Trendigt nytt gömställe i hjärtat av staden

The unit had been cleaned recently, but was very much in need of a deep clean. Walls were dirty, the table and kitchen cabinets were greasy, the washing machine and parts of the bathrooms (especially plungers, corners, etc) were filthy. The listing mentions AC and the listing pictures show no window or split units. However, there is one window unit, several split units, and no central AC. We stayed on a mild weekend and found opening doors and windows to be more effective than the AC.The listing mentioned an air mattress and a sofa bed. When we started to get kids ready for bed, the sofa bed was unusable and the air mattress was missing. We called the number posted, and it was answered by an office. The woman who answered was unfamiliar with the unit we were staying in, and said she would send the information to an emergency technician. She could give no estimate for when the technician might arrive. We also messaged the host, who responded the next morning that the sofa bed was not in the listing, and that the air mattress should be in a closet. (It was not.) The host did offer to have someone drop off an air mattress, but we had a very busy weekend planned, and only had one more night to stay, so declined.On the last morning, the shower rod fell down numerous times while we got ready. Several family members attempted to put it back up, but it did not stay, and the last 2 people in the bathroom just took baths.We will not stay at this company's properties again.

We discovered we were close to just about everything we wanted or needed. Being a block from Eisenhower was great. Straight shot to Estes Park from that road. Had a couple of maintenance issues, but nothing we couldnt live with. Stacy was timely in her responses.

Suited our needs.

Close to all the stores and shops. Nice neighborhood. Would stay here again.

The property was clean and spacious. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. The back had a nice grass area for games and a patio where we could grill and hang out.
