We had the best time using this rental house! Hubbie and teens loved the arcade game room! Great location to drive to Mount Kato. Hit tub was a fun end of day way to relax after hitting the hills skiing. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds and towels were super comfy! Tall shower head with great water pressure is always a much appreciated bonus!!! You won’t regret staying here!

The home was very nice!! It was clean, comfortable and well stocked. The game-room and the hot tub were an added bonus that we took advantage of. Beds were comfortable and plenty of extra pillows and blankets if needed. The traffic noise may be an issue for some but otherwise it was a greay experience!agreat exwasibothersome

We ventured to Mankato for some skiing over spring break. The kids, ranging in ages from 15 to 10, really enjoyed the game room! How cool and unique from most VRBO’s! The adults and kids enjoyed the hot tub as well, which was very nice and also easy to use. The house was clean and provided just enough space; the bunk bed room was perfect for the kids. I also appreciated the Native brand soaps in the showers…nice the owners go the extra step like that! Would definitely stay again.

The home was clean, comfortable, had plenty of room for 7 of us ladies. Enjoyed the hot tub, back yard seating & fire pit. The grill maybe could use some attention we couldn't get it hotter than Just below 300, so it took awhile for cooking baked potatoes & steak, but they turned out delicious regardless of the extra time it took. Game room was nice, but we were surprised most you had to pay to play, & one that you didn't have to pay, Pac Man, you could only maneuver the Pac Man up & down,the joy stick wouldn't let you move side to side therefore the game doesn't last ya long before you get caught. Overall great home, great stay & Mol responded ASAP the one time I had a question for her.

Clean and neat. Hot tub works well. Beds were very comfortable!Double bunk beds and game were great for kids.TV service was so-so (Sling TV only). We bought an antenna so we could watch the NFL playoffs, but it all worked out fine. Close to town and ski hill (not walking distance though). Super easy communication with host.I'd stay again. TV

Close to downtown restaurants. Perfect for a girls weekend. Gave 3 for cleanliness as cleaning service seemed to forget about cleaning appliances. Molly responded immediately when this was reported to her. The grill is charcoal vs gas. Good to know. Kitchen is stocked with the basics. Bath towels were large, fluffy, soft.

Very impressed with property. Centrally located with easy access to all areas. Family had a wonderful time. Nice open layout to congregate. House was just as described on line. Beds very comfortable. Outdoor area very nice. Highly recommend.

This was a perfect spot for us. It was less than a mile from MSU soccer fields where our daughter played so it was very convenient. It ended up being a little big because it was only 3 of us but it was still worth it to be close and have a kitchen and space to relax.

Had a great time here! Normally we have to get two hotel rooms to accommodate all of us and this house was perfect! The price was reasonable and location was great. Close to mount Kato, parks, restaurants and stores. only an hour from mall of America so we were able to keep busy! The hot tub was a great addition especially after skiing. Access was easy were able to literally walk in and get settled in, no waiting to check in. Plenty of towels and linens provided. The house was decorated perfectly and provided all the essentials you needed! They did provided coupons but unfortunately they were expired. Dishwasher latch is a little tough to get to latch so you could turn on but we figured it out! Overall we had a great stay! Will definitely recommend!

When arriving we were told there was a lock box and key. But it is actually key pad to enter to enter the code. ( I had this kind of lock on my own house.) Future guests may not know how to operate it without better instructions. One closet door needs adjusting.

Close to downtown restaurants. Perfect for a girls weekend. Gave 3 for cleanliness as cleaning service seemed to forget about cleaning appliances. Molly responded immediately when this was reported to her. The grill is charcoal vs gas. Good to know. Kitchen is stocked with the basics. Bath towels were large, fluffy, soft.

We had the best time using this rental house! Hubbie and teens loved the arcade game room! Great location to drive to Mount Kato. Hit tub was a fun end of day way to relax after hitting the hills skiing. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds and towels were super comfy! Tall shower head with great water pressure is always a much appreciated bonus!!! You won’t regret staying here!

What a great spot to stay - you won't be disappointed! Some colleagues and I stayed at this property during a business conference in Mankato - what a retreat to escape to at the end of the day! The hot tub is an wonderful treat, and the game room an excellent addition - three grown men spent way too much time playing games during our off hours! This property is clean and has everything you need, with close proximity to the University, restaurants and down tow. you can't miss with this one!

This property provided a great stay! We were in town for a wedding with a large group and this home provided everything we needed. The location was great and we had all the necessary amenities. It was clean and comfortable and well kept. Definitely recommend!

Very impressed with property. Centrally located with easy access to all areas. Family had a wonderful time. Nice open layout to congregate. House was just as described on line. Beds very comfortable. Outdoor area very nice. Highly recommend.

This was a perfect spot for us. It was less than a mile from MSU soccer fields where our daughter played so it was very convenient. It ended up being a little big because it was only 3 of us but it was still worth it to be close and have a kitchen and space to relax.

Great home at the base of university hill. The hot tub was my favorite part. I also enjoyed the kitchen, the stir fry pan was very handy. Very comfortable stay. Area waterfalls were great.

Great time and stay. Clean property. Lots of amenities. Well stocked kitchen. Bunk bed was noisy, could use tightening on the bolts. Body was was empty. All else was perfect!

Had a great time here! Normally we have to get two hotel rooms to accommodate all of us and this house was perfect! The price was reasonable and location was great. Close to mount Kato, parks, restaurants and stores. only an hour from mall of America so we were able to keep busy! The hot tub was a great addition especially after skiing. Access was easy were able to literally walk in and get settled in, no waiting to check in. Plenty of towels and linens provided. The house was decorated perfectly and provided all the essentials you needed! They did provided coupons but unfortunately they were expired. Dishwasher latch is a little tough to get to latch so you could turn on but we figured it out! Overall we had a great stay! Will definitely recommend!

We brought our family of six and three friends along to snowboard at Mount Kato for that weekend. It was a 5 minute drive to Mount Kato which made it super easy to pick up and drop off children of different ages. Close to grocery stores and all of our favorite fast food treats … donuts, coffee and pizza. We enjoyed snowboarding, coming back to eat and warm up in the hot tub, and heading back out to tube and snowboard in the evening! The home was clean and cozy, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great clean property close to MSU. Well stocked kitchen, open concept dinning and living space. Game room great for kids & adults (need quarters for some games). Nice that many amenities included that other vrbo’s don't: soap, coffee, tp, beach towels, etc..) Rooms were great overall.. if had to give only one suggestion it would be to replace bunk bed mattresses. Hot tub we didn’t have chance to use but looked great. Would recommend this property!

Our entire family, including aunts and uncles, stayed at this house over Easter weekend. We have a daughter who attends Minnesota State and she was not able to come home for the holiday so we brought Easter to her. This house was absolutely perfect, everything about it. The layout of the home, the cleanliness, the game room and hot tub, and it was perfectly stocked with everything to make a fantastic Easter brunch for the whole family and space to serve. Everyone was very impressed with the property and experience. If you are traveling to Mankato, I highly recommend staying here.
