The house was very clean and very well maintained. House was well furnished and with all the essentials and more. The location is awesome with some of the most amazing views and polenta of privacy. The fire pit and private access to the beach stood out. Will definitely visit again.

We had four generations aging 1-85 years old and it was a wonderful time for everyone!! The house is gorgeous and spacious. The location is perfect with a very large yard for the kids to play plus the beach and water is safe for the little ones to play for hours. Very easy beach access that the great grandparents were able to navigate easily. We loved doing the crabbing and clamming, walking on the beach, bonfires and roasting s'mores. The kitchen is very well equipped and having a second refrigerator was very helpful. The laundry room is a very nice bonus. Nick was very helpful and accommodating and he was always quick to respond to any of our questions. Great grandma loved it so much that she wants to stay for all summer. Very peaceful and very fun. Great combo. Twelve of us came away with lasting family memories. Thank you so much for providing a wonderful, beautiful, comfortable, spacious home.

Loved this place! Excellent location to the beach with large fenced yard. That was very handy with dogs & smaller children. House was very clean & extremely well stocked. The kitchen is a foodie's dream...just about every gadget or appliance you would need! It was really fun to cook in such a well stocked kitchen. BBQ was awesome, nice big, brand new Weber. The dual washer & dryers were a lifesaver! The whole trip was amazing, but the house was truly special. Plenty of space for multi-generations to get together, but also to split off in areas to relax (with your own group). The upstairs suites were the young adult's group dream hangout!! The beach is just a few steps away and even on a heat wave weekend - the beach was not that busy. Very low key, dog friendly beach!! We will definitely be back again. Everyone had a wonderful time! Lots of spaces to gather or get away. Beachfront view and access were the highlight of the stay. The large TV’s were fun for March Madness and playing video games. Kitchen was excellent for preparing large meals and well appointed. Would definitely go back when the weather is better.

What a great place!! The kitchen was well stocked, there was room for everyone and it just cozy. There are two fireplaces and were wonderful especially since it rained for two days. I would highly recommend this beach house. Nick and Lynn were very informative of what was around the area which I truly appreciated since this was our first visit to Netarts.

This property is better than described; fully stocked with everything imaginable, spacious, comfortable, and positioned perfectly for gorgeous sunsets! Great communication both prior to and during our time there. With 5 bedrooms and various common areas there was plenty of space for our group to spread out. Outdoor showers, 2 washer/dryers, 2 refrigerators, 2 outdoor fire pits...who else has that??? Our trip coincided with king tides and a major storm with very high winds yet we felt cozy and safe as we watched from the decks. Although we did not crab or clam, it was fun to watch those who did when the tide was far out at night.

This house and location fit our family perfectly, this home offered us all we needed for a wonderful Thanksgiving week escape. Sunny weather offered lots of sunsets! The loft upstairs has a wonderful layout and bed area at the top along with access to a small outdoor patio – there is also a door to an adjoining suite area including a living room with TV, bathroom, (shared by all who sleep upstairs) and another large bedroom, making it perfect if you have a little one with different sleep hours than the rest of the house. Something notable, we found the stairs to be steep and the only walk-in shower is upstairs. The downstairs bathrooms are large with beautiful full tub showers. The three different living areas downstairs (2 included smart TV’s) make it great for a variety of activities. The kitchen eating areas worked well for us, with 13 there was never a problem seating everyone. The gas cooktop was our best friend, however, the 2 refrigerators/freezers took it over the top - we filled them both! We also found that the kitchen was loaded with a plethora of serving ware and kitchen wares - what a treat! From jumping in the ocean, strolling the beach, finding hidden trails, enjoying the deck and capturing a sunset or two, this house really offered it all. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hated to bid farewell to our week of beach life…family memories were created and cherished moments filled our hearts.

Have stayed on this beach several times, but never had 2 new full size fridges, 2 pair of new very large washer/dryers, 2 large tables on deck, and 3 ginourmous TVs for rainy days.Bought/grilled oysters from Bay City Oysters. Crabbing was a complete success with 42 keepers in 2 days. We’ll B back!

This was our annual Oregon coast family vacation. The home was beautiful with more than enough room for three kids ages 15 thru 17, an 18 yr old, four adults and grandma! Everyone had their own space and beds. Everyone was comfortable. The deck was amazing with beautiful views and a fenced backyard. The beach is right out back of the house. We opted for renting the owner's crabbing supplies and it was a blast! We caught 3 dungeness and several Red Rock. We also were successful clamming! There were two places for fires in the backyard. The kitchen was well stocked and there were two washers and dryers. The second refrigerator was great for our sodas and drinks. The owners were amazing with communication. They were quick to respond to all questions/texts and very accommodating. This property is exceptional and we would highly recommend this home!!

