Contemporary oceanfront condo with amazing views d

Great location and views. Well stocked and clean. Great views. No elevator but we got our steps in. Haha. Small miscommunication on keys but management was available late. Would stay again

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo. The vast expanse of beach and at Rockaway Beach to the adjacent south were wide, sandy, and nearly vacant. They were a big contrast to the over-populated beaches at Seaside and Cannon Beach. The complex is constructed of concrete, so it was very quiet. We didn't hear anyone, and no one heard one of our dogs barking when she saw people on the beach. The furnishings were high quality and complete, and décor was tasteful. The only downside was that the elevator was not working, so it meant carrying everything up two flights of stairs. If you like ice cream, the many flavors of Tillamook ice cream at Sea Breeze Gifts in Rockaway Beach are great. And the oysters and fish at Old Oregon Smoke House were fresh and tasty.

Wonderful property and host. Just the lack of elevator for people our age was the ONLY reason we didn’t give it a 5.

The views are outstanding. The heated floors made the stay very comfortable. We were both pleased and satisfied with this rental. Also appreciated the covered parking. As with any vacation rental, this place could use some TLC and updating.

This location has such an amazing view. You can walk right down to the beach in minutes. Speakers and electronics were top notch. The downsides are that everything is just a little worn out. Carpet is starting to reach tack strips along the edge of the tile. When sleeping on the beds you feel every spring. Worst of all was the hot water situation. There is an amazingly deep tub, which we were excited to use, but you can only fill about a quarter of the way and then you are out of hot water. Also, the hot tubs are unusable. One was cut up into pieces and the other had green stagnant water in the bottom. We would still return because of the location, but really hope they get an updated hot water heater.

I agree with all the previous excellent ratings. The view is unbeatable, the apartment is very well equipped, everything works, looks very nice and is comfortable, and I found the host to be both helpful and responsive. Basically, you get what it says in the description and is shown in the pictures, so all in all tops.Okay, so why say excellent in almost every way in the title. The reason is the non-functioning elevation and yes, I recognize that this may sound unreasonable since the owner makes the situation very clear in the description. In other words, I cannot say I was not warned. The problem is that as the apartment is on the second floor so up three flights of stairs, I found the issue to be more of a problem at both arrival and departure, than I had expected. It detracted from my stay, and I would not return until the elevator was fixed. That said, I am not as fleet afoot as I used to be and if that is a non-issue for you then I would say do not forgo an otherwise wonderful stay.

Everything was absolutely wonderful with the exception of the directions included how to operate the elevator which is not working and probably hasn't been for a long time. This should be changed everywhere and not just in the initial listing. Please include this in the "details" that are sent with the address, etc. and made very clear. Fortunately we could all manage the stairs.

A million dollar view and our 3rd floor unit was stocked with the needed basics. Master Bedroom was comfortable. The beach was only a few steps away. The unit did need some repair to a window and the second bedroom had bunk beds which were not comfortable for our adult son. Be advised, the elevator is not available for guests, so it’s not possible to use this unit if you have issues with stairs. This is a perfect rental for a couple or a family with pre-teens.

We had a quick overnight stay while we made our way down the Oregon coast. The place was beautiful with big windows looking at the beach. Comfortable beds and warm showers. It worked perfect for our family of 5. You do have to go up a few levels of stairs to get to the condo, elevator does not work. Parking is also tight under the garage if you have anything bigger than a compact car.

We had a wonderful girls weekend. The condo is beautiful and the views cannot be beat. The house is well stocked and cooking was easier there than any rental I've ever stayed at. They have everything (but still bring oil/spices etc yourself).The bathtub situation really is a big bummer. Filled maybe a quarter of the way before going cold and we had the heat off all day. I felt like the 36 stair walk-up was not advertised well enough so was a bit of a shock. We didn't get to the beach as much as we wanted due to health limitations and stairs.All that said, super super amazing spot. Will rent again.

Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying unobstructed views from the back deck became a daily highlight.Inside, the space was thoughtfully appointed and immaculately clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and inviting common areas. The wood stove added a cozy touch in the evenings. The location felt secluded yet was just a short walk to Rockaway Beach’s local shops and restaurants.It’s ideal for families, small groups, or anyone looking for a quiet retreat by the sea. We appreciated the blend of rustic charm and modern comforts, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Truly amazing view, with floor to ceiling windows. We had one sunny day and one rainy day, with that large of windows, it’d be nice to have the option of a shade/curtain for the kid who’s stuck on the couch haha. Other dislikes, but not dealbreakers - thermostat didn’t adjust for us at all, despite instructions to turn it down for warm water (also super warm inside on the sunny day). Leads to lack of hot water - we did a 3” baby bath in the tub night one, the next day we played at the beach and wanted to rinse off before dinner but couldn’t (did not use hot water for anything else). Lastly, all the towels smelled like they were left damp in the washing machine too long and smelled of mildew. Next time I would check them all first thing and throw them in the wash asap. Other than these, we’d stay here again! Can’t beat hearing the waves crash at night or watching the beach goers (very few). The location of these condos is at the end of the beach, so we felt it was super private!

