So this rental was by far one of the nicest and cleanest rentals that I’ve ever stayed at on the island, and we have stayed at quite a few. The owner has it so well stocked up that you could forget just about anything and you would not have to worry about running to the store. The bedrooms are arranged perfectly for families to share with their small kids. And the overall design is just wonderful, you can tell that a lot of thought and effort were put into remodeling this condo. The only reason that I did not give it a perfect score is because there just happens to be an older permanent resident living below this condo. Before we could even get up the stairs she approached my husband quite disgruntled at the fact that we have kids and informed him that we needed to have them in bed by 10:00. That she goes to bed by 8:30 and did not want any noise. Ummm excuse me? We decided to take our kids at the last minute, and did not think that they would be an issue, they’re 3 and 5, and pretty well behaved, but apparently kids are not welcomed by this particular tenant, who we found out upon entering the rental and reading a note left next to the television, is a permanent resident, likes it quiet, and is on the HOA. Which is fine, I just wish that this bit of information was included in the rental description. We would stay there again without kids, but for anyone who has a kid or loud steps you may want to book elsewhere because she will message the owner and complain at 9:00 if you or anyone in your group is too noisy(which is what happened to us). Last but not least my sister came by one day at 6:30 with my nephew, and hung out for a couple hours. Then they left before 8:30. He made noise while he was there, yes we told him repeatedly to walk softly, and to be quiet but it was an issue. When we left downstairs lady informed my husband that we should come back, but don’t bring company by again. Like I said it’s a gorgeous place, the only major drawback is the Karen downstairs. Sorry.
