The unit was very clean and organized. They had extra helpful items for us such as a wagon, beach chairs, and beach bag. Instructions for checkin and checkout were easy and clear. The pool was wonderful. Highly recommend!

Great location. Convenient to all of South Haven. Nice pool and hot tub. We had it all to ourselves on this weekend. Easy access to building and unit. Lots of included amenities. Very nice stay in a town we love to visit.

The condo is spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed it. Access to the pool and hot tub is nice and it's walkable to downtown. The only suggestion I would make is for the kitchen to be better supplied. There weren't any dishes that were microwave safe except coffee mugs and no other cookware such as a casserole dish or cookie sheet. The multitude of towels was greatly appreciated as well as the toiletries. Highly recommend.

We had a great time at this little oasis in South Haven! It was the perfect location to hit the beach, farmer’s market, and downtown shopping/dining. The property was clean and the perfect amount of space for our family. The communication was fast and easy. They even provided a pack and play, beach wagon/ supplies and, the indoor pool was perfect for when we had rainy weather. The details did not go unnoticed! We will definitely be back!

We were looking for a quick getaway, close to home where we could relax and have an easy fun time with our kids (ages ranging from 2-9). This place was great! The condo was very clean, comfortable, perfectly located, and family-friendly. The owners had thought of some great details that made the stay convenient for a family visit. The indoor pool was great and easy to access. The beach was just a few streets away and they have some great parks, restaurants, and grocery stores within a few minutes' drive. The parking was nice and easy and the building access worked great! We would love to return in warmer weather to more fully enjoy the beach and lake, but overall our stay was wonderful.

We have been coming to SoHa for years and this was the first time we stayed in a condo instead of a house. The condo was bigger than we were expecting based on the pictures! The kitchen had the basics (though if you have young kids you may want to bring plastic cups with you). The building was pretty quiet except for my kids and people were very friendly. The pool was open anytime it seemed like and was great for when it was raining outside. Location was okay in that it was about 3 or so blocks to the edge of downtown. The walk to the beach was fine except the big hill at the very end - the wagon at the condo came in handy for sure! The reason I gave this 4 stars and probably more accurate at 3.5 was the wifi issues. We had expected the wifi to be functional and that was mostly not the case and when it was working, it was a very low signal. So my advice would be if you need to do anything with wifi either do not stay here or plan to go to the library or something. There are 3 tvs but sometimes with wifi outages, they weren't working.

My 2 friends and I stayed here for a girls weekend. The property was very clean and nicely appointed. The building was easy to access and instructions clear with easy parking as well. The location was great. I would stay here again with friends or my family!

Our condo in this converted school was clean and bright and had everything you need for a summer Michigan vacation. Supplies for the beach were included in the closets and a nice touch. This town is a favorite of ours and this location is a nice walk to all the attractions. I kept the information and hope to return for more vacations this summer and fall. We had occasion to text for information and the manager got back to us in under 30 minutes. A+ for this experience!
Our condo in this converted school was clean and bright and had everything you need for a summer Michigan vacation. Supplies for the beach were included in the closets and a nice touch. This town is a favorite of ours and this location is a nice walk to all the attractions. I kept the information and hope to return for more vacations this summer and fall. We had occasion to text for information and the manager got back to us in under 30 minutes. A+ for this experience!

The unit was clean and nicely decorated-A lot more spacious than I initially thought when I looked at pictures. The unit was also well stocked- the owners definitely think of everything you may need during your stay. The location was convenient to lot of downtown shops and restaurants.

This location was perfect. A walk to the beach, a little long, but doable. Better yet was the close proximity to the downtown area and some of our favorite restaurants. My teenage boys absolutely loved their room and bathroom. They brought their PS5 to play on down time and they were able to connect to the tv. The WiFi was a little weak, but we made due. The washer and dryer were efficient. Their kitchen had a fancy oven that took me a second to figure out, but it was great. We would definitely choose to stay there again.

The property was great. Everything we could ask for. Just wish the weather would've cooperated. Pool was great for the kids, and plenty of sleeping arrangements for the 5 of us. Wish the beds were a little better, as they were too soft. Other than that, we were very happy with they stay and would definitely do it again

Great Condo. Perfect for a long weekend. Close to everything. Easy to check in, check out. Plenty of space for 4-6 people. Communication with property managers was informative, quick, and pleasant. Would absolutely stay here again!

Only complaint was check in process you need two door codes to enter and was only given unit door code not building code. Had to call emergency number which was call desk text message replied.