Stayed two nights celebrating my husband's birthday. The place was clean and well appointed. Floor to ceiling windows created a broad beautiful view of the ocean. Easy beach access.

Extremely clean with beautiful views and everything you need for your stay. We rent homes 3 times a year and by far this property is FIVE STAR! Pots, pans, dishes, spices, coffee, and so much more. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home! We will be back!

Enjoyed a fabulous 4 day weekend in this beautiful home with an amazing view! The home was cozy, clean and well stocked. We enjoyed relaxing with the beautiful ocean view and walking on the beach. Denise was very responsive and so easy and pleasant to talk with. Can't wait to go back and stay again!

A bit of decoration goes a long way… Pulled Out one of the extra blankets and it smelled like a very dirty wet dog. I didn’t touch the rest. Cheap sheets on the bed. The towels count use a bit of bleach, the were washed but stained. Great view from the living room. Toilet when flushed shakes all the pipes. I didn’t want to flush at night, I’m sure the neighbors can hear. Honestly, I travel and rent a lot of homes, this one is over priced.

Fun place with a great view of the ocean but this place was dirty. Looked like they did not clean it after the last renters as crumbs and dirt were everywhere. Not to mention all the hair on the floors, sinks, and even in the bed! I received a call from the Vacasa manager that I missed but I called back within 5 minutes. I had to leave a message but no return phone call back. This place needs to have a serious deep clean and some TLC. Window was still broken and the shower did not drain. Very disappointed as we thought we would try a new place in Rockaway. Won’t come back.

This condo is wonderful. It is clean and bright and has wonderful floor to ceiling windows to the ocean. The owners make an effort to have every item you can possibly need in the kitchen including a well organized “junk drawer” and a fridge and spice cupboard with most items you would need to cook a meal. We would definitely stay here again

This was our 2nd time staying at Windows on the Sea. We had hoped to storm watch but we enjoyed 3 days of beautiful sunshine! The condo is very comfortable, clean & the views are fabulous, lovely sunsets & the full moon was a bonus. The pictures are very accurate & it’s well equipped. Worth the effort of climbing the stairs. We will be planning a 3rd visit!

Overall: The giant windows offered incredible views and the size of the rental was comfortable for my family. If you have kids bring your own activities as there aren’t any. Bedrooms: The master bed was very comfortable. The bunk room was spacious and comfy for my kids yet when taking sheets off at the end, the mattresses were very stained which was off putting. We also had to make up the top bunks with sheets upon arrival since that’s where the kids wanted to sleep & the only made up beds were the bottom bunks. Soaker tub in master was amazing and instant hot water was wonderful and actually filled up the tub. Kitchen: This was probably the most disappointing part. While its size was awesome, it was lacking in functionality. I had to make our morning eggs in a stockpot due to very chipped and warped Teflon skillets. None of the knives were very sharp and most everything was very old and looked like it was time to be replaced. There was a very odd assortment of cooking utensils and tools spread out across all the cupboards and drawers. We made due but it could use some management as it wasn’t very user friendly. Living space: none of the windows opened even though they had handles and appeared functional (one was taped shut with a note not to open it but the other seemed like it should work but didn’t). The door handle on patio door was very fragile looking and we were scared to use it much. Lastly we had to contact mgmt. for access to one of the lock boxes.

The location was phenomenal as we love to drive up to Cannon Beach and down south to Netarts... enjoying all the culinary excellence along the way! From the moment you walk into the unit you are feeling the beach life, full of relaxation and glee. With that said, there are a few small aesthetic issues with the unit... a large piece of drywall missing from the ceiling, hot water runs out pretty quickly in the shower, and the walk up 3 flights of stairs hauling luggage, was also a bummer. But hey, it was clean, the kitchen had everything needed, bed was super comfy and I need the excercise!

Ocean view/Ocean sounds. Easy access to the beach. Beautiful Sunsets! Huge clean windows. Will book this stay again!

We got an early check-in which was nice. Right when you walk in you are greeted with an amazing view of the beach. The living room was comfortable with a large TV for movie nights, and the kitchen had everything you need to make meals at home.The bedrooms did the job for us. The bathroom had a large tub, but the only downside is it seems there isn't enough hot water to fill it up. Nice large walk-in shower though!Beach access is right at the bottom of the stairs which is a huge plus. We spent most of our time there.The large windows made relaxing at night and early morning views extremely relaxing and beautiful.

