The property was awesome! It was a good location for what we were in town for. The property was very clean and tidy. Owners are amazing, they live close so any issues they can be there in no time to help out! The patio and deck are awesome! If going back to the area would definitely stay here! Check them out!

Our son got married in the area. It was nice to be able to come back to a home that was relaxing each night. We also had all the groomsmen over for dinner two nights before the wedding and the property was perfect. They loved all there was to do (ping pong, air hockey, Wii, a big yard to play frisbee, etc) and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook for all the guys.
Our son got married in the area. It was nice to be able to come back to a home that was relaxing each night. The property was incredibly clean, spread out, immaculate and surrounded by a fence of trees. The owners had fruit waiting for us upon arrival and any questions we had, they responded quickly. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, knives, crockpot, coffee maker (individual kcups and pot), blender, cups and dishes. There was a fully stocked coffee bar with snacks. The property is expansive and has a cozy for front porch sitting at night watching the fireflies or gathering in the back around tables to eat, visit or play games. The grill came in handy while prepping large meals. There were fans in each room in case we were too warm. The towels appeared to be fresh and new. The owners had towels and toiletries on each bed upon arrival. Our college son and his friends loved the ping pong table, fuze ball table and access to the Wii downstairs. They may have stayed up late utilizing the poker table as well. We chose this property because of the size and proximity to Lake Clinton. We trailered our boat up from Texas and reserved a slip in the marina for the week so we didn't have to navigate the driveway each day. I would highly recommend this for any gathering.

I was visiting Lawrence with my wife for a bit of a reunion with friends from my college days at KU, and we decided to take advantage of the visit by meeting up with my sisters and their families. Ashley was very accommodating and great to work with. The house is simply fantastic. The listing said the house was recently renovated, but it completely blew me away. Everything was very well done, and the house has plenty of space for a large family. The rec room in the basement was spacious with a big tv and plenty of seating. The air hockey table and ping pong table in the garage was a huge hit as well. We also really enjoyed the outdoor spaces and the gas grill for grilling hamburgers and hot dogs. I can’t recommend this place enough. You won’t regret it. We’re looking forward to our next opportunity to go to Lawrence. This property will be on the top of our list for places to stay.

We were in town for a volleyball tournament. This place was perfect, we stayed here with another family and there was plenty of room for us to all spread out and have our own space. The basement and backyard were great spaces for the kids! There are plenty of outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy mother nature.

The property was wonderful. The home was welcoming, clean, spacious and had lots of fun activities such as foosball, poker table, ping pong, air hockey, work out equipment, big screen tv to watch the game with lots of other toys and games for the kids. My favorite room was the dining space that was large for a big group and was surrounded with beautiful windows and a forest surrounding you. Wonderful getaway with the family.

Maybe the best VRBO I have ever booked. The house is comfortably big for a large group. We had 10 women. Everything was clean. The host went above and beyond to provide unexpected treats, coffee, fruit, win, snacks,etc. The outside decks and patios provided an accommodating place to enjoy the beautiful view. We throughly enjoyed our stay!

Loved the view and outdoor space. Plenty of room for group. A bit hard to understand floorplan and bedroom layout from photos. Had two questions for host but they were quickly resolved. Also the host allowed us an early check in which helped a lot. Would come back.

We are seven friends from high school (we now live in five different states) who get together once per year. This home was perfect for us. Ashley and Brian have created an amazing oasis in mid-Kansas for groups of all kinds! As a grandmother who plans the all-family vacation each year, I can assure you this home is perfect for all types of people needing a peaceful getaway. Here are some highlights: - The kitchen had everything you could possibly need! I have a ‘vacation rental’ box I typically bring and had forgotten it - it wasn’t needed! There were plenty of paper goods, cleaning supplies and typical condiments. - Such an impressive welcome! The fruit basket, snacks and wine made us want to come right in but the coffee bar made us want to stay! They thought of EVERYTHING! Wonderful variety of coffee flavors along with all those teas and hot cocoa. - The weather changed while we were visiting but the temp inside was remarkably consistent. Very impressive for such a large home. - We had a couple of minor questions during our visit. Both times we contacted the owners through the app. We had our responses within minutes. Literally. - There were two different sitting areas large enough for all seven of us to sit around and visit. The dining area seated us very comfortably with room to spare. - Plenty of towels! Frequent VRBO users don’t need to pack extra kitchen towels, either. Every one of us commented that we would happily stay again! Thank you!

