first impression of the property was how incredibly clean and well stocked it was! The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals for our family of 17. The outside was so impressive with all the toys,games, fishing equipment, bikes and water toys for all ages . The communication with ou host,Al,was beyond our expectations!! We had some issues with the heating of our pool and Al had technicians out to house within 30 minutes! The pictures on the listing gave us a good idea of the place, but we were still impressed. The property was immaculately maintained, incredibly clean and unbelievably stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook several family meals. Beach toys, games, fishing…absolutely everything you can think of was at the house. We are pretty picky with rentals and would not hesitate to go back. Loved…loved…loved it.

This was the ideal property for our family reunion and had everything we needed. The house was clean and well stocked with things you would expect, but even had things you’d never expect to find at a vacation rental. Lots of games and outdoor toys for all ages were there. Al even got high chairs and portable cribs for the babies. He was super responsive and made sure all of our needs were addressed. We love this location because of the quiet neighborhood and safe surroundings. Also, easy access to the river and the beach allowed us to have lots of time in the water. We will definitely consider this property for future reunions.

Best home rental experience we have ever had! The house was immaculate, extremely well stocked and had an over abundance of toys and other items to make our stay special for ages 6-80. Rooms were comfortable and well appointed to allow quiet time away from others when needed. The rental staff was very easy to work with and attentive to any needs. This one will not disappoint! Over the top Hutchinson Island rental. Cant wait for next time!

Summer vacation with kids. Aquarius South was truly amazing trip! The communication was perfection, the house was clean and completely stocked with anything you’ll ever need. We love eating out on vacation, but the view.. the dock.. and the firepit on the beach kept us home cooking every night so we could enjoy every moment. A+. We saw Manatees, Sea Turles and tons of Jelly fish… great location and worth every penny! Hope to be back soon!

I am at a loss of words to describe this trip and this house! The additional amenities they thought of went hugely above and beyond. The house was clean and beautiful!! The location was perfect, quiet and close to everything we needed! The dock was amazing for fishing and watching manatees. Al was an amazing host with prompt response to all my questions. Stuart is a great town with amazing friendly people!! Again, I can’t say enough about this house. Absolutely perfect!! We will definitely be back!!

We vacationed with our two married adult children and their families (5 kids in total) ages 3 months to 8yrs. The house is very clean and very well stocked. We brought our own boat so the dock was helpful. The pool and all outside amenities were great and kept the kids busy. It was nice having the beach across the street. The house is clearly set up for very large groups as there are many many bedrooms but quite small except the master bedroom. The main negative we would have is the main floor (where the kitchen is) is too cluttered with furniture (sofas, tables, chair etc) that it made us feel a bit cramped and the pool is fairly small but nice. Due to the current/tide, using the kayaks and water bike are tough to do. A small sailboat (like a Sunfish) would be great! All in all….a great trip and I would recommend!

Spent July 4th Holiday with our family ranging in age of 83 years to 5 months. There was literally something for everyone in this home. House is completely stocked…believe the other reviews and only bring your clothes and order your groceries! Great touch with even supplying paper goods, besides the condiments, coffee, teas, spices and the emergency kits in every bathroom…WOW! But the best part was all the water toys, supplies, etc. Beautiful home, beautiful views! Thank you!

Let me tell you what was amazing about Aquarius South... EVERYTHING! We travel at least once or twice a year and have for many years. This is the most amazing home we have stayed at. The home is stocked with everything you could think of, and many things you would never think of. Usually, you have to entertain the kids with going places. Not this time. Everything is right there. Fishing poles, kayaks, paddle boards, swimming pool, jacuzzi, foozball, ping pong and televisions everywhere. We were 16 and had 2 huge tables to dine at. This is one of my sticking points. We have rented homes with a table for 6 housing 16 people. Heads up to Al Roberts the Property Manager. We had a couple of small issues, and they were handled immediately. We had another great stay on the island. This is our third year renting from BHiP, and this was our favorite house yet. The beach area is amazing for kids, with all the water toys you could want. The house has a nice layout for large families. We would definitely rent again.

Best home rental experience we have ever had! The house was immaculate, extremely well stocked and had an over abundance of toys and other items to make our stay special for ages 6-80. Rooms were comfortable and well appointed to allow quiet time away from others when needed. The rental staff was very easy to work with and attentive to any needs. This one will not disappoint! Over the top Hutchinson Island rental. Cant wait for next time!

Property was simply outstanding! We can’t say enough about it! We had 9 adults and 11 children - plenty of room for everyone. We gave this trip to our kids/grandkids for Christmas 2024. Great fishing off the dock, pool was secure with only one entry- wonderful when watching littles- plenty of space to play outside, fun water toys, excellent access to Atlantic Ocean across the street, etc. The house was completely stocked and ready for our large group.… there were welcome baskets in the cribs complete with diapers, and baby accessories. I could go on and on!!

