We loved the setting of this spectacular farm house. Views were gorgeous watching the sun rise and set. One level made it easy for my Momma with her walker. We ended up staying an extra night just to enjoy the peacefulness of the valley. The house is stocked with everything you need. Our kids enjoyed playing corn hole, the hot tub and a nice cozy fire. The Host was wonderful! My youngest daughter wants to move now, but only if we can live on the farm.

It was the perfect place to have a family reunion of 12. The kids loved the hot tub (spectacular view of treed hills and valley) . And the outdoor game. Private. The lodge was commodious and pleasant. Lovely and peaceful.

We had 10 of us including 5 kids 10-17 staying over Memorial Day weekend to be near a family graduation. This property was absolutely a breath of fresh air. The house was plenty spacious for all of us, the kitchen well-stocked, a hot tub to enjoy sunrises and coffee, the outdoor space was perfect, and we loved being able to enjoy the farm. If you’re looking for fast-paced and close to action, this is not the place for you. But if you need a real break, lots of quality family time, and a place to rest and recharge, Riley Farms offers spectacular views, fresh air, farm-grown eggs, rolling hills, a herd of cows, fireflies, and a thousand shades of green. We loved it!

Stayed here with my family to visit the Ark Encounter. Not even 15 minutes from the Ark and Williamstown. The house was very clean and well kept and had an awesome vibe to it. Hot tub was great! The host was very responsive to messages and accommodating, setting out a high chair for us in advance of our arrival. We even bought frozen beef from her family. We would definitely stay here again should we visit the Ark again! Overall it was a great experience staying at Riley Farms!

Very peaceful, very relaxing, plenty of space for our kids to run around outside and play. The kitchen and eating area was big enough that our family of 9 did not feel cramped, living room area was the same. Bedrooms worked nicely for everyone, and the full size, quality washer/dryer made laundry a breeze. A variety of toys available for our littles was special, and having a pak-n-play already there was so handy. The kitchen was nicely stocked with cooking and baking utensils/dishes making it easy to make all our meals. The sunrises and sunsets were amazing, the first night we were treated to seeing the Northern Lights for over an hour (maybe not the norm, but it was so special!). Then to close out our stay we could see the comet in the western sky at dusk. We loved the rural-ness of the property, while the proximity to the Ark, the Creation Museum, and grocery shopping made our several-day trip such a relaxing and enjoyable time. Definitely recommend for families or anyone looking for some quiet, country-side R&R!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Riley Farms as we made a visit to the Ark Encounter. The property is beautiful inside and out and was such a great place to cook meals for our family group of 11. My kids loved the hot tub! Highly recommend the fresh eggs and ground beef from the farm! Very unique property!

We went to see the Ark Encounter but the highlight of our trip was staying at Riley Farms.This rental was the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in, and every detail of the lodge was well thought out.We made amazing memories here with our family.Sunrise from the porch with a cup of coffee in hand,fireside chats and beautiful walks.We were sad to leave.Highly recommend!!

We stayed here while attending a music festival in Lexington with our adult children. One lives in Cincinnati and the other attends University of Kentucky so this was a halfway point. This property is beautiful! Matter of fact, this may be the only property we’ve been to where the photos can’t capture the full beauty of sitting on the porch seeing the wonderful surrounding. We enjoyed spending our time relaxing in the peaceful tranquility of the farm - even when it rained. The inside is clean and worked great for our needs. Check in and check out was seamless and communication with the owners was easy and they were responsive. You can tell these owners take great pride in their property. We especially enjoyed the fresh eggs. We didn’t have the beef but I’m sure it would have been delicious. We definitely recommend and would stay again.

We rea lly enjoyed our stay here in the country, looking out at the hills, cows, sunsets and enjoying the great breeze in the quiet setting.The house was super clean and had all the amenities of home from all kitchen necessities to televisions in all rooms. The owners would wave to us as we entered or left the property which was nice. We had no issues with the property so we did not reach out to the hostess;however, I know they would have responded promtly. We plan on this property to people we here about coming to the area and would stay here again if in the area.

We took our Youth Group to see the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum and enjoyed our stay so much. The property is absolutely beautiful! The lodge was very clean and tidy. This home has a large sectional and an additional love seat which allowed us to visit in comfort. The views from the house are stunning! The layout is just about perfect with a Jack & Jill bath, as well as a full bath accessible to the living area. If you’re going to The Ark Encounter, this home is the perfect place to stay!

We celebrated our 50th Wedding Anniversary by getting our family together to celebrate and visit The Ark Encounter and the Lexington Horse Park. Our daughter and her three girls, our son and his wife and their granddaughter (that’s 9)had not been together for a few years. So this awesome VRBO was just the opportunity to make it happen. We found Riley Farms for its size and accommodations and we’re not disappointed. It’s everything and more ( they’re modest) than described. Immaculate, indoor and outdoor games for the kids(big and little), spacious, seats 10 at the bar, big bedrooms with VERY comfortable mattresses AND pillows, huge sofa and a couch ( to seat everyone) all new appliances, giant back porch with an awesome valley full of beautiful trees and three horses over yonder in the hills, cows outback on the beautiful hillside in the morning (relax, they’re fenced in across the valley), I could go on! The Hosts were not meddlesome but always available.The price is very reasonable for the benefits received. We will return. The Millers

It was close to the ark encounter and perfect for our 3 families to stay. We had lots of kids and they enjoyed playing outside and having a big cousin sleepover in the living room. This is a great location if you want to unwind and be close to the ark.

