Stayed here for several days for a spring break trip. The unit is well-located and had multiple beautiful hikes within a 25 minute drive and Zion is reasonably close as well. Nearby Washington has every store and restaurant you could want. The unit itself is comfortable and had everything we needed. The master bathroom is huge, pictures don't do it justice. The complex was quiet, and members of our group enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We spent lots of time in the porch area and used the gas fireplace and grill. The only downside for us was that the unit doesn't have much natural light, which may be a benefit in the hotter months. Another reviewer mentioned that Verizon doesn't have good service in the complex and that was true for us as well. Property management company is very responsive and friendly.

This condo was perfect for our family of 5! It had so much space and was quiet. Easy to get to, about 40 min from Zion. It has 2 outdoor pools and hot tub areas including a water slide and lazy river, as well as an indoor pool and hot tub. The kids loved it. The condo has so many extras to make you feel at home. We would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay here. The two bedroom had plenty of room and the outside patio and grill was a bonus! The gym has been recently upgraded and had everything a person needs to get a good workout. The pool at our place was quiet and relaxing and we were pleasantly surprised that we had access to a second pool with a lazy river just up the road. We enjoyed both.

My family really enjoyed our recent stay. The condo was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We loved how close the unit was to the indoor pool because the weather was poor the weekend we were visiting. We have stayed in many rental properties over the years and this is the first that gives you a number to text and actually responds. They were so helpful and great to answer any questions that we had for them! Our two “complaints” were that the shower head in the master is not able to be adjusted and the water pressure is aggressive so showering was not the most enjoyable experience. The only other issue we noticed is the angle of the tv in the main living space. It is not mounted so it can be hard to see and it can be difficult to make the remote work. We spent very little time actually watching tv so it did not have a negative impact on our trip. Overall this was a lovely place and I loved that it was well stocked with all the required linens and things to make you feel at home. I would absolutely stay again because of the lovely customer service and how clean and comfortable the unit was. Thank you for hosting us!

First of all, great management team that provided all details relevant to our stay and answered questions as needed. Secondly, the condo was beautiful and well taken care of with many amenities provided that are needed in every room especially in the kitchen. Towels for poolside were provided and stored in the laundry room as well as a little extra clothes detergent, A+ to our hosts for understanding what a tenant needs when traveling from afar. We drove 35 minutes to Zion National Park and we were pleased that taking the freeway nearby could take you to many wonderful restaurants and shopping when needed. The pool and spa area was nice but the clubhouse spa could use a little update. Thank you for providing a beautiful space that was clean and safely located to set our minds at ease, my husband and I truly enjoyed it.

Fitness Room was adequate and can use some updated Cardio machines. A few minor maintenance issues inside Condo and Management Co. was very receptive when I called. No restaurants within walking distance but not too far away. Overall, I was very pleased.

After many days on the road and a variety of accommodations it was wonderful to settle into such a comfortable home. The heated outdoor pool and hot tub were a hit after a long day of hiking and adventures with in Zion. The space was clean and well kept. Red Sands Rental Agency was easy to reach when we had questions regarding the property.

This was one of the cleanest and best laid-out condos we have stayed in! The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to prepare breakfast and dinner. All the furniture, linens and bedding were first-class. It was cold during our visit, and we appreciated the gas fireplace in the living room/tv area and the extra blankets in the closet. Thanks for making our trip so enjoyable. We will be back in better weather to play golf in beautiful St. George.

This property was fantastic. Everything was clearly labeled (light switches, linen closet, etc.) which made things much easier. Everything you could possibly need was provided. The unit was very clean with comfortable furniture. The pool area was very nice and well shaded later in the afternoon. Thanks!

Well equipped, beautiful, and spacious condo! Grill and fireplaces helped out with the cooler weekend too. Property manager was great to work with and got back with me fast every time. Patio provided good amount of privacy. Great location; exactly what we needed!

The property was great. However, I could not get cell service (Verizon) in the condo and on most of the property. I had to do a little work while I was there so that was annoying. The place was clean & quiet. I’d stay again if I didn’t need cell service.

It was very clean, well supplied and very nice. Communication clear from start to finish. Everything was just as advertised and was a great place to stay. Close enough to everything put private and quite. Cell service is rough inside but that’s a cell service provider issue. Loved this place and the service! Thank you for a great stay!

Great 2 bedroom condo. It was clean and stocked great. Only thing we experienced was the neighbor should invest in a Cpap. The walls might not have any insulation so we heard him snoring all night.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. Very nice and clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable with nice bedding. I believe I forgot to turn on dishwasher:(.

