Clean inside but needs some updating.Outsde needed a power washing house & deck. Garden hose was tangled on the deck which was a trip hazard,stairs down to the pond were new but the info in the house said “do not use”,the large cooler on the deck needed cleaning as well as the grill.The hammock that was supposed to be in the hall closet was laying out on the new the woods & the glass shower doors on both showers need some work & the pictures online made the kitchen look much bigger than it really is. The living room & dining room are ideal for a large gathering. Very secluded location it you want to get away

Great home and location! Open and airy, big TV, colorful kitchen, great mattresses and comfy coach. There are some areas of cocern. There is no ceiling fan in the third bedroom as shown in the listing, shower doors are very difficult to close, the knives aren't sharp, the big coffee maker is tarnished inside. The kayaks weren't stored properly, they were filthy, full of standing water and insects. I had to thoroughly clean them. Other than that, we did ok.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The house is spacious and very comfortable. The deck was relaxing and the living room couch was a great place to hang out. The beds are comfortable and we really appreciated the new appliances in the kitchen. There are some interesting artistic features in the house which adds to its charm. However, if I could, I would knock half a star off my review because there are a few things that didn't quite live up to the listing. As of this review, three of the five kayaks are not useable due to broken seats. All of the rooms have window or portable air conditioning units, except for the bedroom with the queen bed which has a ceiling fan but no AC. The ceiling fan does cool the room so we were ok at night. Most of the year, this isn't an issue but it is something to be aware of during the summer months. The kitchen was well stocked but weirdly lacked a few basics (which I've informed Vacasa). The house is as pictured with lovely grounds, deck and living area, and we had a wonderful time staying at the property.

five older women. House was plenty big enough nice kitchen very big living room and the outside patio was fabulous. Not a lot of picky rules like one of the previous houses I stayed in last year like vacuum the floor, start all the linens and all that .very easy to follow the rules here definitely would go again.

Although this home and property are beautiful in many ways, our experience at Lovells Landing was disappointing overall. We certainly enjoyed the open concept floor plan, the large screen TV, the secluded setting, and the beautiful views of the lake. At the same time, there were a number of small things that felt less than what we were expecting - paintings or artwork that had once graced the entry way had been taken down, leaving exposed nail holes and walls in need of a paint job. The cushions to the outdoor furniture were just awkwardly stacked in front of the fireplace and in the way of accessing some of the furniture in the room. The stairs down to the lake are not to be used, so lake access was down an incline, making it a bit tricky to get the kayaks to the lake and then back up again. The kitchen is adequate, but really not stocked with the pots and pans needed if you want to do some serious cooking. None of these things are really a big deal, but they just gave the property an unpolished vibe. What was a big deal is the fact that the air conditioning broke down mid-week in the midst of a heat wave and when we reported the issue to Vasca, we received some lip service but little apparent action and absolutely no information on what was being done to address the issue. As long time homeowners, we understand that things break down and take time to be fixed, but when we asked for updates on what was being done to address the issue, we were only told that this was a “high priority” and that “someone will reach out to you as soon as possible.” No one ever reached out to us - not a single person. The result? Precious vacation time feeling frustrated and two very uncomfortable nights of sleeping. Many of the windows in this house do not open - or if they do - they have no screens. With the cicada infestation, windows without screens simply could not be opened. That meant no fresh air into two of the three bedrooms to try to alleviate the stifling heat. Again, we understand things cannot always be fixed within a quick timeframe, but what would it have taken to reach out with an update or to say, hey, we’re really sorry for this inconvenience, we’ll drop off a few fans to try to make things more comfortable? It felt very much like the ball got dropped on this one. So all in all, a beautiful location, but not one we will return to and we leave this vacation with lots of doubts about Vasca where we previously had none.

The home was large and we had lots of room to spread out . The deck is nice to hang outside on the chairs with the view of the Pond. It ‘s very quiet, there were neighbors we could occasionally hear but not see. Very remote. We used the bbq several times too. We also took the kayaks out which was fun. The inside has a full kitchen, had everything we needed. Were missing a can opener which Vacasa brought the next day. Beds were comfy. Did have an issue with one of the showers dripping, Vacasa responded owners would have fixed. Also used the washer/dryer, however there is no iron. The property is lovely and great for get-together. Would stay again.,

Lovells Landing was set in a great location, the lake was beautiful. The home was open and airy, nice deck space and grill. The home use a new coffee pot, the large one was tarnished. There is no ceiling fan in the bunk room(update pictures). The recliner needs to be fixed and all the big knives are pretty dull. Overall, we had a nice stay with exception of the invasion of cicada bugs unbeknownst to us😕

Nice view of lake. Be aware the photographed stairs are unusuable, the lawn won't be mowed, the neighbor will have their lawn mowed at 6:30 am, and the ants will enter the house. Mysteries include where the light switches are and how to get the main shower to work and not leak.

The house and property is gorgeous! Many things to do inside and out of the residence. I was disappointed of the outdoor/yard maintenance. Tons of leaves on the ground, yard hasn't been cleaned up. We still enjoy the beautiful views, back porch, kayaking, fishing , etc.

We stayed here for a quick weekend away. The house was very clean and well-stocked. The location was perfect for a couple families to get together and enjoy the deck and lake. Close to the Mashpee Children’s Museum and not too far from beaches. Quick drive to local breweries. Communication with the property manager seemed to be through an automated bot type system but we didn’t have any issues so didn’t need to call anyone. Would stay again.

