Amazing stay!! The property is very clean and has everything we needed! Very cute interior decorations. The walk to the beach is only about 5 minutes, and they have beach umbrellas, chair & wagon included which was an unexpected but exciting bonus! Walk to Seaside is about 12 mins, and not too hot if you take the neighborhood roads.The communication was excellent, within 30 mins if we ever had a question. I highly recommend and would love to stay here again for a visit to Seaside/Seagrove!

Loved everything about our stay, from the booking, check in, communication with the host, our stay, and the check out process. The house is beautiful. It’s in a perfect location with an easy walk to the beach and an easy walk, bike, or golf cart ride over to Seaside. Renting bikes was convenient. Loved they provided beach chairs and there was a shower outside to rinse off the sand. There were so many good restaurants and a Publix close by. The board games in the game room were a hit on a rainy day. We will definitely stay here again!

Stayed here for family spring break, including high school and college aged kids. Location was perfect - super easy walk to the beach. 1/2 mile easy walk to town. House is nicely appointed with smart TVs in every room, Keurig machine, outdoor shower with hot water for washing off after the beach, comfy beds, plenty of beach towels, games, and 2 ACs so everyone was comfortable. Hosts have really paid attention to the little details and were very responsive to questions both before and during the trip. Ability to rent golf cart was a nice addition. Highly recommend!

We had such a great stay in this darling house! Lloyd and his wife were so attentive and made sure that we had everything we needed. The house is incredibly well equipped and is in a fantastic location. We rented the golf cart available with the property, and it was such a great way to get around. We will absolutely be coming back!

Fantastic little house in an impeccable location to the beach and the Seaside Square. Access to the beach just down the street and less than a 12 min walk to Seaside. With chairs, umbrella and beach items at the house it truly was a fantastic experience.

This was the second time we chose this place. It’s a perfect walk from the beach and close to restaurants, grocery and anything else you need. Not to mention the house is great has everything you need and a neat sun room.

This beautiful Seagrove cottage was perfectly located about a block from the beach and within walking distance of Seaside shops. We thoroughly enjoyed getting morning coffee at Black Bear (delicious pastries as well), Publix was a 5 min golf cart ride away, and the bikes that came with the property were perfect for afternoon bike rides. Great location, beautiful home, and very responsive hosts!

We loved our stay at this Classic Seagrove Cottage. We always stay on Grove St, but when our normal house was booked we found ourselves searching for another home in the our favorite neighborhood. The Green Dream (as we called it) was perfect. Everything was very clean and looked just like the pictures. The towels and bedding were plush, which isn’t always the case, so I greatly appreciate the extra effort there. We did pay extra for the golf cart and we really enjoyed the convenience. If you have questions about the location let me assure you it is absolutely perfect. We’ve been staying on grove st for years now and the beach access is never overcrowded. We easily walk to the beach every morning, back home for lunch and then back out for a few more hours in the afternoon. It is about a 2-5 minute walk, depending on if you have kids or not. You won’t regret booking this cottage!

This house is awesome! Great location and was the cleanest beach house I’ve ever rented. We had friends staying nearby whose house was on the beach and had a pool… and we chose to hang out and cook dinner at our house because of how nice and clean it is! We will definitely stay again..

This cottage worked out perfectly for our group of my husband and I, our teen daughter, and her two friends for spring break. The home is very clean and perfectly decorated/furnished. Communication with Lloyd the owner was great. The location turned out to be ideal in that it was a very short walk to both the beach and Seaside without actually being within Seaside itself and also had easy access to the grocery store. We were there during one of the busiest weeks of the year and we barely needed to use our car. The pictures don't quite show how on top of the main street and the next door restaurant the home is - the yard/driveway are smaller than they look. But for us that was a good trade off for ease of access.

