Perfect location, safe neighborhood, plenty of parking garage options, the indoor pool and gym is great. Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. A toaster and some hooks in the bathroom would have been helpful but we improvised! Thank you!

The property is in a good location downtown, especially if you’re interested in attending baseball, basketball or hockey games, and in a secure building. We very much enjoyed our stay, and the parking space included was very helpful (note that it’s underground - be patient when accessing it, and you’ll be glad you did) . Thanks to Dani for providing the details needed and for a smooth stay!

Excellent stay! Convenient walk to baseball stadium and tock and roll hall of fame. Host was very accommodating and responsive to our needs. Only down fall was that the parking garage was under apartment building and it was a little tricky maneuvering. But all in all a great stay! Suited our stay very well.

Beautiful apartment fully stocked with everything we needed for our weekend stay in downtown Cleveland. Check in key access was smooth. My advice is to have a parking plan, because you'll need to use a pay lot.

We stayed Friday to Sunday. Dani was quick to respond and went above and beyond in her kindness by dropping off an Easter basket full of goodies for my kids. All of the directions she gave were very clear and easy to follow. Lots of thoughtful touches in the apartment, coffee and a few other necessities provided. The pool and workout space in the building was fantastic and a real perk! The building was once the Cleveland Athletic Club, so some nice extras. Once we parked, we never drove anywhere, plenty in waking distance, including the grocery store next door! Very quiet building. Getting into the parking garage was the only thing we had a little trouble figuring out, but after one time around the block we managed it without problem. Location was perfect to go to KeyState for a comedy show. The place was clean and very well stocked kitchen and snacks for us. Dani responded quickly and gave us all the details we needed to make the check in and use of parking spot easy. Would recommend renting from Dani again.

This is one of those places you don’t want to share because you want to keep it to yourself! I come to Cleve annually for sports, and I would make this my go-to location. Pefect spot, beyond perfect amenities, pool, weight room, track, security, and a super apartment. Can’t say enough, will definitely be back.

Stayed here with friends for an annual get together, and there was plenty of room and privacy for all. Apartment, linens, etc. were very clean and new. Kitchen had everything needed for 4-5 people, as well as coffee filters, sugar, coffee, and a little basket of extras in case you forgot a toothbrush or needed a granola bar. Check in was fine, but read the instructions carefully…we felt like we were in an escape room (only trying to get IN) at first. 😂 Parking is close by, as well as lots of places to eat. We chose this location specifically because it was close to the Hofbrauhaus, and were surprised that so many other places were not busier. Maybe it was the weather or time of year (October), but the area was not busy. Anyway, great stay overall, would recommend it to anyone.

While traveling for a volleyball tournament, this apartment was a perfect location for our family. It was only a short drive to the convention center and centrally located to many restaurants and activities. We have food allergies so did not dine out much, and found a very nice grocery store almost next door to this building which made shopping and eating in very convenient. The space was spotless, had everything we needed and our host was very responsive to questions we had at different points during our stay. We travel quite a bit for travel sports and will stay here again. Highly recommend this rental!

This apartment/condo is in an excellent downtown. We were able to walk to the Rock and Roll Hall if Fame its less than a mile away. We also enoyed the theatre's district. The apartment is as described and close to geeat restaurants and a great grocery store (in a historic bank building). I would stay there again.

Myself, husband, and a couple who are best friends came up to tour the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame for my husband’s 70th birthday celebration. The apartment was the perfect location. We could walk to everything that we did. The set up of the apartment gave both couples a separate bedroom and full bath. With one bed and bath around the corner from each other, we had privacy and separate sleeping and bath areas. The living room and kitchen were the perfect setup as well. It is nicely and comfortably furnished and stocked with everything we needed. The apartment was very clean and cozy and very quiet. There are plenty of restaurants around and a small grocery/market right down the sidewalk from the building. We intend to come back as there was much more to see and do than we had time for. I would not hesitate to stay there again.
Myself, husband, and a couple who are best friends came up to tour the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame for my husband’s 70th birthday celebration. The apartment was the perfect location. This condo was well equipped and beautifully furnished. Comfortable bedding. Excellent location for walking around downtown, especially close to Rocket Mortgage Field House, Progressive Field, Playhouse Square, and East 4th St. we had a little problem getting the entry code to work but the owner was quick to respond and walked us through the process. We parked in the recommended parking garage which is near E 4th and left the car overnight for our entire visit. We celebrated 50 years of friendship with a perfect visit to Cleveland and loved our condo!

Excellent location for walking around downtown, especially close to Rocket Mortgage Field House, Progressive Field, Playhouse Square, and East 4th St. we had a little problem getting the entry code to work but the owner was quick to respond and walked us through the process. Side note: garage parking was a bit dicey but we managed. Lots of maneuvering the car back & forth. Bright side? Parking was included so can’t complain. Property matched the pictures. I arrived late at night and Dani met me at the property to make sure I checked in and got the key fob. There was an issue with the property door access. I was grateful that she was there to make sure things went smoothly.

