Gerakada Exclusive-Seaview Villa with Private Pool

Feel home from the first minute, all clean and in good order, warm welcome by owner Nikos, beautiful views and total relaxation ensured. The nearby village Koroni was fun to explore by car or bike.

The beautiful location was matched by the exceptional stone villa itself, in all its aspects. Everything necessary was provided, including welcoming gifts of wine, olives, olive oil, breadsticks, eggs, water and sweet sesame bars (as well as a surprise box of scrumptious honey pastries on the third day when towels and bedding were replaced). The premises were very clean and tidy and Nikos, the Owner/Manager (and his lady assistant who works very hard to maintain the cleanliness of the properties and deal with the cleaning and the washing of bedding and towels) was always on hand if needed. Nikos checked the pool every morning and was always prepared to have a chat. He was very friendly and kind and he deserves all the praise that he gets.

Das Haus bietet einen hohen Komfort. Klimatisierung war bei Temperaturen bis 40 Grad unerlässlich. Pool sehr sauber und täglich gereinigt. Nicos hat sich um alles gekümmert. Grosses Kompliment! Duschwand war mehr Zierde als nützlich und im zweiten Bad nicht vorhanden, was für uns nicht logisch erschien😉, was kein Grund ist, nicht wieder zu kommen.

Great house. Inside very clean, sharp and modern. Outside pool area ideal for quiet relaxing sunshine time. Close vicinity to Koroni though for sure car needed to make the 5 min journey. Koroni is a lovely base to explore surrounding area. Hosts great and always there if needed.

Gerakada Villas can be recommended to all seeking privacy, comfort, and is covered by daily support by Nikos, his lovely wife Helene and housekeeper that provide spotless clean environment in still original Greece. Highly appreciated the tips and guiding to local restaurants ans places to visit. Been several times in area near Kalamata - this one clearly stands out - could have stayed here forever.