I loved the view of the ocean from this condo! The beach was wonderful - not a lot of people on it. It was a peaceful stay. The only downside were the bunk beds. They weren’t very sturdy for adults to climb up to the top bunk. I think they would be great for little kids, though. There are 3 parking spots, 2 are covered, one is part of overflow parking. The condo is located right on the beach. It had a short trail to the beach. This was the most beautiful stay I’ve been to. When the mist rolls off the ocean, it is a stunning sight. The condo is located close to the Jetty Fishery (a fun, ‘do it yourself’, crabbing experience). There’s a grocery store, the next town over, that has everything you could need. It has more than just groceries. There was clothing, pharmacy, household items and more.

Having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was great for 3 girls. We wished we could’ve stayed longer!We all enjoyed the short walk to the beach too.

Communication with Vacasa excellent, had problem accessing suite due to worn out defective door lock. Communicated to property manager who made commitments that were unfulfilled. Property maintenance attended and made all reasonable efforts to solve problem, but entrance lock was difficult to manage throughout visit. Windows in great room not functioning, one marked as defective and awaiting parts, other not able to open. This suite seems to suffer from a lack of investment in maintenance. The property manager from Vacasa was responsive and appropriately dispatched property maintenance staff who were outstanding to deal with, but seemed hamstrung by lack of ability to access parts or replacement items for disappointing defects with the suite. Wonderful location with stunning beach access, I would return but look for a different suite at the same location.

Great stay at this condo! The best part was the proximity to the beach and the view. The condo is a lot larger than it appears in the pictures. The furniture and decor are a bit dated, but the comfort, layout, and well-appointed kitchen are wonderful! We would stay here again!

The location is amazing with a great view! 1st time visiting this particular section of Rockaway. Manhattan Beach is quiet with not too many people which make it very enjoyable. The condo is very well appointed with everything you could need. For over all rating I gave a 4 star because the furniture is worn out. It still looks good (which makes it look deceiving) but when you sit on the couch or loveseat you sink in. It’s squishy to sit on with no support to the cushions. I had to put a pillow under me to sit on for a tad bit of support. The only place my husband could sit was in the chair. Check in process had a little hick up with the key not working, however that was dealt with and resolved quickly. Suggestion….change the door lock to a digital key pad and eliminate the physical key.Overall this condo and location is top notch!!! I would rent it again!!

We absolutely loved our stay and would absolutely come back. The condo was extremely clean, and bigger and brighter than the pictures show. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. There are beach toys and chairs. There are also dog towels and bowls. There’s also laundry detergent and everything you need to do laundry. The view is incredible and the beach is quiet and not crowded. We came with our dog and toddler, and it was so nice to be steps from the beach, and have a beach view when toddler took a nap and went to bed early. For those with littles, a pack’n’play fits easily in the master bedroom. One can also be squeezed into the other room, but it blocks easy access to the bed. I would recommend bringing toddler friendly dishes, if needed. The owner was very easy to communicate with and quick with her replies. The condo is well cared for and there is attention to detail. 100% recommend!

I love the Nedonna Estates. They are beautiful and comfortable self-catering rentals with unlimited views and easy access to the beach. They are the basis for a hassle free restorative retreat. The management is responsive and easily available via text.

We had a great weekend celebrating one of our friends 60th birthday. It was a blustery weekend and we enjoyed the view of the ocean that the awesome wall of windows afforded. Loved being right on the beach. We also enjoyed cooking in the well appointed kitchen and the beds were so comfortable. The owner Denise was so easy to communicate with too!

Beautiful view for sure. Over 40 steps with 5 flights of stairs to get there. Basic TV never worked for our 3 night/4day stay. Maintenance guy tried his best to help. No response from Host. Owner not helpful at all either.

This whole property was worth the visit. From immaculate views to many useful features within the condo, it was exactly as described. When we needed to communicate with the owner, they were quick to respond. We wiil retunabsolutely

View is everything you'd ever want at the ocean, and the quick access down to the sand is exactly what we were looking for. We had a little issue with the CO2 sensor battery, and management was right on the spot and got back to us quickly. Very dog friendly spot too!

This might be our new favorite coastal rental. The giant windows gave room for perfect views, beach access was so easy, and there was plenty of room for our family of 4. While we were disappointed that town was a bit too far to be walkable, it was a reasonable compromise for such a gem of a rental. We can't wait to come back!

Absolutely AMAZING place to stay. The view and sound of the ocean was magical. We loved opening in the windows and having the fresh air to cool down the condo in minutes. All the amenities you could possibly ask for. And not often the pictures don’t do this place justice! We also enjoyed how quiet the beach is and taking walks along the shore. It was simply beautiful and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

The view from this condo is spectacular! When I stayed there, the beach was never crowded. I loved watching dogs and kids playing in the sand and surf. This is a good place to go to relax, get away from crowds and let the ocean wash away your cares