We had a great time and we lucked out on the weather. Nick’s instructions on crabbing and things to do was very helpful and the kids really enjoyed being a part of the crabbing process. The property is very well maintained. The house is perfect for a large group and/or multiple families. Sectioned off so you can still be together but also separate also. Easy access to the beach. The only thing I wish we had was an outdoor shower for after the kids were at the beach.:}

This property has been remodeled & updated. The five + bedrooms are great! There is plenty of “hang out” space. With surprise visitors on Saturday our group was 20 ish & we still had plenty of room. We will definitely be back!

My family and I had a fantastic time at this beautiful Vrbo property on the Oregon Coast. We traveled from Bothell, Washington, with our dog for a relaxing getaway, and it exceeded our expectations. We had an absolutely beautiful time! A few Perks were the beautiful yard and just a few steps To the beach. The house itself is gorgeous. I can tell the hosts have worked hard to update it and make it special. The hosts were also so kind! We would love to come back again!

Wow! Wow! Wow! Absolutely amazing location! Crabbing, calming, relaxing with friends and family! You will not be disappointed at all when you stay at this property. I would highly recommend it! Cheers, to the property owners. The upgraded touches are very well done. Very clean, and well thought out. The indoor fireplace was a fantastic touch as we settled into our evening. The views were stunning, a very short walk and you on the beach. If you have a pet the back yard is enclosed and there is ample parking for larger groups. Enjoy!

We were fortunate to stay on a stormy weekend. The expanse of windows made storm watching outstanding and mirrors in the common areas were placed so that you could see the ocean view without facing the windows. The open kitchen was a bonus. It was a short walk easy to the beach which only the heavy weather enthusiasts in our group braved and we're not disappointed. The house was spotless and well maintained. The hosts were pleasant and available to answer questions we had quickly. We recommend staying here no matter the season.

The location of this house is just so awesome!! The entire house looks out on Netarts Bay and the ocean, which is always changing with the tides. There are a lot of pelicans flying by in flocks of 30-40 birds/we watched them diving for fish. There are other birds and wildlife also but these were the most remarkable. The house suited our needs very well - we were a family gathering of 15-17 people of all ages and the kitchen is well stocked with pots and dishes, etc., the beds were comfortable, there was plenty of space for everyone to pursue different activities. And each morning we would wake up to the amazing view! Just can't stress that enough. I would definitely recommend this for your family stay at the beach

Our family stayed at this beautiful home for 3 nights. We were 11 people and this house was perfect for our large group ranging from 8-75 years old! The house had 5 bedrooms and 3 baths. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep, hang out, cook and enjoy the incredible views! We were lucky to have good weather and spent a lot of time on the outside deck and yard. We enjoyed the fire pits and rented gear from the hosts to crab and clam right from the beach. The beach access was the best we’d ever had! The gas fireplace warmed us up at night. This property has been remodeled & updated. The five + bedrooms are great! There is plenty of “hang out” space. With surprise visitors on Saturday our group was 20 ish & we still had plenty of room. We will definitely be back!

Our family of 9 (arriving from 4 different places) came together for our annual get together in Oregon. The house was amazing and loaction was right on the beach. There were separate living spaces in the house which allowed for multiple activites simultaneously (ie. watch tv/movies, put togehter a puzzle, play games). As we left our family talked about reserving for our next year family get together. :-)

Lots of spaces to gather or get away. Beachfront view and access were the highlight of the stay. The large TV’s were fun for March Madness and playing video games. Kitchen was excellent for preparing large meals and well appointed. Would definitely go back when the weather is better.

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful property and home. The layout of this home easily handles a group of people as there are several conversation areas set up on the main floor and one on the upper floor. The beds are comfortable and plentiful as it sleeps 10. The views are incredible of the water and sand. The beach is just a short walking distance out your door. It's a long stretch of beach. Property managers are gracious and available at any time. They communicate well so I knew exactly what to expect. They even checked in via text during the middle of our stay to see if there was anything we needed. I highly recommend staying at this home. You are thoroughly enjoy it.

