SKV 315 - Walk to Beach & Village!

We loved our stay here! The property is centrally located—just a short walk to bars, restaurants, and shops, making it super convenient. During our visit, the bottom unit was under construction, so we had the pool all to ourselves, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Communication with the Property Manager was stellar—quick, clear, and helpful throughout our stay. We have no complaints about the property at all. Highly recommended!

Location is in a great area to walk to village/ beach. No fan in rooms makes for a stuffy night, pool light did not go off at night and shines through the bedroom window, beach umbrella was broken so we bought an extra for stay.

This property was in need of some repairs. I was informed all repairs were made.

Overall, our stay was wonderful. The property was as pictured, right in the heart of the village - we used the market as our reference point when learning our neighborhood - and a very easy walk to the beach (which is of course gorgeous). We appreciated the beach cart, umbrella, cooler, and chairs very much! A few things could have been tweaked to push it to the exceptional level: kitchen faucet sprayed all over, blinds in kitchen did not function, stairs leading up to apartment and exterior needs maintenance, double and twin beds very squeaky, Mr. Coffee served the purpose but could be updated to a Keurig or other better coffee model, a full set of wine glasses (only had 3) - all minor suggestions that didn’t greatly affect our stay.