Wonderful place and location! Much roomier than the picture show. Very clean and well decorated. Great building with very unique pool area. Family loved it! Host had great communication with clear instructions for arrival and departure. We will be back!

Just two teacher friends looking tog eat away for a 3-day weekend. Communication with the renters was EXCELLENT. So helpful and attentive. The property is beautiful and perfectly located and so fun. Very clean and it was so prepared for anything a renter might need. We can’t wait to go back or check their other properties they may have. Very impressed. .

We really enjoyed our stay at Ground Floor Getaway. It was the perfect for my family with little ones. We especially loved the easy access to our van, quick walk to downtown, the pool, the spacious condo, and all of the additional supplies (chairs, beach wagon, cooler, etc) was so helpful for us. It was a little too far for us to walk to the beach but very quick drive! I would highly suggest this property to family and friends.

The property was nice. There was nothing to indicate how to get into the pool. At the end of our trip we figured out ylthe lanyard hanging near the front door had something attached to it that would let us in.

Great Condo. Perfect for a long weekend. Close to everything. Easy to check in, check out. Plenty of space for 4-6 people. Communication with property managers was informative, quick, and pleasant. Would absolutely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean, close to downtown, and the pool was a plus (especially since it was too cold for the beach). Only reaaon its not 5 star rating is that the picture of its location om website puts it across the street from the big playground. You have to look at a separate map with actual address to see that its actually a few miles away. Our goal for going was to stay within walking distance, which it wasn't with 2 young kids. Beach wagon and chairs were a plus and overall nice place to stay!

This place was great! The condo was in a really neat building. It was clean, spacious, and quiet. We used the pool twice and it was great! The location was close to everything. The only complaint isn’t against the condo at all, it was that on the Vrbo app it appeared the place was located one block (right next to kids corner) from the beach. We expected to be able to walk to the beach. Luckily the drive was still very short but that was the only complaint we had. Thanks for a great vacation spot! Would definitely recommend!!

Great condo in a very unique building with lots of character - highly recommend! Had everything we need for a long weekend with the family. I would echo previous comments that the “pin drop” location on VRBO doesn’t accurately show location so we expected to be closer to the beach. Very convenient to walk downtown and explore.

This location was perfect. A walk to the beach, a little long, but doable. Better yet was the close proximity to the downtown area and some of our favorite restaurants. My teenage boys absolutely loved their room and bathroom. They brought their PS5 to play on down time and they were able to connect to the tv. The WiFi was a little weak, but we made due. The washer and dryer were efficient. Their kitchen had a fancy oven that took me a second to figure out, but it was great. We would definitely choose to stay there again.

We especially loved the easy access to our van, quick walk to downtown, the pool, the spacious condo, and all of the additional supplies (chairs, beach wagon, cooler, etc) was so helpful for us. It was a little too far for us to walk to the beach but very quick drive! I would highly suggest this property to family and friends.

The unit was clean and nicely decorated-A lot more spacious than I initially thought when I looked at pictures. The unit was also well stocked- the owners definitely think of everything you may need during your stay. The location was convenient to lot of downtown shops and restaurants.

We have been coming to SoHa for years and this was the first time we stayed in a condo instead of a house. The condo was bigger than we were expecting based on the pictures! The kitchen had the basics (though if you have young kids you may want to bring plastic cups with you). The building was pretty quiet except for my kids and people were very friendly. The pool was open anytime it seemed like and was great for when it was raining outside. Location was okay in that it was about 3 or so blocks to the edge of downtown. The walk to the beach was fine except the big hill at the very end - the wagon at the condo came in handy for sure! The reason I gave this 4 stars and probably more accurate at 3.5 was the wifi issues. We had expected the wifi to be functional and that was mostly not the case and when it was working, it was a very low signal. So my advice would be if you need to do anything with wifi either do not stay here or plan to go to the library or something. There are 3 tvs but sometimes with wifi outages, they weren't working.

Great condo in the Central Lofts. Cozy, spacious. Clean. Loved the first floor access and direct access to the outdoors. Host was great. Would definitely come again.

We have been coming to SoHa for years and this was the first time we stayed in a condo instead of a house. The condo was bigger than we were expecting based on the pictures! The kitchen had the basics (though if you have young kids you may want to bring plastic cups with you). The building was pretty quiet except for my kids and people were very friendly. The pool was open anytime it seemed like and was great for when it was raining outside. Location was okay in that it was about 3 or so blocks to the edge of downtown.