This house and location fit our family perfectly, this home offered us all we needed for a wonderful Thanksgiving week escape. Sunny weather offered lots of sunsets! The loft upstairs has a wonderful layout and bed area at the top along with access to a small outdoor patio – there is also a door to an adjoining suite area including a living room with TV, bathroom, (shared by all who sleep upstairs) and another large bedroom, making it perfect if you have a little one with different sleep hours than the rest of the house. Something notable, we found the stairs to be steep and the only walk-in shower is upstairs. The downstairs bathrooms are large with beautiful full tub showers. The three different living areas downstairs (2 included smart TV’s) make it great for a variety of activities. The kitchen eating areas worked well for us, with 13 there was never a problem seating everyone. The gas cooktop was our best friend, however, the 2 refrigerators/freezers took it over the top - we filled them both! We also found that the kitchen was loaded with a plethora of serving ware and kitchen wares - what a treat! From jumping in the ocean, strolling the beach, finding hidden trails, enjoying the deck and capturing a sunset or two, this house really offered it all. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hated to bid farewell to our week of beach life…family memories were created and cherished moments filled our hearts.

We had four generations aging 1-85 years old and it was a wonderful time for everyone!! The house is gorgeous and spacious. The location is perfect with a very large yard for the kids to play plus the beach and water is safe for the little ones to play for hours. Very easy beach access that the great grandparents were able to navigate easily. We loved doing the crabbing and clamming, walking on the beach, bonfires and roasting s'mores. The kitchen is very well equipped and having a second refrigerator was very helpful. The laundry room is a very nice bonus. Nick was very helpful and accommodating and he was always quick to respond to any of our questions. Great grandma loved it so much that she wants to stay for all summer. Very peaceful and very fun. Great combo. Twelve of us came away with lasting family memories. Thank you so much for providing a wonderful, beautiful, comfortable, spacious home.

My family and I had a fantastic time at this beautiful Vrbo property on the Oregon Coast. We traveled from Bothell, Washington, with our dog for a relaxing getaway, and it exceeded our expectations. It's perfectly situated for easy beach access, ideal for family adventures.We spent our days hanging out on the beach and exploring nearby attractions. There's so much to do in the area! Evenings were magical with campfires by the shore, roasting marshmallows and sharing stories. At night, the stars were breathtaking with minimal light pollution. We loved venturing into Tillamook for meals, with tons of great restaurants offering fresh seafood and local flavors.The house was stunning and had everything we needed. It was spacious, clean, and well-equipped for cooking and unwinding. Parking was ample, and the property felt safe with no neighbor issues, giving us peace of mind, especially with kids and our dog.Communication with the owner was excellent. What a wonderful house! Everything about it was just about perfect. This is a beautiful property in a really special area. There is a whole street of rental properties, so you can string together several for a larger gathering. The beach is sandy and walkable for about 2 miles.The kitchen was so well stocked! There were two Le Creuset Dutch ovens, a griddle, plenty of dishes and glassware - everything you'd need to feed your crew - even if you had the house filled to maximum occupancy!It was so nice to be able to walk out the door and down the path to the beach. The path to the beach is a little uneven and rocky - we had to help the 94 and 90-year-olds negotiate their way to the beach. Of course, the kids - 6 to 31-year-olds (ha ha) - could just scamper down to the beach with no problem!The owners were very easy to communicate with and approved a couple of special requests that we needed to make our stay there memorable.I recommend this house to anyone planning a trip to Netarts!! This special house really contributed to making our two days at the beach meaningful for the whole family. Thank you Nick and Lynn!

What a great place!! The kitchen was well stocked, there was room for everyone and it just cozy. There are two fireplaces and were wonderful especially since it rained for two days. I would highly recommend this beach house. Nick and Lynn were very informative of what was around the area which I truly appreciated since this was our first visit to Netarts.

This property is better than described; fully stocked with everything imaginable, spacious, comfortable, and positioned perfectly for gorgeous sunsets! Great communication both prior to and during our time there. With 5 bedrooms and various common areas there was plenty of space for our group to spread out. Outdoor showers, 2 washer/dryers, 2 refrigerators, 2 outdoor fire pits...who else has that??? Our trip coincided with king tides and a major storm with very high winds yet we felt cozy and safe as we watched from the decks. Although we did not crab or clam, it was fun to watch those who did when the tide was far out at night.

Spacious home in an ideal location to relax and effortlessly enjoy beach adventures. We clammed, crabbed and hiked through the tunnel to explore all that Oceanside and Netarts Bay have to offer. Excellent communication with the property owners. Lots if room and good flow for all guests to enjoy cooking meals together. We loved celebrating the Winter Solstice over the fire pit (after catching a few crabs:).

We were fortunate to stay on a stormy weekend. The expanse of windows made storm watching outstanding and mirrors in the common areas were placed so that you could see the ocean view without facing the windows. The open kitchen was a bonus. It was a short walk easy to the beach which only the heavy weather enthusiasts in our group braved and we're not disappointed. The house was spotless and well maintained. The hosts were pleasant and available to answer questions we had quickly. We recommend staying here no matter the season.