The house is fabulous! Not a detail missed (and I’m not exaggerating) ! Brian is a great guy. Ashley was out of town but wanted to tell her how impressed we were with her decorating! We stay in VRBO’s several times a year and this one takes top spot now! We had 7 adults and there was tons of space for us. If we go back to Lawrence we’ll definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for my birthday weekend with 10 of my friends and it was absolutely wonderful! The house was so spacious and we loved being in such a peaceful area. We went to the KU vs K-State game and we were able to get an Uber for less than $30. The house had so many fun games to play and they really made it feel like we were at home. Definitely would recommend staying here for a fun weekend in Lawrence!

This house was clean, the inside looks newly renovated. Great space for a large family reunion, we had 11 and didn't even use the 4th bedroom as we put all the kids in the basement to comfortably sleep. Lots of space in this house to spend time together and to get away. The location was just a quick 8 minute trip into town.

We are seven friends from high school (we now live in five different states) who get together once per year. This home was perfect for us. Ashley and Brian have created an amazing oasis in mid-Kansas for groups of all kinds! As a grandmother who plans the all-family vacation each year, I can assure you this home is perfect for all types of people needing a peaceful getaway. Here are some highlights: - The kitchen had everything you could possibly need! I have a ‘vacation rental’ box I typically bring and had forgotten it - it wasn’t needed! There were plenty of paper goods, cleaning supplies and typical condiments. - Such an impressive welcome! The fruit basket, snacks and wine made us want to come right in but the coffee bar made us want to stay! They thought of EVERYTHING! Wonderful variety of coffee flavors along with all those teas and hot cocoa. - The weather changed while we were visiting but the temp inside was remarkably consistent. Very impressive for such a large home. - We had a couple of minor questions during our visit. Both times we contacted the owners through the app. We had our responses within minutes. Literally. - There were two different sitting areas large enough for all seven of us to sit around and visit. The dining area seated us very comfortably with room to spare. - Plenty of towels! Frequent VRBO users don’t need to pack extra kitchen towels, either. Every one of us commented that we would happily stay again! Thank you!

We had a great stay and Ashley was very accessible! Only suggestion would be to add some kitchen basics - serving utensils, serving dishes, etc. Might not be an issue for people not trying to cook Thanksgiving for 15!! Coffee bar was a nice touch!

The property was awesome! It was a good location for what we were in town for. The property was very clean and tidy. Owners are amazing, they live close so any issues they can be there in no time to help out! The patio and deck are awesome! If going back to the area would definitely stay here! Check them out!

I was visiting Lawrence with my wife for a bit of a reunion with friends from my college days at KU, and we decided to take advantage of the visit by meeting up with my sisters and their families. Ashley was very accommodating and great to work with. The house is simply fantastic. The listing said the house was recently renovated, but it completely blew me away. Everything was very well done, and the house has plenty of space for a large family. The rec room in the basement was spacious with a big tv and plenty of seating. The air hockey table and ping pong table in the garage was a huge hit as well. We also really enjoyed the outdoor spaces and the gas grill for grilling hamburgers and hot dogs. I can’t recommend this place enough. You won’t regret it. We’re looking forward to our next opportunity to go to Lawrence. This property will be on the top of our list for places to stay.

I am so grateful that we were staying at this amazing property with such wonderful hosts for our family Christmas, in addition to being a stellar property, the hosts went above & way beyond expectations. My husband had a medical emergency and had to spend the entire time in the hospital. The host made every accommodation we requested to help us through this difficult time. I would rate this property 5++ if that was an option.

Maybe the best VRBO I have ever booked. The house is comfortably big for a large group. We had 10 women. Everything was clean. Loved the view and outdoor space. Plenty of room for group. A bit hard to understand floorplan and bedroom layout from photos. Had two questions for host but they were quickly resolved. Also the host allowed us an early check in which helped a lot. Would come back.

We took a weekend trip home to Kansas for my mother's 70th birthday. This house was the perfect spot right outside of Lawrence for our trip. The house was very clean and well set up for a weekend trip for the whole family. There were 9 of us and we had plenty of space. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. The property owners actually live at the adjacent property, so response to any issue is quick. We had a great time and would definitely stay there again in the future.

Everything down to the last detail was well thought out and the property was beautiful. Very cozy and a perfect little getaway without being to far from being able to run to the store if anything was forgotten.