What a fantastic home! The homeowner/management company has really thought of everything to make your time comfortable and fun. We took full advantage of being outside and the beach, dock, paddleboards/kayaks/outdoor toys and pool and hot tub. We had plenty to keep everyone entertained and lots of beach towels, chairs and activities. It was fabulous to work out outside facing the water (what a treat!). The home itself is well-appointed and comfortable. We had plenty of space to spread out in terms of bedrooms and bathrooms so that everyone was comfortable. The kitchen not only faces the water but is well stocked with every appliance you need to cook for a large group of people and the space was easy to work in and keep clean. The management company was very communicative up to, during and after our stay and made themselves available should we need anything. They made our trip that much easier and so memorable! Highly recommend!

We vacationed with our two married adult children and their families (5 kids in total) ages 3 months to 8yrs. The house is very clean and very well stocked. We brought our own boat so the dock was helpful. The pool and all outside amenities were great and kept the kids busy. It was nice having the beach across the street. The house is clearly set up for very large groups as there are many many bedrooms but quite small except the master bedroom. The main negative we would have is the main floor (where the kitchen is) is too cluttered with furniture (sofas, tables, chair etc) that it made us feel a bit cramped and the pool is fairly small but nice. Due to the current/tide, using the kayaks and water bike are tough to do. A small sailboat (like a Sunfish) would be great! All in all….a great trip and I would recommend!

This was the ideal property for our family reunion and had everything we needed. The house was clean and well stocked with things you would expect, but even had things you’d never expect to find at a vacation rental. Lots of games and outdoor toys for all ages were there. Al even got high chairs and portable cribs for the babies. He was super responsive and made sure all of our needs were addressed. We love this location because of the quiet neighborhood and safe surroundings. Also, easy access to the river and the beach allowed us to have lots of time in the water. We will definitely consider this property for future reunions.

Our family enjoyed another great vacation at another BHIP property. I cannot express how Al Roberts and his team make the time spent the most relaxing and stress free possible. They nail all of the details and it easily makes our time as a family one tha5 we can cherish! The recreation and relaxation we had was wonderful. I am at a loss of words to describe this trip and this house! The additional amenities they thought of went hugely above and beyond. The house was clean and beautiful!! The location was perfect, quiet and close to everything we needed! The dock was amazing for fishing and watching manatees. Al was an amazing host with prompt response to all my questions. Stuart is a great town with amazing friendly people!! Again, I can’t say enough about this house. Absolutely perfect!! We will definitely be back!!

Our experience at Aquarius South was absolutely amazing!! Our first impression of the property was how incredibly clean and well stocked it was! The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals for our family of 17. The outside was so impressive with all the toys,games, fishing equipment, bikes and water toys for all ages . The communication with ou host,Al,was beyond our expectations!! We had some issues with the heating of our pool and Al had technicians out to house within 30 minutes! What a beautiful property set on the Indian River! Birds & fish of many varieties, dolphin, manatees - everyday brought something new!! The house truly has everything you may possibly need to relax and restore your peace of mind! The River was so much more calm than the oceanfront! We all loved it!!

This property has everything you could possibly need for a perfect vacation. The house is stocked with beach towels, chairs, bicycles, snorkeling equipment, kayaks, fishing poles, paddle boards and even a dog wash station, among so many other things! The setup is perfect for large groups with the ability to have multiple families comfortably situated on different floors. We had two boys with us on our trip and they had a blast with all there was to do, including lots of swimming in the pool. The property has its own small beach and pier and is situated for beautiful sunset views. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor space for dining, relaxing and playing. The location is also terrific with downtown Stuart about 15 minutes away, multiple restaurant options in the area, and a Publix within a 5 minute drive. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to dine in as well. The management company communicated with us every step of the way and responded almost immediately to any questions we had. The house is nicely decorated and extremely clean. This is a wonderful vacation spot that we highly recommend!

This house has spoiled us for future VRBO rentals. It is BY FAR the best stocked house we have ever rented…from the kitchen to the outdoor activities, to towels and linens it was impressive. The area is beautiful, we watched a SpaceX launch from the beach, saw sea turtle tracks every morning on the beach, had a family fishing tournament off the pier (and caught at least 12 species of fish). I could go on and on, but we all are already talking about a return trip next year, we could not have been more pleased!

Summer vacation with kids. Aquarius South was truly amazing trip! The communication was perfection, the house was clean and completely stocked with anything you’ll ever need. We love eating out on vacation, but the view.. the dock.. and the firepit on the beach kept us home cooking every night so we could enjoy every moment. A+. We saw Manatees, Sea Turles and tons of Jelly fish… great location and worth every penny! Hope to be back soon!