This condo was well equipped and beautifully furnished. Comfortable bedding. Excellent location for walking around downtown, especially close to Rocket Mortgage Field House, Progressive Field, Playhouse Square, and East 4th St. we had a little problem getting the entry code to work but the owner was quick to respond and walked us through the process. We parked in the recommended parking garage which is near E 4th and left the car overnight for our entire visit. We celebrated 50 years of friendship with a perfect visit to Cleveland and loved our condo!

This place is exactly like the pictures, no surprises whatsoever. The location is ideal for exploring the city, walkable to a lot of restaurants and some of the major attractions. Couldn't have asked for more!

Perfect location, safe neighborhood, plenty of parking garage options, the indoor pool and gym is great. Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. A toaster and some hooks in the bathroom would have been helpful but we improvised! Thank you!

Excellent stay! Convenient walk to baseball stadium and tock and roll hall of fame. Host was very accommodating and responsive to our needs. Only down fall was that the parking garage was under apartment building and it was a little tricky maneuvering. But all in all a great stay! Suited our stay very well.

This apartment/condo is in an excellent downtown. We were able to walk to the Rock and Roll Hall if Fame its less than a mile away. We also enoyed the theatre's district. The apartment is as described and close to geeat restaurants and a great grocery store (in a historic bank building). I would stay there again.

Myself, husband, and a couple who are best friends came up to tour the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame for my husband’s 70th birthday celebration. The apartment was the perfect location. We could walk to everything that we did. The set up of the apartment gave both couples a separate bedroom and full bath. With one bed and bath around the corner from each other, we had privacy and separate sleeping and bath areas. The living room and kitchen were the perfect setup as well. It is nicely and comfortably furnished and stocked with everything we needed. The apartment was very clean and cozy and very quiet. There are plenty of restaurants around and a small grocery/market right down the sidewalk from the building. We intend to come back as there was much more to see and do than we had time for. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

While traveling for a volleyball tournament, this apartment was a perfect location for our family. It was only a short drive to the convention center and centrally located to many restaurants and activities. We have food allergies so did not dine out much, and found a very nice grocery store almost next door to this building which made shopping and eating in very convenient. The space was spotless, had everything we needed and our host was very responsive to questions we had at different points during our stay. We travel quite a bit for travel sports and will stay here again. Highly recommend this rental!

Beautiful apartment fully stocked with everything we needed for our weekend stay in downtown Cleveland. Check in key access was smooth. My advice is to have a parking plan, because you'll need to use a pay lot.

We stayed Friday to Sunday. Dani was quick to respond and went above and beyond in her kindness by dropping off an Easter basket full of goodies for my kids. All of the directions she gave were very clear and easy to follow. Lots of thoughtful touches in the apartment, coffee and a few other necessities provided. The pool and workout space in the building was fantastic and a real perk! The building was once the Cleveland Athletic Club, so some nice extras. Once we parked, we never drove anywhere, plenty in waking distance, including the grocery store next door! Very quiet building. Getting into the parking garage was the only thing we had a little trouble figuring out, but after one time around the block we managed it without problem. Thanks for sharing your place with us for the weekend Dani!

Location was perfect to go to KeyState for a comedy show. The place was clean and very well stocked kitchen and snacks for us. Dani responded quickly and gave us all the details we needed to make the check in and use of parking spot easy. Would recommend renting from Dani again.

Stayed here with friends for an annual get together, and there was plenty of room and privacy for all. Apartment, linens, etc. were very clean and new. Kitchen had everything needed for 4-5 people, as well as coffee filters, sugar, coffee, and a little basket of extras in case you forgot a toothbrush or needed a granola bar. Check in was fine, but read the instructions carefully…we felt like we were in an escape room (only trying to get IN) at first. 😂 Parking is close by, as well as lots of places to eat. We chose this location specifically because it was close to the Hofbrauhaus, and were surprised that so many other places were not busier. Maybe it was the weather or time of year (October), but the area was not busy. Anyway, great stay overall, would recommend it to anyone.

This location afforded us great proximity to local bars & eateries as well as an easy walk to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. The property was clean, very unique in its history and provided us with an excellent experience in Cleveland.

I had a wonderful two night stay. From the moment I arrived, everything was exactly as described, and the instructions provided made check-in seamless. We had a couple of issues. 1. The process to get the fob was very confusing, also 2 trucks were parked in the alley, so we were had to call the owner who gave us directions around the corner to another alleyway that we never would have found without her help. Many of the garage lights are out, so it was very dark and sketchy. Also the numbers for the spaces were missing. Another problem we had was that when we opened the door to the apartment. The smell of carpet fresh and cleaners was so overpowering that we could taste it in our throats. We went to open the window and the only 2 windows , do not open. The other issue was the level of street noise and sirens. We did appreciate the snacks and water. And the owner was very prompt when we called or had a question.

Place was great. Great location, spacious, nice building. Parking was nice to have onsite. Only thing I didn't like was that we were only given one key, meaning the four of us had to coordinate around one person letting you in the building, etc.Otherwise I'd recommend this place.

This is a great 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of downtown! The building is very safe and secure. The apartment itself is very clean and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook yummy meals! Dani was great to deal with when needed. I would DEFINITELY stay here again if my travels take me to Cleveland in the future!
