(2/5)We stayed from June 1–10 and unfortunately had several issues throughout our stay that impacted our experience.Upon arrival, there was significant dog hair throughout the property, including on the couch, rugs, blankets, bathtub, and floors. We do not have a dog, so this was not from us. I spent a considerable amount of time cleaning and washing items on the first day.There was no toilet paper provided, no body wash available, and only three forks in the kitchen. There was also no toilet bowl brush and no dish scrub brush or cleaning tools for washing dishes.The floors did not appear to have been properly cleaned. After showering and walking through the house, our feet would become visibly dirty.The keypad entry system was not functioning during our stay, requiring us to rely on the backup key instead.We also had to leave two days early because of a medical issue. While I understand hosts have cancellation policies, I was disappointed that there was no flexibility or consideration given the circumstances, especially after the concerns we experienced with the property.One positive is that the location was convenient and the property had potential. However, the cleanliness issues, missing supplies, non-functioning keypad, and lack of resolution left us feeling that the property did not match the experience we expected based on the listing.I hope these issues are addressed for future guests.

Excellent accommodations with access to complex amenities. Apartment was clean and cozy. The building was quiet. Kitchen had everything we needed. Owner communication was excellent as responded quickly to any questions. Complex was in a great location with easy access to the area.

Very comfortable apartment in a good location. Well-stocked and quiet. Would stay here again!

Apartment was great, good location and very clean, building hallways are not the most clean, but everything else was very clean. Gym and facilities are fine, my only suggestion is to get a new mattress as the one now is pretty bad. Overall an okay stay!