This is a very nice condo in a quiet complex. It has a private patio that looks onto a hillside. It's well-equipped and clean. The only possible downside is that it is not super-close to a town, but for us that was an advantage. We enjoyed the peace and quiet.

Well equipped, beautiful, and spacious condo! Grill and fireplaces helped out with the cooler weekend too. Property manager was great to work with and got back with me fast every time. Patio provided good amount of privacy. Great location; exactly what we needed!

My family really enjoyed our recent stay. The condo was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We loved how close the unit was to the indoor pool because the weather was poor the weekend we were visiting. We have stayed in many rental properties over the years and this is the first that gives you a number to text and actually responds. They were so helpful and great to answer any questions that we had for them! Our two “complaints” were that the shower head in the master is not able to be adjusted and the water pressure is aggressive so showering was not the most enjoyable experience. The only other issue we noticed is the angle of the tv in the main living space. It is not mounted so it can be hard to see and it can be difficult to make the remote work. We spent very little time actually watching tv so it did not have a negative impact on our trip. Overall this was a lovely place and I loved that it was well stocked with all the required linens and things to make you feel at home. I would absolutely stay again because of the lovely customer service and how clean and comfortable the unit was. Thank you for hosting us!

It was very clean, well supplied and very nice. Communication clear from start to finish. Everything was just as advertised and was a great place to stay. Close enough to everything put private and quite. Cell service is rough inside but that’s a cell service provider issue. Loved this place and the service! Thank you for a great stay!

The place was lovely and they thought of everything! Kitchen fully stocked, extra bedding, every light fixture was labeled, laundry detergent provided…you name it, they thought of it! Two parking spots in an underground garage was superb. Checkin/out was seamless. They allowed for a late check out, which we appreciate. Lots of texts to check in on us. Location was great with access to new resort pool area nearby. Would definitely come back if in the Hurricane area.

Secondly, the condo was beautiful and well taken care of with many amenities provided that are needed in every room especially in the kitchen. Towels for poolside were provided and stored in the laundry room as well as a little extra clothes detergent, A+ to our hosts for understanding what a tenant needs when traveling from afar. We drove 35 minutes to Zion National Park and we were pleased that taking the freeway nearby could take you to many wonderful restaurants and shopping when needed. The pool and spa area was nice but the clubhouse spa could use a little update. Thank you for providing a beautiful space that was clean and safely located to set our minds at ease, my husband and I truly enjoyed it.

After many days on the road and a variety of accommodations it was wonderful to settle into such a comfortable home. The heated outdoor pool and hot tub were a hit after a long day of hiking and adventures with in Zion. The space was clean and well kept. Red Sands Rental Agency was easy to reach when we had questions regarding the property.

Stayed here for several days for a spring break trip. The unit is well-located and had multiple beautiful hikes within a 25 minute drive and Zion is reasonably close as well. Nearby Washington has every store and restaurant you could want. The unit itself is comfortable and had everything we needed. The master bathroom is huge, pictures don't do it justice. The complex was quiet, and members of our group enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We spent lots of time in the porch area and used the gas fireplace and grill. The only downside for us was that the unit doesn't have much natural light, which may be a benefit in the hotter months. Another reviewer mentioned that Verizon doesn't have good service in the complex and that was true for us as well. Property management company is very responsive and friendly.

This condo was perfect for our family of 5! It had so much space and was quiet. Easy to get to, about 40 min from Zion. It has 2 outdoor pools and hot tub areas including a water slide and lazy river, as well as an indoor pool and hot tub. The kids loved it. The condo has so many extras to make you feel at home. We would stay here again!

This is a very nice condo in a quiet complex. It has a private patio that looks onto a hillside. It's well-equipped and clean. The only possible downside is that it is not super-close to a town, but for us that was an advantage. We enjoyed the peace and quiet.

Very nice place with parking and quiet private space. Pool and hot tub were excellent. Walmart for groceries within ten minutes. Kind of its own little placenot near anything else though.

This was a beautiful condo. We lived the basement parking with steps right to the condo. Everything was clean the kitchen was supplied with the dishes we needed. We had just enough dish washer detergent, so if you wanted to run the dishwasher more than once a day you would need to buy more. We loved having access to two pools. We used both and the tennis court and weightlifting room. There was also so many hikes close to the condo. We had a wonderful time and will definitely consider a return trip.