Our family loved our stay over Christmas break. The home was extremely clean and had plenty of space for our family of 5. We were just a short drive from Lawrence which was great for visiting family. We really liked all the little touches our hosts did to make the home welcoming!

We stayed here for my birthday weekend with 10 of my friends and it was absolutely wonderful! The house was so spacious and we loved being in such a peaceful area. We went to the KU vs K-State game and we were able to get an Uber for less than $30. The house had so many fun games to play and they really made it feel like we were at home. Definitely would recommend staying here for a fun weekend in Lawrence!

This house was clean, the inside looks newly renovated. Great space for a large family reunion, we had 11 and didn't even use the 4th bedroom as we put all the kids in the basement to comfortably sleep. Lots of space in this house to spend time together and to get away. The location was just a quick 8 minute trip into town.

Everything about this VRBO was GREAT! We had 9 women and we all were very impressed. The sitting areas inside and out were perfect for large or small groups. The host was very helpful anytime I had a question . The place was very clean and updated. The property was so beautiful and it was very close to downtown Lawrence, I would definitely stay there again. Thanks so much!

Our son got married in the area. It was nice to be able to come back to a home that was relaxing each night. We also had all the groomsmen over for dinner two nights before the wedding and the property was perfect. They loved all there was to do (ping pong, air hockey, Wii, a big yard to play frisbee, etc) and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook for all the guys.
Our son got married in the area. It was nice to be able to come back to a home that was relaxing each night. We also had all the groomsmen over for dinner two nights before the wedding and the property was perfect. The property was incredibly clean, spread out, immaculate and surrounded by a fence of trees. The owners had fruit waiting for us upon arrival and any questions we had, they responded quickly. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, knives, crockpot, coffee maker (individual kcups and pot), blender, cups and dishes. There was a fully stocked coffee bar with snacks. The property is expansive and has a cozy for front porch sitting at night watching the fireflies or gathering in the back around tables to eat, visit or play games. The grill came in handy while prepping large meals. There were fans in each room in case we were too warm. The towels appeared to be fresh and new. The owners had towels and toiletries on each bed upon arrival. Our college son and his friends loved the ping pong table, fuze ball table and access to the Wii downstairs. They may have stayed up late utilizing the poker table as well. We chose this property because of the size and proximity to Lake Clinton. We trailered our boat up from Texas and reserved a slip in the marina for the week so we didn't have to navigate the driveway each day. I would highly recommend this for any gathering.

What I loved about this property was the big welcoming windows the beautiful decor and lighting. Breakfast food was available to help start your day to include fresh fruit, like a bed and breakfast. Everything one needed for a home away from home was here. This home really had everything including the outdoor furniture. I loved that it was very limited carpet and the entire place was roomy, it was 9 of us, ages 2,3, 14, and over 18. To top it off the Christmas trees (2) and decor was a very special added touch. I will always cherish the time spent here with my family, what a way to end one year and begin another. I highly recommend. Thank you for investing and taking pride in your property and the little touches that means so much.

Our hosts thought of absolutely everything. The house was clean, comfortable, well-stocked with toiletries, fresh fruit and wine, and was the perfect spot for our multi-generation family trip! Great location close to Lawrence and KU campus.

A very nice comfortable secluded property close to Lawrence. We stayed for the world cup game in Kansas City. It was an excellent launch point while getting a quiet place. Additionally Lawrence has a great small two feel while being nice college town

Our group was in town for a bike race. We all arrived at different times. Each time someone walked in the door the immediate expression was, "Wow, I'll just stay here and see you after the race!" It is a beautiful home, don't hesitate to book your large group. The wine, healthy snacks and local honey were a very nice touch that we all enjoyed! Thanks for a great stay!!

Probably one of the best VRBO's we have stayed in. This house is dialed in. Everything is thought of. We travelled to watch our son play at senior day for the Jayhawks so had 10 of his family including grandmas. Was plenty of room for all! Thank you for a great place to stay!

Comfortable beds meticulously clean was true to the photos published online fully stock kitchen workout room with a plus we were not there long because we were attending baseball games UCF vsKU it is a drive into the country but it is beautiful out there and we sell wildlife

This was our second family gathering at this house. Everything was awesome. Plenty off room in the house but also a great yard for our Easter egg hunt. From the last report there were 2 eggs we never found.
