Great location, very walkable distance to restaurants, shops, etc. Place was clean and decorated nicely. Garage was nice to have. It is small as the listing states, so we opted to use the free street parking. Easy check-in/check-out.

Everything you need to have a comfortable stay in Savannah. Super clean and cozy. Outdoor space plus a garage. Walk to everything in historic district and drive to the beach in 25 mins. Rent a small car so you can use the garage!

This is a fantastic place to stay while in Savannah. Convenient location. Very clean with a good kitchen set up. The bed was like a dream. A genuine King memory foam that would make Goldilocks proud. And a private garage for a small to medium sized car tops it off. You'll have no regrets staying here.

This suite is very nicely appointed. Easy walking distance. Very nice to have a garage. Be aware the garage space is a bit tight. Also a narrow steep stairway if that is a problem for anyone. We were very comfortable there.

This was the perfect place for my husband and I for our 1night stay! Very clean and perfectly layed out. Our SUV wouldn’t fit in the garage but street parking was really close by and plentiful. Would definitely stay again!

This condo is exactly as pictured. It is beautifully decorated and extremely clean. It was in a quiet section of downtown. Just a 10 minute walk to all the best places in town. The garage was an added bonus. We were able to fit our Ford Edge in the garage, but I must admit it was a tight squeeze and my husband it an excellent backer upper. :) We would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again! It was perfect!

The carriage house is very neat and tidy and had everything we could ask for in a vacation rental. It also had a very handy washer and dryer! We could walk to everything and would definitely recommend this place!

We loved our stay. It provided everything needed for a home away from home. It was very clean & well maintained. It was a quiet area and the bed was comfortable. We were able to walk all over & enjoy all of the beauty downtown has to offer. We did take the Old Town Trolley tour one day. We stayed on & rode it 3 times to hear all of the historic information. That helped us navigate our own walking explorations the rest of the time we were there. We ate at several restaurants & never had a bad experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. The only thing is actually finding the location since it isn't clearly marked on the garage door. Instructions were provided, but it took us about 3 times around the block to find it! I am sure it was just our user error! The other item to be prepared for is the small garage. It was a WONDERFUL bonus. But it is for smaller vehicles and was a little bit of a challenge getting our car in there with the width of the alley/street. Neither of those are complaints - just little bits of information. Otherwise, it is a perfect stay for 2 people!

Everything was clean and charming. We could walk everywhere. The bed was very comfortable!The one improvement I would make is for the cleaning service to dry the bath towels 100% so they don't have a mildew odor.

The place is very nice, cozy and quiet. Location is wonderful. It has a small parking spot very convenient for the area. A few things to improve. The pillows are super uncomfortable and it’s a shame since the bedding is very nice and cozy. The towels have a very bad smell. The bath rugs were dirty. The shower door difficult to manage and water pressure poor.

Very nice place. Great location. I drive a Kia Telluride and unfortunately was not able to use the garage. It’s a tight squeeze and the narrow alley doesn’t help matters any. You have to pull in at such an angle that it just wasn’t going to work. We were however able to find free parking around the front side of the building. The place was clean but not immaculate. Quite a bit of hair from previous guests on the baseboards, mainly in the bathroom. Very cute decor and modern amenities. Overall we were satisfied with our stay.

The house is decorated cute and well appointed but wasn’t as clean as we had hoped. The bedding was wrinkled and stained. The towels smelled sour as soon as they got wet. The fan in the bedroom sounds awful. The pull down shades in the bedroom let a ton of light in in the morning and don’t give as much privacy as you would want at night. It needs a full length mirror.

The location of the property was great. Everything was nice and easy. My only complaint is some dusty table tops and parts of the floor not being vacuumed. Other than that, everything was great.

Enjoyed our stay at this cute little place. When we arrived I was taken aback a bit because the entrance is in an alley with no front entrance. The draw for us was that it had a designated garage parking spot for our rental car. We could walk from there to the historical homes and landscaped city squares and the waterfront. There is a Kroger grocery store nearby that was convenient. The bed was very comfortable.

Apartment is new, small, clean and functional. The bed was very comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Was able to fit Camry size car in garage but was tight and had to fold mirrors in. Ended up parking on street which was easier in and out, kitchen table was more like patio furniture and chairs were uncomfortable. Just needed cushions on the seats so used towels. Wallpaper was distracting when watching TV in living room but watched most TV in bedroom. TV's were both ROKU and worked great for streaming and regular TV. Overall great place - highly recommended

This was our first time in Savannah. The house was amazing, exactly as described. Perfect size for two, loved the decor and the bed was very comfy! The location was spot on as we walked everywhere from the River walk to Leopold’s ice-cream. If you are looking for a clean, comfy, well located spot, I highly recommend. We will definitely book again if we come back!

