Quick easy check in; one night stay only was great with lots of bedroom space, very clean & neat

Older, but clean and nice property. We were on a very short stay, so did not use hardly any of the amenities, but could see how useful they would be. Nice deck and firepit area. Good wifi and speaker system to hook up to. Slight downside was only one bathroom.

I have to admit I chose this house because first there were not a lot of choices and secondly there were 8 great reviews. The pictures are accurate but do not capture the charm factor! This house was wonderful! Yes it is an older home but when you walk in you can sense the love and care that has gone into its upkeep. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. The livingroom was spacious and comfy. They even had all of our favorite board games. The upstairs had three spacious bedrooms and an additional room with the single bed with very comfortable beds. I highly recommend this house!

We were in Ashland Thursday through Sunday for our daughters wedding. We had 6 adults and plenty of room. The location of the house made it a perfect home base and gathering point for family and other wedding guests between events. From booking right up until check out, we are all very satisfied with this home and would recommend it.

Overall we were very happy with the little white house. It was a great location for all that we needed and Simon did a great job to respond quickly to our enquiries. As others have stated, that yard needs some work and there were other quirks that could be addressed. HOWEVER, do not let any of that deter you from a great stay in Ashland! Being just a couple of blocks from downtown/lakefront and the tri-county corridor it was ideal for exploring the area. Definitely worth the trip! ***We were a party of 6 and the one bathroom was adequate for us!
