Phoebe's Dog Friendly Downtown Townhouse

This stay was incredible!! The house was in the PERFECT location.

House beautifully appointed and located in historic district. Kitchen had everything; bedrooms comfortable; neighborhood quiet; parking easy. Pet friendly. Would stay again in a heartbeat

Great spot! Great for dog walking!

Great location and adorable home close to everything. Krogers was just a block away and the main hub of the historic district was a walkable mile or so. Loved that it was quiet at night since it’s a little bit away from the busy section of the historic district. Parking was no issue and we were able to find a spot easily. Appreciate that it is a pet friendly home and we were able to bring our fur baby with us. Home does need a little TLC which were shared with Wendy and Wendy was available to communicate with. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and look forward to our next trip again to Savannah and staying here again.

The townhouse is in a convenient location but it is in an alley. The home had green mold and a dirty front porch.The interior was nicely decorated. The home was not the cleanest. In fact the baseboards were downright filthy. The bathroom smelled like mold. And there were dust/hair balls in the corners on the bathrooms.Even though the owners were very accommodating to an early arrival, I would never stay here again.