This property is exactly one block from beach access and a 10 minute walk to Seaside proper. The space is very comfortable (beds especially) and clean. The hosts allowed us an early check-in and made sure to inquire about any needs. We had a great stay and would return.

what an absolute beautiful property. They say not to judge a book by it's cover, well step inside to this beautiful cottage. Lloyd and his wife have done an amazing job updating this cottage. It was very tastefully decorated and conveniently located to downtown Seaside (within walking distance). The beach is also just a hopscotch away. My wife, kids, and I will always book this property as long as it's available if we decide to go back to Seaside. I cannot say enough how nice it really was! We wish we had more time to enjoy it.

Gorgeous home with comfortable beds and beautiful towels and linen. Multiple comfy areas to relax and great kitchen. Location was perfect for us, 2 min walk to beach entrance. Golf cart was great to explore the area. Hosts were helpful and excellent communication. Wished we had more time there, thanks Lloyd and Cindy.

This cozy cottage was perfect our trip! It was beautiful and thoughtfully decorated and had everything we needed and more. Plenty of room for 2 adults and our 4 college age daughters. The location was great with easy beach access. I would highly recommend this property and we will stay here again if it is available!

This place is AMAZING! Location is just wonderful. Super quick walk to the beach, quick ride or short walk to Seaside. & the house is exactly as pictured. Cannot say enough good things about this place and our experience. Will be booking again!

We had 1 adult and 3 teen boys to have a quick trip with friends. The house was perfect with plenty of room for everyone. We rented the golf cart for a couple of days and it was perfect! This is a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay for spring break 2023. The location allowed our teens to pop in and out with their friends and had easy access to the beach. The corner location could be a little noisy at night but was worth it for the convenience. Never kept us up or anything, just thought I would mention. We were also there during one of the busiest weeks of the year so need to take that into consideration. The private backyard was Heaven, we had coffee there every morning. Great for our family!

The house was even more beautiful than the pictures. It had the perfect amount of space for myself, my 18 year old twins, and 2 of their friends. The beds were extremely comfortable. Lloyd made the entire process easy and was available for my questions throughout our stay. The property was a very short walk to the beach, and we used their golf cart and it was a very short drive to Seaside restaurants and shops. We will be back!

We had a great quick getaway this weekend. Lloyd was very helpful and quick with any questions I had. House was adorable and only a block and a half away from the beach. We will definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay!! The property is very clean and has everything we needed! Very cute interior decorations. The walk to the beach is only about 5 minutes, and they have beach umbrellas, chair & wagon included which was an unexpected but exciting bonus! Walk to Seaside is about 12 mins, and not too hot if you take the neighborhood roads.The communication was excellent, within 30 mins if we ever had a question. I highly recommend and would love to stay here again for a visit to Seaside/Seagrove!

Stayed here for family spring break, including high school and college aged kids. Location was perfect - super easy walk to the beach. 1/2 mile easy walk to town. House is nicely appointed with smart TVs in every room, Keurig machine, outdoor shower with hot water for washing off after the beach, comfy beds, plenty of beach towels, games, and 2 ACs so everyone was comfortable. Hosts have really paid attention to the little details and were very responsive to questions both before and during the trip. Ability to rent golf cart was a nice addition. Highly recommend!

We had such a great stay in this darling house! Lloyd and his wife were so attentive and made sure that we had everything we needed. The house is incredibly well equipped and is in a fantastic location. We rented the golf cart available with the property, and it was such a great way to get around. We will absolutely be coming back!

The house was even more beautiful than the pictures. It had the perfect amount of space for myself, my 18 year old twins, and 2 of their friends. The beds were extremely comfortable. Lloyd made the entire process easy and was available for my questions throughout our stay. The property was a very short walk to the beach, and we used their golf cart and it was a very short drive to Seaside restaurants and shops. We will be back!

This cozy cottage was perfect our trip! It was beautiful and thoughtfully decorated and had everything we needed and more. Plenty of room for 2 adults and our 4 college age daughters. The location was great with easy beach access. I would highly recommend this property and we will stay here again if it is available!