This is a huge house with tons of space for way more guests than we had. Great location to essential necessities but also not far from cute shops and beaches. Loved the deck! Some of the kitchen supplies were limited for our foodie family and no soap in the bathrooms, but overall a good stay.

The view is beautiful, over looking the water. We just wish the weather was better because we would have loved to spend time outside. We loved the wide open space in the dining and living room area. Furniture was in nice shape. Master bedroom was spacious, and it was great having a master bath. The other 2 bedrooms were a little small. Great for kids but a little tight for adults. Overall the house was very nice.
The view is beautiful, over looking the water. We just wish the weather was better because we would have loved to spend time outside. We loved the wide open space in the dining and living room area. Furniture was in nice shape. Master bedroom was spacious, and it was great having a master bath. The other 2 bedrooms were a little small. Great for kids but a little tight for adults. If I could buy this house, retire now and have every summer just like last week - I would be forever happy. We mostly stuck around the house enjoyed the pond, the house and the yard. The house was more spacious than expected and very comfortable. We were far enough from everyone to get away but a short drive to the Cape things that we wanted to do. I've stayed in around a dozen rentals over the years and this is one of the best!

Nice retreat for us and our grown children. Close to beaches and shopping. Plenty of space for everyone! Spaces were well maintained and Vacasa services were available if needed.

This is a huge house with tons of space for way more guests than we had. Great location to essential necessities but also not far from cute shops and beaches. Loved the deck! Some of the kitchen supplies were limited for our foodie family and no soap in the bathrooms, but overall a good stay.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The house is spacious and very comfortable. The deck was relaxing and the living room couch was a great place to hang out. The beds are comfortable and we really appreciated the new appliances in the kitchen. There are some interesting artistic features in the house which adds to its charm. However, if I could, I would knock half a star off my review because there are a few things that didn't quite live up to the listing. As of this review, three of the five kayaks are not useable due to broken seats. All of the rooms have window or portable air conditioning units, except for the bedroom with the queen bed which has a ceiling fan but no AC. The ceiling fan does cool the room so we were ok at night. Most of the year, this isn't an issue but it is something to be aware of during the summer months. The kitchen was well stocked but weirdly lacked a few basics (which I've informed Vacasa). The house is as pictured with lovely grounds, deck and living area, and we had a wonderful time staying at the property.

five older women. House was plenty big enough nice kitchen very big living room and the outside patio was fabulous. Not a lot of picky rules like one of the previous houses I stayed in last year like vacuum the floor, start all the linens and all that .very easy to follow the rules here definitely would go again.

Although this home and property are beautiful in many ways, our experience at Lovells Landing was disappointing overall. We certainly enjoyed the open concept floor plan, the large screen TV, the secluded setting, and the beautiful views of the lake. At the same time, there were a number of small things that felt less than what we were expecting - paintings or artwork that had once graced the entry way had been taken down, leaving exposed nail holes and walls in need of a paint job. The cushions to the outdoor furniture were just awkwardly stacked in front of the fireplace and in the way of accessing some of the furniture in the room. The stairs down to the lake are not to be used, so lake access was down an incline, making it a bit tricky to get the kayaks to the lake and then back up again. The kitchen is adequate, but really not stocked with the pots and pans needed if you want to do some serious cooking. None of these things are really a big deal, but they just gave the property an unpolished vibe. What was a big deal is the fact that the air conditioning broke down mid-week in the midst of a heat wave and when we reported the issue to Vasca, we received some lip service but little apparent action and absolutely no information on what was being done to address the issue. As long time homeowners, we understand that things break down and take time to be fixed, but when we asked for updates on what was being done to address the issue, we were only told that this was a “high priority” and that “someone will reach out to you as soon as possible.” No one ever reached out to us - not a single person. The result? Precious vacation time feeling frustrated and two very uncomfortable nights of sleeping. Many of the windows in this house do not open - or if they do - they have no screens. With the cicada infestation, windows without screens simply could not be opened. That meant no fresh air into two of the three bedrooms to try to alleviate the stifling heat. Again, we understand things cannot always be fixed within a quick timeframe, but what would it have taken to reach out with an update or to say, hey, we’re really sorry for this inconvenience, we’ll drop off a few fans to try to make things more comfortable? It felt very much like the ball got dropped on this one. So all in all, a beautiful location, but not one we will return to and we leave this vacation with lots of doubts about Vasca where we previously had none.

The home was large and we had lots of room to spread out . The deck is nice to hang outside on the chairs with the view of the Pond. It ‘s very quiet, there were neighbors we could occasionally hear but not see. Very remote. We used the bbq several times too. We also took the kayaks out which was fun. The inside has a full kitchen, had everything we needed. Were missing a can opener which Vacasa brought the next day. Beds were comfy. Did have an issue with one of the showers dripping, Vacasa responded owners would have fixed. Also used the washer/dryer, however there is no iron. The property is lovely and great for get-together. Would stay again.,

If I could buy this house, retire now and have every summer just like last week - I would be forever happy. We mostly stuck around the house enjoyed the pond, the house and the yard. The house was more spacious than expected and very comfortable. We were far enough from everyone to get away but a short drive to the Cape things that we wanted to do. I've stayed in around a dozen rentals over the years and this is one of the best!
