All you need is food. They have everything else. Not just a starter, they have enough supplies to last your stay. The complimentary wine with the chips and salsa were a great welcome treat. The balcony is shared, but it’s still private and separated enough that conversations don’t overlap. The view is hard to beat. The unit was clean and cool in the HOT Florida weather. The walk to the beach is short and the equipment was easily accessible. Overall, 10/10! For future guests, we highly recommend this location as well as eating at Venezia and Café on St. Armand’s. Fantastic food and bevies. We hope to be back soon! Cheers!

This property is clean, comfortable and exactly as described. It is roomy and quiet with great views of the gulf and is a very short walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping.There was a mix-up with the key when we arrived which was quickly resolved by the property manager.Everyone was friendly and the location can't be beat.
