This lovely flat is within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, Castle, Duomo, metro, etc. It is quiet and very safe. Check-in was easy, washer was useful, patio was a delightful space for a romantic dinner among the flowering plants. Highly recommend.

We stayed four nights and truly enjoyed our stay. The huge terrace adds another living space, the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, the bedroom is small yet comfortable and there is a very big walk-in closet for clothes and luggage. It is on the 6th and top floor with a lift, and we didn’t hear any noise from neighbors. The host was wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We would stay here again!

When we arrived, she personally greeted us and gave us a quick tour of the space walking us through where everything was located. The place itself was cute and quaint. Everything worked such as the shower, A/C, washing machine, etc. The location is exceptional as you're walking distance from the duomo and all the excellent shops near it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this spot to anyone looking to stay in Milan!

My husband and I spent three nights in this wonderful apartment in Milan. We couldn’t have selected a more perfect location, very close to the Milan Cathedral as well as other attractions. The apartment is very safe and and secure, very spacious with a beautiful interior and very well appointed! We enjoyed dining out on the large terrace, weather permitting! The owner, as well as the property manager, Francesca, were both very responsive to any questions we may have had! Apartment is cozy and bright and centrally located in a good neighborhood.The property manager was very helpful and friendly. She replaced the shower hose promptly when we highlighted that it was broken.We would have liked the bath towels to be newer...they were quite used. There were extra pillows in the storeroom but we couldn't find the pillow cases and asked the property manager twice where were the extra pillow cases and she didn't respond to the question ...Overall, a good stay for 6 nights...

Well situated, clean. Francesca was a good host. There was an obvious issue with mosquitos in the appartment which was not communicated. There were traps/repellents in the appartment, so it seemed like this was known by the host. Even with all windows closed they were getting in and affected our sleep. Apart from that, we would recommend this stay

The bed is low to the floor & fills the room, so not good, especially for seniors. Also, the bed is on another level, so stairs to bathroom in the night. Not a lot of space if you have large suitcases. Good location for bus, stores. A busy street, so sirens every night. Nice terrace but it rained, so we didn’t get to enjoy it.

Francesca’s flat is super cute and in a great location. 10 minutes to the Duomo, around the corner from a grocery store, and minutes from a major Metro stop. It’s small but uses space efficiently and was perfectly comfortable for 3 people. The terrace is lovely and the decorations are thoughtful. Francesca is really the best part of the flat - she was super helpful and communicative. It was a wonderful stay!

This is quite a small sixth floor apartment in walking distance of shopping, sight-seeing and other Milan attractions. Two adults managed in the very small rooms but I wouldn’t have wanted to have a third person in the group. Also, we found the bed quite uncomfortable in the tiny bedroom space. Even though it’s on the sixth floor there is quite a lot of road noise especially sirens.

"I enjoy coming back to this apartment." This was said by my husband on numerous occasions and I think sums up how delightful the place is. We enjoyed the terrace in the mornings at breakfast and in the evenings for our glass of wine. Francesca was an ideal host. She was responsive to our late arrival and to our need for assistance in finding my husband\'s lost glasses. The living area and bedroom are comfortable, light and airy. The kitchen is well equipped. The washing machine is an extra plus. And the location is great. 10 minutes to the Duomo, the GoldenTriangle and the Metro. We would rent this apartment the next time we are in Milan.

We enjoyed the terrace in the mornings at breakfast and in the evenings for our glass of wine. Francesca was an ideal host. She was responsive to our late arrival and to our need for assistance in finding my husband\'s lost glasses. The living area and bedroom are comfortable, light and airy. The kitchen is well equipped. The washing machine is an extra plus. And the location is great. 10 minutes to the Duomo, the GoldenTriangle and the Metro. We would rent this apartment the next time we are in Milan.

My husband and I spent three nights in this wonderful apartment in Milan. We couldn’t have selected a more perfect location, very close to the Milan Cathedral as well as other attractions. The apartment is very safe and and secure, very spacious with a beautiful interior and very well appointed! We enjoyed dining out on the large terrace, weather permitting! The owner, as well as the property manager, Francesca, were both very responsive to any questions we may have had! Thank you Francesca for your very detailed answers to all of our questions and thank you Mia for opening up your gorgeous home for us! We would not hesitate to return!

This is a sixth-floor flat (and yes, with an elevator) in a beautiful walled-in mansion-like building with a formidable front gate and a furniture design business on the ground floor. It is exactly as photographed, and the terrace is fantastic with plants all around. To be honest, I found it charming with lots of character, while my partner thought it quirky and weird. I found it cozy, colorful, and a fun boho style, while my partner found it busy with tchotchkes and the romantic daybed to be useful. It seems to have been originally planned as a studio, with the back room (now the bedroom) an office lined with gorgeous wooden built-in shelves and cabinets, the spacious middle room the bedroom with its generously sized adjacent closet (now the living room), and the typically sized bathroom and galley kitchen off to the left of the entrance door. The building is obviously older, mid-1800s we were told, meaning the layout of the flat isn't at all traditional, but it's freshly painted, impeccably clean, well-thought-out for guests, and with generous amenities like the clothes washer with laundry soap, drying racks, shampoo and body soap in the bathroom, plenty of towels, and lots of coffee pods for the Nescafe machine. Close communication with our host, Francesca, is critical in order to be met outside the gates upon arrival. The location is good, walkable to Teatro della Scala (you must visit this storied theatre or attend an opera if possible), and Milan's duomo.

This place was in a great location! Only a few minute walk from the Duomo and very close to the metro which we were able to use to get around. Francesca was a lovely host and was available if we needed anything. The weather was beautiful while we were there and we made use of the balcony a few times. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!