This was our annual Oregon coast family vacation. The home was beautiful with more than enough room for three kids ages 15 thru 17, an 18 yr old, four adults and grandma! Everyone had their own space and beds. Everyone was comfortable. The deck was amazing with beautiful views and a fenced backyard. The beach is right out back of the house. We opted for renting the owner's crabbing supplies and it was a blast! We caught 3 dungeness and several Red Rock. We also were successful clamming! There were two places for fires in the backyard. The kitchen was well stocked and there were two washers and dryers. The second refrigerator was great for our sodas and drinks. The owners were amazing with communication. They were quick to respond to all questions/texts and very accommodating. This property is exceptional and we would highly recommend this home!!

We had a great time and we lucked out on the weather. Nick’s instructions on crabbing and things to do was very helpful and the kids really enjoyed being a part of the crabbing process. Everything was very comfy and cozy and we all had a chance to relax and yet have fun. Highly recommend this place! Beautiful location, easy access to the beach and a super big fire pit for s’mores!

The house was very clean and very well maintained. House was well furnished and with all the essentials and more. The location is awesome with some of the most amazing views and polenta of privacy. The fire pit and private access to the beach stood out. Will definitely visit again.

This spacious home offers room for everyone. Books/ games / plenty of setting areas and views galore. Time enjoyed clamming and crabbing with the equipment offered for rent right there at the house. Nightly fires at the campfire and am views right from the house and porch. If all the homes that we have stayed at in Happy Camp, this one is truly paradise found! Hope you enjoy this Ocean Front Paradise as much as my family and I did.

We had a great time at this beautiful home! Being on the water was exciting. This house is well stocked with shower supplies and towels, great bedding also (all things I want to know when booking). Bring your binoculars, I wish I did! Having a fire on the beach was amazing!
We had a great time at this beautiful home! Being on the water was exciting. This house is well stocked with shower supplies and towels, great bedding also (all things I want to know when booking). Bring your binoculars, I wish I did! Having a fire on the beach was amazing!

This was our annual Oregon coast family vacation. The home was beautiful with more than enough room for three kids ages 15 thru 17, an 18 yr old, four adults and grandma! Everyone had their own space and beds. Everyone was comfortable. The deck was amazing with beautiful views and a fenced backyard. The beach is right out back of the house. We opted for renting the owner's crabbing supplies and it was a blast! We caught 3 dungeness and several Red Rock. We also were successful clamming! There were two places for fires in the backyard. The kitchen was well stocked and there were two washers and dryers. The second refrigerator was great for our sodas and drinks. The owners were amazing with communication. They were quick to respond to all questions/texts and very accommodating. This property is exceptional and we would highly recommend this home!!

We had a great time and we lucked out on the weather. Nick’s instructions on crabbing and things to do was very helpful and the kids really enjoyed being a part of the crabbing process. Everything was very comfy and cozy and we all had a chance to relax and yet have fun. Highly recommend this place! Beautiful location, easy access to the beach and a super big fire pit for s’mores!

My family from Colorado came out for a visit and I found this place on the site. I am so very happy with my selection!! The house felt like home the moment we walked in. Clean, roomy and so very comfortable! The view we had out of our window was gorgeous! Beach right there for my babies to have the time of their lives. I will, no doubt whatsoever, re-book this home again soon!! Most gracious and kind host! You’ll have a blast and won’t be disappointed with your choice if you decide to book this home!

Absolute perfection and highly recommended!This is easily one of the best properties we’ve ever stayed at. It managed to perfectly suit our very large group, which included both an infant and a pet. Honestly, the pictures online don't do justice to how beautiful it is in person. The house itself, the stunning beach views, and the general ambiance felt like a fairytale.What we loved most was the balance of the location. It offers perfect seclusion for a quiet getaway, but it is also an easy drive to Tillamook and other highlights along the Oregon coast. Beyond the gorgeous property, Nick and Lynn were phenomenal hosts. They were warm, highly responsive, and so accommodating of our group's needs. We’re already missing the house and are looking forward to our next visit

This property is better than described; fully stocked with everything imaginable, spacious, comfortable, and positioned perfectly for gorgeous sunsets! Great communication both prior to and during our time there. With 5 bedrooms and various common areas there was plenty of space for our group to spread out. Outdoor showers, 2 washer/dryers, 2 refrigerators, 2 outdoor fire pits...who else has that??? Our trip coincided with king tides and a major storm with very high winds yet we felt cozy and safe as we watched from the decks. Although we did not crab or clam, it was fun to watch those who did when the tide was far out at night.
