COZY COTTAGE - Private Hot Tub and Fire Pit

Nice private place. Good for a romantic getaway. Hot tub was great pond/pool was beautiful.

First off the check in process couldn’t have been easier. Easy directions to the resort plus the GPS takes you right there. The Resort itself is set in the Ozark Mountains but just a few minutes from 76 in Branson. We went to Shepherd of the Hills and it was just a 12 minute drive. The Resort is so pretty and quiet. We felt like we were the only ones there during our stay. The pond/pool is amazing! It’s like a Ozarks swimming hole. The cabin itself was very nice. We stayed in The Cozy Cabin and loved it. It’s just feet from the pond and parking. Super clean also. The hot tub on the back porch also was perfect. The view is of the woods and it’s so nice. The only disappointment was we didn’t see Bigfoot while in the hot tub. Maybe next time. Definitely a 10 out of 10! We’ll be back for sure.

Beautiful, peaceful, and affordable! Not only could we relax at the pond, but we could also have isolated one on one time with our own hot tub. The scenery is GORGEOUS and the rental was well kept, clean, and cozy. We would absolutely stay here again - 10/10 fantastic experience!

The cottage, hot tub, and swim pond were all awesome! We didn’t get to spend as much time relaxing due to other plans, but we absolutely would return. Felt very private while being conveniently located. Super clean and great communication.

Was not expecting it to be an actual pond with slippery algae and koi fish to be swimming with, but that’s okay. Still very nice and relaxing stay. Would recommend!

My wife and I stayed here to celebrate our 25th anniversary and we were very impressed with the property. The cottage was very clean and well taken care of and the swimming pond was really nice. Altogether it was a really great place to stay.

For a quick review it was quiet, clean, private, great location, and a beautiful property. The cottage was the perfect size and laid out well! It had everything you needed for a weekend away. We loved how private the hot tub and back patio were. You felt like you were the only cottage. Being an adult only place meant it was very quiet and relaxing. Upon arrival the cottage was clean and cozy. The only thing I would have wished for was the bed to have been a king instead of a queen, but we knew that before booking obviously. The swimming pond looked beautiful, and I would love to come back in the summer to use it. I would definitely stay here again.

I was so excited to be able to book this cabin for our belated anniversary weekend, and was not let down when we finally made it! The Cozy Cabin is located next to one other cabin across from the swimming pond, and the other cabins are down the road a bit closer to the entrance. When we arrived on Friday, there appeared to only be one other cabin occupied further from ours, so we were not bothered by any other guests/noises. Another guest did show up the following night and stayed in the cabin next to us but there was no disturbance from them either! We could hear highway noise when we sat outside, but not much from inside except for emergency vehicles and bigger trucks/semis. The weather was wet and cool all weekend, but really added to the calmness and charm of the property, especially when it was foggy at night. I loved the vibe of the back porch where the hot tub was located and it was very private being backed up to the woods! The string lights really elevated the experience. The amenities of the cabin and property were as described and pictured! We cannot wait to visit again and stay in some of the other cabins.

Place could use a trash can and Tv froze up and stopped working on 2nd day there. Other than that was great.

The view from the front of the cabin is wonderful and the privacy on the back porch is very nice. The cabin was clean and we enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful stay. No complaints. The bed mattress was different but we slept great. Management was top notch with communication.

The property and the location were wonderful. However on the day of our arrival I received a notification from the host that the entrance/exit road would be closed the next day for repair from 11:00AM to 12:PM. The message ended with “you will not be able to use the road until 12:00PM. We left the property around 10:30 to go eat. When we returned around 12:10PM and the road was still blocked off. I called the host to inquire how much longer the road would be closed, we were on a schedule and needed to get back to the room, said she was wanting to hear for the work crew and would call me back. The host texted me back at 12:21 saying she was 3min away to come check out the road. Upon arrival the host rubbed her fingers on the road { they resealed the blacktop} she said it was still wet but if we wanted we could go ahead and drive on it and she moved the traffic cones blocking the entrance. We drove to our room, did what we needed to do to make our next reservation and drove back out. The road has a steep incline and the asphalt sealer was still wet and we slipped all over trying to get out. None of this would have even been an issue if the host would have just once said she was sorry of any inconvenience it caused us. Never a word. She seemed irritated that we could wait until the road dried to get to our room. It was the timeframe the set in the firs place. The property was nice, but not sure I would stay again because of the host attitude.

Great private place for a short getaway! Close 15 minute drive to all Branson has to offer without being in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. We will definitely be back!

Location was perfect, very secluded, peaceful and scenic. Close enough to get to places easily, but not in the midst of the crowds of people, so did not have any issues with traffic. (back roads were the best). Cabin was perfect. Will definitely be back!

This was our second stay at sunset hills and first for Cozy Cottage. We had a great time and the fact that it is about 15 minutes from Branson landing and silver dollar city makes this a great couples stay

We rented two cabins, one for us and one for my parents to celebrate our anniversaries. It was so amazing we rebooked for a few months later to come back in the fall. Highly recommend staying at this place. The property is amazing and the swimming pond was refreshing and fun. Close to all the activities in Branson but yet you felt like you were camping in the woods.

It was honestly better than expected! The location was close to everything but off the beaten path to make you feel excluded! The place and property was very nice & kept up extremely well! We tried several of the recommended places from the book and they were all great! We will definitely be back when we can swim in the natural pond!! Thank you for sharing this wonderful place with us!

This place is never a disappointment from hands of Jim and Peggy to hands of Lacy absolutely amazing although I do miss Peggy and Jim and the by far "BEST" breakfast you could ever ask regardless this place is MUST!!!