Wow. This property lacked nothing. I only wish that I had believed it, I would not have packed some things. This house is stocked beyond my highest expectations. A trip to the grocery store and that was it! We really did not have to go anywhere else. Location is everything and this was everything. Outside all of the time. The river, the ocean, the pool, sandbar, fishing, water toys. It was the best. Thank you so much! Next time we will be more diligent with the bug spray (which was kindly provided). Those darn no-see-ems.

Spent July 4th Holiday with our family ranging in age of 83 years to 5 months. There was literally something for everyone in this home. House is completely stocked…believe the other reviews and only bring your clothes and order your groceries! Great touch with even supplying paper goods, besides the condiments, coffee, teas, spices and the emergency kits in every bathroom…WOW! But the best part was all the water toys, supplies, etc. Beautiful home, beautiful views! Thank you!

Let me tell you what was amazing about Aquarius South... EVERYTHING! We travel at least once or twice a year and have for many years. This is the most amazing home we have stayed at. The home is stocked with everything you could think of, and many things you would never think of. Usually, you have to entertain the kids with going places. Not this time. Everything is right there. Fishing poles, kayaks, paddle boards, swimming pool, jacuzzi, foozball, ping pong and televisions everywhere. We were 16 and had 2 huge tables to dine at. This is one of my sticking points. We have rented homes with a table for 6 housing 16 people. Heads up to Al Roberts the Property Manager. We had a couple of small issues, and they were handled immediately. Everyone loved this vacation, and we can't thank you enough for all that was available to us. We will rent with you again. Nanette Massey

This house has spoiled us for future VRBO rentals. It is BY FAR the best stocked house we have ever rented…from the kitchen to the outdoor activities, to towels and linens it was impressive. The area is beautiful, we watched a SpaceX launch from the beach, saw sea turtle tracks every morning on the beach, had a family fishing tournament off the pier (and caught at least 12 species of fish). I could go on and on, but we all are already talking about a return trip next year, we could not have been more pleased!

Property was simply outstanding! We can’t say enough about it! We had 9 adults and 11 children - plenty of room for everyone. We gave this trip to our kids/grandkids for Christmas 2024. Great fishing off the dock, pool was secure with only one entry- wonderful when watching littles- plenty of space to play outside, fun water toys, excellent access to Atlantic Ocean across the street, etc. The house was completely stocked and ready for our large group.… there were welcome baskets in the cribs complete with diapers, and baby accessories. I could go on and on!!

What a fantastic home! The homeowner/management company has really thought of everything to make your time comfortable and fun. We took full advantage of being outside and the beach, dock, paddleboards/kayaks/outdoor toys and pool and hot tub. We had plenty to keep everyone entertained and lots of beach towels, chairs and activities. It was fabulous to work out outside facing the water (what a treat!). The home itself is well-appointed and comfortable. We had plenty of space to spread out in terms of bedrooms and bathrooms so that everyone was comfortable. The kitchen not only faces the water but is well stocked with every appliance you need to cook for a large group of people and the space was easy to work in and keep clean. The management company was very communicative up to, during and after our stay and made themselves available should we need anything. They made our trip that much easier and so memorable! Highly recommend!

Summer vacation with kids. Aquarius South was truly amazing trip! The communication was perfection, the house was clean and completely stocked with anything you’ll ever need. We love eating out on vacation, but the view.. the dock.. and the firepit on the beach kept us home cooking every night so we could enjoy every moment. A+. We saw Manatees, Sea Turles and tons of Jelly fish… great location and worth every penny! Hope to be back soon!

Our experience at Aquarius South was absolutely amazing!! Our first impression of the property was how incredibly clean and well stocked it was! The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals for our family of 17. The outside was so impressive with all the toys,games, fishing equipment, bikes and water toys for all ages . The communication with ou host,Al,was beyond our expectations!! We had some issues with the heating of our pool and Al had technicians out to house within 30 minutes! Wow. This property lacked nothing. I only wish that I had believed it, I would not have packed some things. This house is stocked beyond my highest expectations. A trip to the grocery store and that was it! We really did not have to go anywhere else. Location is everything and this was everything. Outside all of the time. The river, the ocean, the pool, sandbar, fishing, water toys. It was the best. Thank you so much! Next time we will be more diligent with the bug spray (which was kindly provided). Those darn no-see-ems.

The pictures on the listing gave us a good idea of the place, but we were still impressed. The property was immaculately maintained, incredibly clean and unbelievably stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook several family meals. Beach toys, games, fishing…absolutely everything you can think of was at the house. We are pretty picky with rentals and would not hesitate to go back. Loved…loved…loved it.

This home was amazing...every detail is thought of! They even had baby motrin which my 1 year old grandson needed. (Hes cutting his "I" teeth.) Perfect location... will rent again!!!