Lodge came with nice amenities and accoutrements. The views are spectacular. What a beautiful setting and private area. Host was very accommodating. Nice roomy living space. Mattresses were a bit uncomfortable but bedrooms were nice and easy access to bathrooms. We would definitely stay there again.

This was our second time staying at the Lodge at Riley Farms. We had another fabulous holiday in KY! The Lodge is spacious, clean, well furnished and comfortable. Walking down the lane or sitting on the covered porch in the evenings to unwind after a day at the Ark Encounter or shopping was just what our family needed. We hope to be back again!!! We enjoyed spending our time relaxing in the peaceful tranquility of the farm - even when it rained. The inside is clean and worked great for our needs. Check in and check out was seamless and communication with the owners was easy and they were responsive. You can tell these owners take great pride in their property. We especially enjoyed the fresh eggs. We didn’t have the beef but I’m sure it would have been delicious. We definitely recommend and would stay again.

Our group stayed at Riley farm while we attended the Women's Conference at the Ark. What an inviting beautiful home. It was so comfy to come home in the evenings and cook daily meals to save money. Host was very responsive for questions or concerns. Great experience.

Very clean, quiet, relaxing environment. Well equipped kitchen for on sight cooking. This place easily accommodated our 8-person family. The porch is a wonderful place to watch the sunrise in the morning. Jacqalynn is an excellent hostess and very response with communication.

Stayed here with my family to visit the Ark Encounter. Not even 15 minutes from the Ark and Williamstown. The house was very clean and well kept and had an awesome vibe to it. Hot tub was great! The host was very responsive to messages and accommodating, setting out a high chair for us in advance of our arrival. We even bought frozen beef from her family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owners communicated great and check in went smoothly. The instructions were detailed. We loved cooking out hotdogs and doing S’mores on the fire pit. Beautiful sunrise and scenery. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a fabulous stay at the Lodge on Riley Farm. The Lodge is spacious, very clean, family friendly and comfortable. It was the perfect spot to relax with a coffee on the porch or at the campfire and day trip to Lexington and even Louisville. We loved it so much that we are planning next year's stay which will include a trip to the Ark. Thanks again!

It was close to the ark encounter and perfect for our 3 families to stay. We had lots of kids and they enjoyed playing outside and having a big cousin sleepover in the living room. This is a great location if you want to unwind and be close to the ark.

This was our second time staying at the Lodge at Riley Farms. We had another fabulous holiday in KY! The Lodge is spacious, clean, well furnished and comfortable. Walking down the lane or sitting on the covered porch in the evenings to unwind after a day at the Ark Encounter or shopping was just what our family needed. We hope to be back again!!! Our early anniversary trip with friends to visit the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. Within 15 minutes from the Ark. This was the perfect resting place for us. Quiet Peaceful Restful farm setting. Very peaceful, very relaxing, plenty of space for our kids to run around outside and play. The kitchen and eating area was big enough that our family of 9 did not feel cramped, living room area was the same. Bedrooms worked nicely for everyone, and the full size, quality washer/dryer made laundry a breeze. A variety of toys available for our littles was special, and having a pak-n-play already there was so handy. The kitchen was nicely stocked with cooking and baking utensils/dishes making it easy to make all our meals. The sunrises and sunsets were amazing, the first night we were treated to seeing the Northern Lights for over an hour (maybe not the norm, but it was so special!). Then to close out our stay we could see the comet in the western sky at dusk. We loved the rural-ness of the property, while the proximity to the Ark, the Creation Museum, and grocery shopping made our several-day trip such a relaxing and enjoyable time. Definitely recommend for families or anyone looking for some quiet, country-side R&R!

We stayed here while attending a music festival in Lexington with our adult children. One lives in Cincinnati and the other attends University of Kentucky so this was a halfway point. This property is beautiful! Matter of fact, this may be the only property we’ve been to where the photos can’t capture the full beauty of sitting on the porch seeing the wonderful surrounding. But if you need a real break, lots of quality family time, and a place to rest and recharge, Riley Farms offers spectacular views, fresh air, farm-grown eggs, rolling hills, a herd of cows, fireflies, and a thousand shades of green. We loved it!

We rea lly enjoyed our stay here in the country, looking out at the hills, cows, sunsets and enjoying the great breeze in the quiet setting.The house was super clean and had all the amenities of home from all kitchen necessities to televisions in all rooms. The owners would wave to us as we entered or left the property which was nice. We had no issues with the property so we did not reach out to the hostess;however, I know they would have responded promtly. We plan on this property to people we here about coming to the area and would stay here again if in the area.

We had such a great stay at Riley’s Farm! The property is exactly what you hope for when booking a peaceful getaway—quiet, scenic, and super spacious. It’s tucked away on a beautiful farm, but still really convenient—only about 10–15 minutes from the Ark Encounter, which made it perfect for day trips.
