We were able to relax, eat breakfast in, run all day and return to play cards in the evening. It was close enough to Savannah and Tybee Island that we were able to enjoy both. Beach towels and beach chairs were provided which we used at Tybee Beach. It was nice to use the laundry and take home mostly clean clothes.

We stayed here while attending our son\'s wedding in Savannah. What made me choose this place was the available parking for friends that wanted to visit us. With so many of the VRBO\'s in town the parking was limited or non existing. The house isn\'t real big, but more than adequate for four adults and one child. It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. It was furnished very nicely. It pretty much has everything you need; just have to provide your own food and drinks. Roku TV"s in all bedrooms and living room with multiple apps. If you have a streaming subscription you can log in with your account. It has a screened in back yard good for relaxing and letting the kids run around in and burn off steam. All appliance appear to be very new. In fact the gas charcoal grill was new. A Publix and Walmart are less than five minutes away. (closer if you could climb over the fence). It\'s approximately 15-20 minutes from downtown Savannah and a half hour to Tybee Island. The owner was very very responsive to any questions or concerns. If the need ever arose again, we would definitely consider staying here again.

My sisters and I came to go to the Scottish games and celebrate one of my sisters bday. There is 5 of us and our stay was very comfortable!. The house was perfect! The kitchen was equipped with everything you would need to cook! We sat out in the backyard around the fire pit and it was great!! Thank you Jimmy

Rented the house for a weekend couples getaway and was pleasantly surprised by the home! Modern upgrades made it really feel welcoming. The place was very clean on arrival and even had all the items we needed for an enjoyable stay. Only regret was it was too cold to enjoy the patio. It looks so nice and relaxing. Will definitely try to rent in the summer to enjoy the outdoor living space. And I want to give a special shout out to the young lady who came to clean. We were running a tad late and she was nice and patient enough to give us a few extra minutes to pack the car and tidy up before leaving. Thank you for a great experience!

Very nice area to stay. Backyard was terrific to relax. Sadly it was quite hot out so didn’t last long. Having a gas grill available to do a cookout was so nice. Very comfortable seating in living room although could use a lamp or two rather than having just the overhead light/fan. Bathrooms were very small but ample amount of towels. Condiments and spices were available which is very helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

The location was great! Not far from Savannah and other locations. We had a couple of unwanted bugs in the home. Living room furniture was a little stained. Property Host Jimmy was responsive and helpful. Unfortunately, we were here during the tropical storm. So, we didn't get the chance to enjoy the nice backyard. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. We would stay again at this location!

Overall it was clean,but a address number fell off mailbox,for a vrbo you would think its important to fix that. Outdoor furniture was filthy,would never sit on it, photos show great seating area,so vert decieving. The toilets have wrong size seat,that was bad,bathrooms needed some TLC.

Check-in was easy and it was clean. The house itself *technically* can sleep 8, only if you’re okay giving up the small living space for two people to be on the pull out couch. It was great for a trip where you’re out exploring Savannah, but not for something where you would be spending the majority of your time at your rental.

Although small, property has been updated and was clean and comfortable. Liked that it was about half way between Savannah and Tybee Island since we visited both places. Biggest negative for me - the bathroom attached to the main bedroom was “tight”.

We stayed there for a wedding at the JW Marriott. The house was in a nice location, lots of restaurant options close by and River Street was 15 minutes away. The bathrooms are pretty small but served us just fine. The house was cozy and backyard looked relaxing, but sadly we didn’t have time to enjoy the yard.

This home was perfectly placed and appointed for those looking to enjoy both downtown Savannah and Tybee Beach. The house is charming (aka small) but exactly as listed with so much more. Each time I would think "I could really use..." I easily found that item and more that I hadn't even thought of. From extra charging ports in the master bedroom to beach supplies that were exactly what we would have wanted to bring ourselves, the house has it all. The property offers the quiet of suburbs, the southern charm of the Savannah, and the beachy vibe of the Tybee Island. And the price made it reasonable to do it all. Thanks for opening this home to us.

The place was very clean on arrival and even had all the items we needed for an enjoyable stay. Only regret was it was too cold to enjoy the patio. It looks so nice and relaxing. Will definitely try to rent in the summer to enjoy the outdoor living space. And I want to give a special shout out to the young lady who came to clean. We were running a tad late and she was nice and patient enough to give us a few extra minutes to pack the car and tidy up before leaving. Thank you for a great experience!

Jimmy was very responsive from the time we booked the house until we checked out. House was very clean, organized and perfectly located inbetween Tybee Island and Savannah. Even close enough for a nice day trip to Hilton Head Island.

The location was great! Not far from Savannah and other locations. We had a couple of unwanted bugs in the home. Living room furniture was a little stained. Property Host Jimmy was responsive and helpful. Unfortunately, we were here during the tropical storm. So, we didn't get the chance to enjoy the nice backyard. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. We would stay again at this location!

We were able to relax, eat breakfast in, run all day and return to play cards in the evening. It was close enough to Savannah and Tybee Island that we were able to enjoy both. Beach towels and beach chairs were provided which we used at Tybee Beach. It was nice to use the laundry and take home mostly clean clothes.

We stayed there for a wedding at the JW Marriott. The house was in a nice location, lots of restaurant options close by and River Street was 15 minutes away. The bathrooms are pretty small but served us just fine. The house was cozy and backyard looked relaxing, but sadly we didn’t have time to enjoy the yard.

We stayed here while attending our son\'s wedding in Savannah. What made me choose this place was the available parking for friends that wanted to visit us. With so many of the VRBO\'s in town the parking was limited or non existing. The house isn\'t real big, but more than adequate for four adults and one child. It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. It was furnished very nicely. It pretty much has everything you need; just have to provide your own food and drinks. Roku TV"s in all bedrooms and living room with multiple apps. If you have a streaming subscription you can log in with your account. It has a screened in back yard good for relaxing and letting the kids run around in and burn off steam. All appliance appear to be very new. In fact the gas charcoal grill was new. A Publix and Walmart are less than five minutes away. (closer if you could climb over the fence). It\'s approximately 15-20 minutes from downtown Savannah and a half hour to Tybee Island. The owner was very very responsive to any questions or concerns. If the need ever arose again, we would definitely consider staying here again.

My sisters and I came to go to the Scottish games and celebrate one of my sisters bday. There is 5 of us and our stay was very comfortable!. The house was perfect! The kitchen was equipped with everything you would need to cook! We sat out in the backyard around the fire pit and it was great!! Thank you Jimmy

Very nice area to stay. Backyard was terrific to relax. Sadly it was quite hot out so didn’t last long. Having a gas grill available to do a cookout was so nice. Very comfortable seating in living room although could use a lamp or two rather than having just the overhead light/fan. Bathrooms were very small but ample amount of towels. Condiments and spices were available which is very helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

House was great! There are a few minor issues that could be pretty easily fixed. Had a marijuana smell when we checked in and we found a joint under the bed so could maybe use a more thorough cleaning crew. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Jimmy was super quick to respond.
