Really enjoyed our stay. Property was very clean which is a big one for us. The cottage was very well equipped with extras if you forgot. There were a few very minor things that I did let Andrew know about but this did not affect our stay. Andrew is a great host & super easy to communicate with. Outside deck & grill great for what we needed & beds were comfortable. We will stay here again 100% next time we visit our friends in the neighborhood. Close to the beach by car. Mind you we stayed off season so the traffic was not too mad. We did drive North about 20-20 mins for a visit to Fort Macon that we all enjoyed! Beaches are great!

The neighborhood is charming - loved sitting in the deck in the late afternoon and evening enjoying the bird songs and quiet. Not far from the beaches at all. Easy drive and friendly people everywhere. The owner recommendations were spot on. Strongly recommend staying here if you are in the area! I hope we will be able to come again!

This cottage is the perfect spot for a Crystal Coast beach getaway. Located in a quiet neighborhood within minutes of the beach. Easy drive to all the attractions in the area. The cottage is clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended.

The kitchen was fully equipped, everything was there down to the spices. The house was immaculate, tastefully decorated, inviting and cozy. Our host was very professional but more important genuinely concern that our stay would be memorable. Which I can honestly say indeed it was. We are Marriott vacation club owners, this is our 1st VRBO experience and not our last. The cottage is just like the pictures and Andrew is a very attentive host. We appreciated the updated cottage with the coastal feel. He has great amenities and was surprised to see all the conveniences of home. This location is close to fishing and a few great towns we enjoyed visiting.

Host Andrew ,was amazing supplying details and the rental was above and beyond what we expected. it was the most precious home with wonderful appointed amenities not to mention impeccable cleanliness. It was definitely a GEM!!!!! We will inquire again in the very near future as well as other family members for future visits to see our daughter and military husband.

The reviews are spot on! Very clean, centrally located, quiet neighborhood and Andrew is a very thing wonderful host! The cottage is beautiful and well done. Beds are comfy and loved that everything you needed was there! Well stocked kitchen, beach towels, and bath products.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Cape Carteret! Andrew was such a gracious host and his online guidebook was very detailed, which came in handy. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood and was very clean and so tastefully decorated. We loved the nautical theme! In addition to the beach, which is a short drive from Cape Carteret, there were so many things to do in the area. Will definitely visit again!

This space was excellent. It was decorated so cute! Check in was seamless, communication was great and the location was quiet but close to Emerald Isle for beach and restaurants. My family and I loved this rental. The owner is so thoughtful providing extras such as shampoo, body wash, toilet paper, even lotion ! Can’t say enough !

This was our second time staying at this property. The home is quiet, the neighborhood and neighbors are friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed fishing down at the dock every day, and daily beach time by 10 min car ride. The home itself is beyond cozy, well thought out and clean. Andrew was a great host, making you feel at home. Highly recommend!!

The home is beautiful and modern. It was very clean and comfortable. We immediately felt right at home. The neighborhood was friendly and peaceful. We were able to enjoy kayaking and fishing multiple times with easy access to the water. The host was very thorough in his communication and his recommendations were excellent. The beds were comfortable and everything worked as it should. Our sons enjoyed having their own space in the loft upstairs. We would recommend this place and would stay here again.

Cute and modern home with plenty of room for my husband and I, along with our two teenage boys to stay the week. Quiet neighborhood with an excellent location to nearby beaches, and highly needed amenities. We enjoyed our stay here, and would love to visit here again.

This was actually our first time ever doing VRBO. We were so impressed and happy with the house, and the owner/communication. The house was absolutely adorable and perfect. There not a thing missing that we wanted/needed, it was very clean, the bed was super comfy, and the space was great. Everything was smooth and easy from start to finish. We're pretty particular people, but our expectations were exceeded, and the entire experience was perfect. Thank you so much, Andrew!

We drove from Pennsylvania for a 3-night stay to celebrate my dad's 90th birthday. Because so many family members were arriving from out-of-state, we chose the cottage for its proximity to Emerald Isle where they live. The cottage was very comfortable and extremely quiet, which was an added bonus. We were worried about the loft ceiling since the listing indicates it is recommended for children, but it was not a problem for our adult daughter. We would definitely recommend the cottage for your next stay!

This was our first experience with Vrbo. This was a wonderful experience. The owner of the home made this experience what it was. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The information guide he supplied was wonderful and very useful. I would highly recommend.

This was our first experience with Vrbo. This was a wonderful experience. The owner of the home made this experience what it was. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The information guide he supplied was wonderful and very useful. I would highly recommend.