Loved everything about our stay, from the booking, check in, communication with the host, our stay, and the check out process. The house is beautiful. It’s in a perfect location with an easy walk to the beach and an easy walk, bike, or golf cart ride over to Seaside. Renting bikes was convenient. Loved they provided beach chairs and there was a shower outside to rinse off the sand. There were so many good restaurants and a Publix close by. The board games in the game room were a hit on a rainy day. We will definitely stay here again!

Fantastic little house in an impeccable location to the beach and the Seaside Square. Access to the beach just down the street and less than a 12 min walk to Seaside. With chairs, umbrella and beach items at the house it truly was a fantastic experience.

We had a wonderful stay for spring break 2023. The location allowed our teens to pop in and out with their friends and had easy access to the beach. The corner location could be a little noisy at night but was worth it for the convenience. Never kept us up or anything, just thought I would mention. We were also there during one of the busiest weeks of the year so need to take that into consideration. The private backyard was Heaven, we had coffee there every morning. Great for our family!

This cottage worked out perfectly for our group of my husband and I, our teen daughter, and her two friends for spring break. The home is very clean and perfectly decorated/furnished. Communication with Lloyd the owner was great. The location turned out to be ideal in that it was a very short walk to both the beach and Seaside without actually being within Seaside itself and also had easy access to the grocery store. We were there during one of the busiest weeks of the year and we barely needed to use our car. The pictures don't quite show how on top of the main street and the next door restaurant the home is - the yard/driveway are smaller than they look. But for us that was a good trade off for ease of access.

We thoroughly enjoyed getting morning coffee at Black Bear (delicious pastries as well), Publix was a 5 min golf cart ride away, and the bikes that came with the property were perfect for afternoon bike rides. We recently stayed here and would absolutely return. The location was perfect, less than a five minute, easy walk from the house to the beach.The provided beach chairs and umbrella saved us from having to rent our own, and the outdoor shower made it convenient to rinse off sand before going inside. The indoor showers had plenty of hot water, allowing all five of us to shower without ever running out.The living area was cozy and comfortable, with enough space for all of us to relax, stretch out, and enjoy movie nights together. When the coffee maker stopped working, Lloyd had a replacement delivered the very same day, which we greatly appreciated.One thing to note is that the front bedroom opens to the sunroom. It does have shutters for privacy, but if you have young children or are a light sleeper, it may be a little noisier than the other rooms.For anyone considering a golf cart rental, we did rent one but probably wouldn’t do so again. We spent most of our time shopping and dining in Seaside. Parking was usually available in the mornings, but finding a spot in the evenings was difficult. We found that the quick 10 minute walk was often easier and more convenient.Communication with Lloyd was prompt and seamless throughout our stay. When we realized our flight would arrive earlier than the standard check in time, he was able to accommodate us with an early check in, which was incredibly helpful.We already can’t wait to come back!

Great place to relax and stay out of the fray of the crowds. Loved the coziness! Plenty of room to watch tv or just sit and read after a long day at the beach. Has everything you need in the kitchen. Walking distance to grocery store, coffee shops, restaurants, shopping and just a short walk to the beach. They also provide beach towels so you don’t have to add those to your travel list! We loved our time there and will definitely be back!! Golf cart is a great extra as well!! Oh and a great backyard for kids to play or for a family cookout!

Location - Location - Location!! The quickest walk across the street to beach access (always easy to get a spot on the beach!) right up the street is a Publix and Seaside center is a short walk or golf cart ride. The house was well stocked and VERY clean!! Great communication with the owner as well. He was very fast and friendly with his response. We enjoyed our stay!!

This place is absolutely AMAZING! Location is perfect to everything! Host was awesome and couldn’t communicate any better! The hostess nice enough to give us a late check-out due to the weather as well which was very impressive! Already planning for a longer trip next year!
