Modern Beachfront Cottage with Endless Bay Views

Great beachfront property with clean rooms, easy access to the beach, and close proximity to the New Point Comfort light house. I would highly recommend this property for future renters looking for a private beach getaway. I will rent again.

The house looked exactly like the pictures—if not even better. It was quiet, very clean, and the view was breathtaking. Brandon was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We are a family of five, including two teenagers and one senior, and everyone truly enjoyed the time we spent at this property. We will definitely return to this house, and I have already shared it with my friends and coworkers.

Fourth year staying and continue to enjoy the spot. Right on the water and great walk to the nature preserve. My boys especially like all the great cab catching!

I have rented this property multiple times and will continue to do so. The rental is well maintained and its location on the Chesapeake Bay provides relaxing views and its close proximity to the shoreline feels like you are on a boat with the waves breaking below. The communication with the owner is straighforward and timely. I continue to enjoy this rental experience and look forward to renting again in the near future. Our week's stay here was wonderful and it was easy to communicate with our host. The website's description is very accurate in every way. The tastefully decorated cottage, comfortable beds and the very nice kitchen were perfect for us. We loved the spacious deck and comfortable lawn furniture. The covered downstairs area on the beach and outside shower was so convenient. The sunsets, the sound of the waves and even a rainbow made our time extra special.