We are Marriott vacation club owners, this is our 1st VRBO experience and not our last. The cottage is just like the pictures and Andrew is a very attentive host. We appreciated the updated cottage with the coastal feel. He has great amenities and was surprised to see all the conveniences of home. This location is close to fishing and a few great towns we enjoyed visiting.

The property was as described, but better! The house was cute and cozy and very clean and had everything you could possibly need or want. A storm came through while we were there and Andrew's communication during this was great. We would definitely rent this property again! Thanks Andrew!

The reviews are spot on! Very clean, centrally located, quiet neighborhood and Andrew is a very thing wonderful host! The cottage is beautiful and well done. Beds are comfy and loved that everything you needed was there! Well stocked kitchen, beach towels, and bath products.

This was our second time staying at this property. The home is quiet, the neighborhood and neighbors are friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed fishing down at the dock every day, and daily beach time by 10 min car ride. The home itself is beyond cozy, well thought out and clean. Andrew was a great host, making you feel at home. Highly recommend!!

Andrew’s communication was exceptional. The place was very clean and the set up for renters was perfect. The location was a short drive from Emerald Beach. I was even able to kayak close by in the neighborhood.

The owner made every part of our stay so simple and easy. The cottage is upscale and coastal furnishings- fabulous small kitchen and appliances. All linens and bedding first class- plus spotless. The neighborhood is charming - loved sitting in the deck in the late afternoon and evening enjoying the bird songs and quiet. Not far from the beaches at all. Easy drive and friendly people everywhere. The owner recommendations were spot on. Strongly recommend staying here if you are in the area! I hope we will be able to come again!

This space was excellent. It was decorated so cute! Check in was seamless, communication was great and the location was quiet but close to Emerald Isle for beach and restaurants. My family and I loved this rental. The owner is so thoughtful providing extras such as shampoo, body wash, toilet paper, even lotion ! Can’t say enough !

Cute and modern home with plenty of room for my husband and I, along with our two teenage boys to stay the week. Quiet neighborhood with an excellent location to nearby beaches, and highly needed amenities. We enjoyed our stay here, and would love to visit here again.

This house was a great location for our getaway. Plenty of space for 4 adults to stay. House was very clean and up to date. Short walk away for sound side fishing and a short drive for surf side ocean access. Grocery store is close by as well as other restaurants. Had a great time and would stay here again given the chance!

We drove from Pennsylvania for a 3-night stay to celebrate my dad's 90th birthday. Because so many family members were arriving from out-of-state, we chose the cottage for its proximity to Emerald Isle where they live. The cottage was very comfortable and extremely quiet, which was an added bonus. We were worried about the loft ceiling since the listing indicates it is recommended for children, but it was not a problem for our adult daughter. We would definitely recommend the cottage for your next stay!

I can not say enough praise about Andrew his immaculate comfortable cozy cottage and whomever his cleaning service is. Prestine lodging with the comfiest beds and everything you need accessible in house. We were in town for a wedding but want to come back and visit our friends in the area also just to stay here again. Location is beautiful quiet neighborhood and a walk to water and boat ramps. The decor is so lovely and homey feeling. Quiet porch mornings were relaxing. Andrew is a joy to deal with and always replied quickly or offered any help with recommendations. Located minutes from grocery and plenty of chain restaurants along with local dining. We recommend Coastal Haze. Also emerald isle (10 min away) offered plenty. We went to movie theater and I enjoyed a massage at the Emerald Isle Massage.There are beach chairs available at the house we used for Bouge Pier.Thank you for a very enjoyable stay.

Andrew's Coastal Cottage is Fantastic ! Location, location, location ! Everything was as described, and immaculately clean. The house is well stocked with all the necessities, and a basket of snacks to enjoy. The washer and dryer are top notch, and of course detergent and dryer sheets were provided. Communication was fantastic ! We enjoyed the peace and calmness of the neighborhood, while still extremely close to the Emerald Isle hustle and bustle, as well as beautiful beaches. Andrew has a great grill built into the front deck, where we grilled fresh fish from Phillips Seafood, just up the road, right off of the boat. This home is definitely on our short list for a return visit, Thanks Andrew !

This is the second time we rent this cottage from Andrew. This is a great property, very clean, and with many amenities (coffee!) The owner is very responsive as well as attentive to making us feel welcome and taken care of. Having a personalized downladable app to keep all directions on my phone was also great! Thank you. The kitchen was fully equipped, everything was there down to the spices. The house was immaculate, tastefully decorated, inviting and cozy. Our host was very professional but more important genuinely concern that our stay would be memorable. Which I can honestly say indeed it was.