My husband and I enjoyed our time here with our 17 year old daughter. The location was perfection! We parked our rental car (jeep) in the garage and walked everywhere. The rental was a relaxing place to return to at night and had everything we needed. It is small, but was great for two or three people.

I stayed for 4 days while working in Savannah. The apartment was exactly as described. The instructions were right on and helpful. My trip got extended and I wanted to stay in the apartment but it was booked...bummer. The location is quiet and convenient. The garage parking was greatly appreciated. I would definitely stay here again!

Very clean unit. Easy check in, Inter active unit on wall was nice. Roku TV’s in bedroom and living room was appreciated. Central air worked great.

We were in for 2 nights on our way further south and this was the perfect stopping point. The apartment was easy to find (as directed), communication with owner was very good. Apt was immaculate and although “small”, it had everything we needed. The bathroom had large shower with soap dispensers that were well marked, No guessing which was shampoo … also makeup mirror was much appreciated. Bed very comfortable. But the location.. that was my favorite part, walked everywhere. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved the apartment, garage is shared with another apt and a tight fit for mid size SUV, but it did fit. Issue with front door was addressed quickly. Apartment was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. Only issue was humidity was high and made fabric and surfaces damp feeling, the weather temp and humidity outside was very high as well during our visit, so that could have played a part. Location was great to walk to area attractions.

Place was exactly as advertised. Very clean, well maintained and the garage was perfect for our 2 door coupe. Location was great as it was a little over 10min walk down to River street. Would definitely book it again.

Great location and a great place. We were able to walk to many of our destinations. The garage is plus. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Savannah.
Great location and a great place. We were able to walk to many of our destinations. The garage is plus. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Savannah.

New and clean townhome with a garage. Hope you have a midsize SUV or a mid size car to fit in the garage because it's worth it. Just walking 4 min to restaurants and historic Savannah squarers.

Spotlessly clean and stylish and modern appointed carriage house studio close to some restaurants and sites. More of a hike to River Street or take your car or other city transportation. For those with mobility issues, there are transportation options such as the Hop on Hop off touring buses which pick you up close to the apt. Some even stop at the apt. The apt. has a neat feature with an electronic concierge service of sorts which welcomes you and suggests dining and attraction options. Liked the apt. One can only have a small or standard vehicle for the garage which we did luckily. Overall, very nice.

This was our first time in Savannah. The house was amazing, exactly as described. Perfect size for two, loved the decor and the bed was very comfy! The location was spot on as we walked everywhere from the River walk to Leopold’s ice-cream. If you are looking for a clean, comfy, well located spot, I highly recommend. We will definitely book again if we come back!

Great little studio apartment in a good location if you don’t mind walking a little further. I didn’t drive the whole trip except when we went on a ghost tour and didn’t want to walk in the dark. It was perfect for us and was able to explore all of Savannah by foot. 10 /10 recommend!!

We loved our stay. It provided everything needed for a home away from home. It was very clean & well maintained. It was a quiet area and the bed was comfortable. We were able to walk all over & enjoy all of the beauty downtown has to offer. We did take the Old Town Trolley tour one day. We stayed on & rode it 3 times to hear all of the historic information. That helped us navigate our own walking explorations the rest of the time we were there. We ate at several restaurants & never had a bad experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. The only thing is actually finding the location since it isn't clearly marked on the garage door. Instructions were provided, but it took us about 3 times around the block to find it! I am sure it was just our user error! The other item to be prepared for is the small garage. It was a WONDERFUL bonus. But it is for smaller vehicles and was a little bit of a challenge getting our car in there with the width of the alley/street. Neither of those are complaints - just little bits of information. Otherwise, it is a perfect stay for 2 people!

Convenient location and loved having the garage parking. We were able to walk to the Historic District, City Market and Waterfront River Street easily. Unit is exactly as pictured in the photos. Clean, and seemed to have all the essentials you would need if you wanted to cook there, but we ate all our meals out. In unit laundry is great, we had one small issue with the dryer but it didn't impact our stay in any way. Would not hesitate to stay again on a return visit to Savannah!

The condo was exactly as pictured and in a perfect location for accessing all Savannah has to offer. We loved having the garage and were able to fit our 2024 Honda CRV in it with no problem (pull in your mirrors, line up and pull straight in). The king size bed was very comfortable and it was quiet at night. It’s compact, but has everything you need and is new and nicely decorated.

The place was clean & well appointed. The bathroom was AWESOME. The extra add-ons (coffee, sugar, soap, shampoo ect) were VERY nice. The owner/management was very responsive to us.
